Sadly, just ok. I love Arbys! I was excited to get Arby's on my way home from a road trip. I ordered my usual, beef and cheddar sandwich with curly fries and a diet coke. The beard was a little firm, not stale. The meat was bare warm, more lukewarm. The fries were good, cooked perfectly without all the hard over fried pieces. The soda machine could use a rinsing, the diet coke had a slightly off flavor. The store was empty, but clean. The staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Maybe too fast.... I've always liked Arby's. A roast beef sandwich and a roast beef and cheddar sandwich with a side order of potato cakes makes me a very happy customer after a long day. I ring the bell as I leave the Yucca Valley location because they come through every time. Great food at a fair price, friendly employees and a clean dining area, you can't beat that. I'm pretty sure this was the busiest Arby's in the country this weekend, between all the locals excited about a new establishment with all sorts of new choices and the traffic of the #Grubsteakdays we waited over 45 minutes for our meal at 4:30 Saturday! We were going to go to McDonald's for breakfast, but I had shared with my husband that our son gets sick from their breakfasts. He was still going to go and teach our son not to whine, but at the last minute, after pulling into McDonald's, he asked if we wanted to go to Arby's. The place is very clean, bathrooms, too - both the men's and women's. However, they really could actually make this into a 2-3 stall bathroom with 2-3 sinks. It's a 1-person bathroom and if someone takes long inside, then there would be a long line waiting. My daughter had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the person in there to come out before she could use it. The food was good and tasted fresh. Can't remember what each person got, but I got the gyro sandwich. It was really sliced roast beef, which was odd, but it tasted fine. Oh, I think my son got some Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The staff is very disorganized seems like a lot of people screaming at appears to be one cook. All yelling at which order is who's . Very disorganized and very stressful to watch. The food was ok but they really need more help on how to organize their orders and maybe more help inside the kitchen and less screaming orders to him from outside. There was a face mask in our food bag from the drive-thru. It was a disposable mask and everyone in our family wears a cloth mask. When we called to let the manager know they said bring back the receipt and the food and we will refund you. When we found the mask we disposed of all the food because of the health hazard.
