I was told about a secret menu item called the FRUB it was amazing I would highly recommend buying it

I've placed several pickup orders here for my fiancé, and unfortunately every experience has been disappointing. There seems to be no sense of urgency from the staff. Every order takes much longer than expected, and it feels like no one is moving with any purpose. On top of that, our food is often poorly prepared and thrown together. Ingredients aren't chopped properly, and the presentation looks sloppy. Customer service is also lacking--many times we've walked in without anyone acknowledging or greeting us. Management needs to step in and address these issues. A restaurant should provide timely service, prepare food with care, and make customers feel welcome. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it shows in the quality of service. There are plenty of people who would bring more energy, urgency, and pride to the job. I hope this location takes the feedback seriously and makes some much-needed improvements. read more

The staff was kind and didn't act like we were an inconvenience despite coming in 15 minutes before closing last night. He even recommended ranch to go with our order of fries. While we were waiting, another worker came out to see if we were helped. Our order came out quickly. Husband and I split a giant Chicken Bacon Ranch and were satisfied. Went to Jersey Mike's last night what a disaster. Walked in, stood in front of the counter, waiting to order. Three employees working, one working the register the other working the grill and one employee cleaning the slicing machine right in front of us. No one greeted us. Nobody acknowledged that we were even standing there. No one made eye contact. We stood there waiting to order for 10 minutes without any kind of recognition from any of the staff members. Two people working one person cleaning. Nothing not one word or acknowledgment. Not even a we will be with you in a minute. After standing there for 10 minutes we left. As we walked out I said loudly, thanks for nothing. That was the only time that they looked up at us. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. A very embarrassing experience. read more

After ordering two "GAINT SUBS" not only did they get my order wrong I clearly asked for 2 giants, I didn't check until I got home my wife called to inform them of the mistake so we could potentially receive compensation but then the worker who said his name was Gabriel caught an attitude and said "well you could have fixed that at the register couldn't you have" to my wife. If this is the level of professionalism that is allowed that is absolutely astounding to mess up an order then give the customer attitude for it. I will be calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager/ corporate to get this issue resolved absolutely despicable. They also didn't even include the lettuce or the avocado I paid extra for. Update got in contact with the manager Logan was very polite and professional. Food is fresh regardless of hot or cold subs. Vegetables look prime ripe sliced. Service is spotty with obvious hours of lunch rush hours. But is usually dead around 2-3 and then 6pm. Workers are attentive and communicate well with both customers and coworkers. Yeah sure maybe the soda machine is down but I've been here so many times in 7 years that I'll survive without it. Just short of $19.00 for a foot long sub. Purchased 2 for $38.53. First and last time we will go there. Too expensive for what they are. Service was good, just too expensive. It's outrageous that this store is at a military base and still charges the military confiscatory retail prices. Carls Jr would have probably been better. Oh well live and learn. read more

LOVE our local Jersey Mike's thanks for Free Delivery Tuesdays- hope to see those again! So, I'm not a vegan- but hands down best portobello mushroom sandwich EVER!! When I feel like going meatless definitely my favorite I definitely enjoy a #8 generous serving in a regular- my hubby and I split to make an easy lunch with a bag of chips. Don't bother. Their delivery service is trash you will be waiting for at least 1hr to old food, & that's if you get your food. I had order an regular #20 & a regular #10 which is a tuna sandwich I only got it 2 1/2 hours later to an old sandwich. The order total was $25 & I had tipped the driver $10.84 thats 40% tip & yet there was no urgency to get my food to me when she forgot about it. Stand in line 15 minutes waiting for a sandwich to be made. Spend the next 20 minutes at the front of the cashier line waiting to pay... "can you wait 1 second sir? This was my first time eating Jersey Mikes and overall I think it was really good, but not great for the price. The customer service was very good, especially one gentleman by the name of Cliff. He was very knowledgeable about the menus, answered all my questions, and then gave me additional information. I had the GIANT chipotle chicken cheese sandwich, which was better than what I thought it would be. It took about 10 minutes to get because they cook the meat fresh, but it was worth the wait. The sandwich was pretty big and packed with meat. I can eat a lot and by the end of the sandwich I got full so it's definitely a hefty meal. The only downside was my fries were slightly cold, but they were still really good. With that said my total came out to 18.75 for the sandwich and fries and NO drink. I don't think it's likely I'll come back because it's a little pricey and I'm a penny pincher but if you got some money to blow, it's a solid meal. read more

It is a very busy place so I do give kudos to the staff however, sometimes they just seem so overwhelmed and it really takes a toll on their mood and customer service. The quality of the subs are not bad but in general this location has mediocre service. If you order for delivery be prepared to wait an hour past your estimated delivery time at least, I don't think they've even been remotely close to on time before. If you like paying steep prices and waiting 2 hours for a sub then you've found your place. read more

Service is good and people here are friendly. There are a few down sides. The subs here are more expensive than Subway or Quite z. The toppings are limited to a few options. No variety for spinach leaf, banana pepper or different sauces. read more

A little disappointed. I've been ordering from here for a while now. The past few times have been less than subpar. The email for the delivery on my order said that it would be here at 11:44. Around 12:10, I called to ask where my order was because it still wasn't here, the girl asked for my name and said "Oh... It's still here." Meaning, even though delivery time was 11:44, nobody had left the store with my food. I've had this issue in the past, but never this bad. I ordered just a sandwich about 14" long for about $15. No chips or drinks came with it at that price. I was told to go to register 2 to pay. The line wasn't long, but the employee left me filling rushed. Being a first time customer at this location I assumed the lettuce, tomatoes, or other toppings would be clarified where she told me to go. I realized to late. I paid for the sandwich and before I could communicate my intended toppings my sandwich was done. I appreciate how fast it was, but I'm still unsure of when I was supposed to tell them my toppings. The three customers in front of me and the three behind me didn't order toppings either. Perhaps they didn't want them. The way the ropes for the lines were laid out was confusing. The menu was cluttered with adding chips and a drink multiple times. Each instance of that communication appeared to be redundant and made it difficult to search for what you actually want to order. The price for making it a combo only needs to be posted once since it doesn't change based on the sandwich. Overall the whole ordering process is confusing likely because they just opened. I imagine it will be more clear after they become more established. The taste of the sandwich wasn't anything special. Not worth $15. I might have another opinion if I had toppings that brought it together. I found it odd that you had to choose a tip value before you could pay at the register. The interaction with another human was the equivalent of ordering from a vending machine. Perhaps other locations for this chain have customer service that would lead me to desire giving a tip. read more
