I placed on online order and I placed it at the wrong location. I am no where near this location as I am an hour away. I called immediately to cancel and the guy that answered after it ringing and ringing for about a minute stated he couldn't do anything for me since he already made it. I have worked in a restaurant and know that you can give a refund especially if you are far away. Mistakes happen and this guy just didn't want to be inconvenienced. I decided to write this review today because when my delivery order arrived and items were missing, I called the store and Logan Provided excellent customer service ... she refunded the items ( it was not the stores fault the drinks were missing) and this effort to resolve the problem is one of the many reasons why I will always be a returning customer. Best Philly Cheese Steaks!! So, I have stumbled on the best of the best. I have tried Phillies all over town, and just because they have the word "Philly" in their name doesn't mean much to me. The reason is because all the other places pre chop their meat and store it on the back of the grill until an order comes in. While efficient, you may end up with over cooked and even a burnt Philly. NOT HERE. All their Phillies are made to order, fresh ingredients on a clean grill. This takes all the concern of "will I get a burnt one". Today was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's - my overall impression - How is this chain still in business? Upon entering my first impression was - upscale Subway. There were seven customers ahead of me waiting for their sub or to order. The four confused girls behind the counter seemed overwhelmed by this lunch crowd. An older woman who apparently was in charge of making hot subs started taking the orders of those of us at the tail end of the line. I decided on a Chicken Parmesan sandwich. My first hint that this was not going to be an epicurean delight was the realization that my sandwich was prepared by heating it in a microwave. A chicken parmesan should be served hot out an oven with the bread crisp and the cheese toasted. Here is a breakdown of the many flaws of this sandwich: I assume the chicken who gave up its breast to the making of this travesty died of old age, because it was one tough bird. The sauce had all the flavor of something your toddler whipped up from paste glue and a red crayon. Topping this were two of the thinnest slices of Provolone I have ever witnessed. This was all piled on a soggy roll of something labeled Rosemary Parmesan bread. The worst thing you can do to bread is microwave it because doing so gives it the consistency of an old sponge. I had gotten the sandwich to go and threw away half of it. Which might explain the flock of gagging gulls I saw later that afternoon. All for only $7.99 plus tax. For another $2.99 you could enjoy the world's smallest bag of chips and a fountain soda. Or for damn near the same price I could go to Olive Garden or a local Italian restaurant and get a Chicken Parmesan dinner. If you enjoy getting ripped off for microwaved food - head over to your nearby Jersey Mike's. I'm sure "Mike" ain't from Jersey because if he served this slop in the Garden state he'd be wearing cement boots. read more

Just had a super disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike's location on 03/31/2021. We ordered 2 sandwiches in part because they stated they were donating proceeds to a local charity. Our take out order was on the table at the front of the store. No one in the store advised us there was an issue with the order. When we got home and opened the bag there were 2 containers with meat and cheese, no bread. We returned to the store thinking it was a mistake and were told, "We ran out of bread and the manager said we should make the best of it and put in the meat". We were then offered a coupon for a free sandwich that expired 03/26. The employee at the counter claimed they had tried to call us, but there was no message on my phone. 1st time EVER to Jersey Mikes. The sub was fantastic, however the new assistant manager in training left me never wanting to return to this location. I was greeted, and ordered a number #56. I was told that therefore chemicals on the flat top so they could only make cold subs. Ok, that was fine. I ordered something different and, a few times while making my sandwich, she stopped to look at the stove. Constantly making statements about no one cleaning it, and telling me (and another customer) that the prior manager had been fired and had stolen tips. I understand we all have issues at our jobs, but to share these complaints to customers is unprofessional. Service was slow, but food was good. Won't return to this location. read more

This is an order while you stand restaurant so easy to know I didn't. I have food allergies and the staff cared for my food very well to avoid any cross contamination and their customer service ensured I'd have a safe and wonderful experience! I'd never been in a Jersey Mike's before about two weeks ago. This is Colorado. Give me Colorado Mike's. ANYways...I was drawn in by a $2 off coupon next to a picture of a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that looked pretty tasty. But this is Colorado. Give me a Denver cheesesteak. The guys (all male employees as far as I could tell) at this location really impressed me. Hard working, very polite...they just seemed really positive...maybe even happy. I don't know if Jose is the boss or has a position of greater responsibility than the rest of the crew, but he has that kind of air about him. I know his name only because he remembered me from the first time I was there and introduced himself, reaching over the counter to shake my hand. I didn't think people of his generation did that sort of thing, but I guess some of them do. Just seemed really mature as well as friendly. Look I love Jersey Mike's! Typically the people that work at this location are great, but my last two trips I've had to deal with this extremely entitled young teenager who seemed to good to be taking my order and he put together my sandwich extremely sloppy. Customer service and food quality have taken a hit because of this employee. Additional issues: he took my cash with his gloves on and than proceeded to make my wifes sandwich... I'm writing this so management is aware of this new employee and can hopefully train him a bit better and to take more pride in his job. He worked this afternoon and two days ago. I will be avoiding this location in the future, whenever I see him working. I'd be glad to discuss further if necessary. read more

The chain has good bones but this franchise deserves a pass. I'm a neighbor and I've really tried to like them. This time I walked away without even ordering. They don't answer the phone for COVID takeout and the internet pointed me to the shop on Youngsfield. So I just showed up. I was the only customer in the store. It was 6:05p on April 27 just in case they're reading this and want to watch the video to figure out who the worker was. The guy was making a large order and said I would need to wait. So I waited. About 5 minutes in he told me it would be about 15 minutes. I waited. After another 10 minutes he said it would be another 45. What? Why? He was annoyed that I didn't call in the order. As mentioned above, I tried. He was furious at me. That was enough. I left. He was yelling obscenities at me as I walked out the door. Don't come back to my store. No worry, I won't, although I seriously doubt it's HIS store. He did get the Jersey attitude right. I guess that's something. read more

I don't even know where to begin on how horrible my experience was. I have debated for weeks whether it was even worth leaving a review. I know that when I read reviews about employees treating customers badly my first thought is that the customer must have been so disrespectful the employees had no choice but to "snap". This could not have been further than the truth. It was clear the day we visited they were short staffed, I actually felt horrible for them because they were working SO hard. The problem was they kept getting more and more online orders they were unable to service the customers they actually had in their store. We were only 3rd in line but had been waiting for about 15 minutes because they just couldn't catch up (totally not their fault and was fine doing so because they really were trying!!), when my daughter (7 years old) asked how much longer it would be. I responded to her that I didn't really know because it looked like they had quite a few more orders to catch up on but also acknowledged how it appeared the staff was really trying to hustle. That is when the guy behind the counter started verbally abusing me to the point where my 7 year old ran out crying because she was "afraid and embarrassed". He basically said he had no desire to help someone that was being such a "bit__" about the way they were doing business. I tried hard to explain that I meant no disrespect to them and even offered an apology if I had. I explained I could tell how hard they were working and wished their company had a better way to service both online and in store customers but he kept screaming at me to get out. The manager (which I later found out was his mom and he wasn't even technically employed there, not sure legally how that works, but that is besides the point) started screaming at me too. Another customer who was waiting in line behind me left with me because she couldn't believe how we were treated. I was so blind sided, and also left in tears. My daughter honestly was upset about it for days. I talked with the owner of this location and he was kind and offered coupons and all that, which I didn't accept because it wasn't about getting free food. I just wanted an apology, I guess I kind of got one. But, after much thought I still felt like my experience needed to be posted. So, here it is. I guess my advice would be only visit this location if they are adequately staffed for the day, or you'll be giving them your business at your own risk. read more

Dear store manager, There is pathetic customer service and then there is this place.. been too this location about 5 times and get sub par customer service from a unemotional greet too no greet at all.. today took the cake.. Walked in about 530 and no one was in the store except for what looked like an employee eating with his friend.. waited a couple of minutes while we watched them eat and no acknowledgment.. I asked my wife if she wanted too leave and right about then the employee saunters over to take our order he asks what we wanted.. we tell him. 4 times. About then some other employees come out from the back wiping their faces as if we just interrupted their dinner also.. we are going on about 10 minutes at this point too order 2 sandwich's... our two sandwiches get prepared finally by someone who looked and acted like they were the most miserable person on the planet.. guys friend comes in they start chit chatting about "hooking it up bro" with a sandwich and leaves us at the register ready too pay.. other employee comes over and we try for another 2 minutes watching him struggle with the register and how too take a credit card.. he swipes our card 4x's too the point I had too say something cause obviously this guy was clueless on how too run a register.. I said "if this card gets charged multiple times I'm going to come back and raise hell" the kid looked at me with a smug "fo sho'" tries too swipe the card again and just gets frustrated and gives us the sandwich.. now I'm not coming in here expecting filet Minot but damn can you guys at least TRY too do your job!! We had the best service when we showed up right before noon and asked if they could make us 2 catering trays. Hannah reassured me it was no problem and then yelled, "All hands on deck!" A crew of five people got on it and we were out of there in ten minutes with our order and a free cookie for our little one. AND the food was a hit with a 20 people it served! Apparently they are suffering from personnel and morale issues....at least that I just heard...Why do I know this? Well, the other customers and I just had the privilege of listening to the girl taking my order complaining to her co-worker loud enough for several minutes about being overworked, being tired of doing something contrary to her corporate training and issues about her work preferences that should be mitigated due to her extensive seniority instead of taking my order or making our sub sandwiches. I understand there are problem when someone shows up two hours late for their shift. Yep, he came in while I was there too. As an added benefit, I got to listen to her yell at him as well. This is my third time at the store and its the second issue I've had with your workforce forgetting about the customers on the other side of the counter. Maybe its just my bad timing? Guys, I'm glad your sandwiches taste good or you would have warranted a 1-star today. Your Subs are awesome, but your workers are going to cost you a customer...or perhaps many...if they don't start having your business become more customer friendly. I think some remedial training or a "you represent my business" speech from the owner/manager should be in their future. I placed an online order and received a confirmation email. I went to pick up my order, but they had not received it at all. I went back to work and confirmed that the email was from the correct location . It was indeed the correct store. I called to ask for a refund, since my lunch break was used trying to get my order. I was told I couldn't get a refund unless I returned to the store. I didn't have time to go back, since I already used my lunch break. I work for a small business and I know that refunds CAN be issued without the card or cardholder present. So instead of being sorry they ruined my lunch, they demand I jump through hoops just to get a refund. I will never give this shoddy business the opportunity to ruin my lunch again! read more

I was so happy to find this place close to my home! I used to work at Jersey Mike's and I've been craving it for awhile. I've had a couple conversations with the manager and he's a really nice guy and obviously passionate about his store. It's a new place and a lot of the employees are still training but they have done a great job every time I have been in there. The guy that made my sub today made it beautifully. If terrible service is your thing look no further. The staff here clearly don't want to be working here and act as though you're nothing but a nuisance. They don't bother to check online orders so you'll be in for a wait when you get there and see they haven't started making it, call an order in and they will be incredibly rude and ask "are you serious?". Thankfully there are better establishments near this store that actually check online orders and don't act as though you as a customer are an inconvenience.
