Jersey Mike's is always a good idea. I think that when it comes to chain sandwich shops, this place is a good bet. Serving up freshly sliced deli meat and cheese on fresh bread, I've always enjoyed how they make their sandwiches. So when I was out and about running errands and grabbing lunch for my partner and I, Jersey Mike's seemed like a good idea for us both. When I first arrived there were no other customers but by the time I made up my mind on what I wanted, there were 4 other customers who swooped in. There were 3 employees in the shop, one working the hot sandwiches, another focused on the toppings + register, and another starting the orders off and slicing the meat/cheese. A good assembly line in action! They were really on the move and handling everyone's orders with ease. I decided to go with the Jersey Shore special for myself on rosemary and got my bf a chicken chipotle. Seemed like a smooth, straight-forward process per usual. And a good one at that! Once our orders were up, I headed home and we opened our sandwiches. My boyfriends was perfect, mine was beautiful and stacked to the brim, but dry. :( Apparently the toppings employee missed me requesting my sub to be done "Mike's Way" which includes mayo, mustard, dressing, all that, as I was checking on the hot sandwich. I'm a saucy girl, I like some kind of oil or dressing on any sandwich I have so this bummed me out. Especially because my bf was enjoying his sandwich so much, like, how rude lol. I added my own toppings since I had them in the fridge but it didn't hit the same - still tasty of course, but I missed that flavor. Things happen! Well none of the workers spoke to me and then the lady finally stopped talking to another worker in Spanish and decided to acknowledge me. Also she was coughing ALOT. Been here many times over the years and I have never had problems. Employees have come and gone, but the quality has remained consistent.

For many years this location was my go to for business catering and personal dining. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership or management, my experiences have declined significantly. After experiencing multiple unresolved issues, I feel compelled to speak up. Sadly there have been Instances of rudeness and unprofessional behavior from staff. I have many valid concerns related to: * Food handling practices, placing contaminating food items and returning them to fresh bins, and food with contaminated gloves. * Poor order fulfillment of catering orders for my corporation--including incorrect orders, missed deadlines, and unmarked sandwiches. *Lack of communication and accountability when orders are delayed or mishandled. Despite having my contact information, I was not contacted or informed of issues on multiple occasions. This location does not live up the Jersey Mike's reputation. I have visited many locations in and out of state. I will refer my company to other locations for catering needs. read more

This was by far my worst experience at a Jersey Mike's. They are franchised so I won't hold it against the brand but you should really get your governance folks out there. Let's begin with "it smells unclean" Moving to the order, I ordered the Big Kahuna, reg size combo. It was made to order but yet when I opened the sandwich the bread was soaked with grease, completely soggy. The messiness of it just irritated me to my core. The pregnant lady who made the sandwich literally just slapped it together and had the audacity to go back and forth with the supervisor when i asked for it to be remade. Really wish I could do 0/5 stars. I came in on my birthday to cash in my free sub. Looking back I should have done this another day because I never had an issue at Jersey Mikes and their customer service. So i figured they might be able to help me out. I was having issues with my app, I didn't get the free sub email from Jersey Mikes, and didn't get a coupons on my app either. Before ordering I explained the situation and the person said that it would be okay and that I could still get my free sub. I was happy because I wasn't sure what was going with the app and I was more that happy to so my ID to show that it was my birthday. I get to the register and explain the situation. The person at register then yelled to call "them". So I go outside to figure out who to call on the app. There's literally no call feature. So they get another customer to bring me back inside. They ask if I called, I explain that there is no one to call. I showed them the app again. They then tell me they need the QR code, and I explain that I didn't have it. They then tell me that my sub is done and I need to pay for it. Honestly if I would have known that this was going to happened I would have just gone about my business. But it was the miscommunication, and negativity. They were just so rude about the whole thing. Price point: 3 stars: the giant sub should not be $14 im sorry... thats just too damn much and had a baldinos been closer i wouldve went there. A mini sandwich is $6 and its not even 1/2 a footlong. Cleanliness: 2 stars: i didnt like how the sandwich maker on duty used the rag she wiped the counter down with to clean the knife. What's wrong with fresh? NUTTIN! It's a simple concept. There aren't eighteen different kinds of bread and cheese to choose from. They don't have a buffet line of veggies to add to them. Why is that needed when what they do have - lettuce, tomato, onions, hot peppers, pickles and olives - is plenty good? At least three of my friends worked at a Jersey Mike's in high school. I hadn't eaten at one since then (12+ years ago), until now. I stopped by this Jersey Mike's for lunch on a weekday around 12:45pm. The place was buzzing with people. Barely a seat was open and the atmosphere was a bit hectic as the workers were busy trying to fill orders as fast as possible. After 1:00pm, the traffic died down significantly. There are several office parks nearby (e.g. Wildwood) so this place gets a lot business from office workers. Jersey Mike's is an underrated sub chain IMO. Jersey-style subs are my favorite because they tend to be the tastiest. Baldino's, which also makes great subs, is the only other sandwich shop I know of in Atlanta that makes these. The subs typically include shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and other seasonings (here they call it's "Mike's Way") which really add a lot of flavor to the sandwich. Expect to spend about $6-7 for a regular size sandwich (half a roll of bread -- almost as filling as a Subway footlong) and $10+ for a giant size sandwich (one entire roll of bread). Breads are baked fresh on-site daily and meats are sliced-to-order, something you won't find at most other chains. Jersey Mike's menu can be confusing if you don't know what the numbers next to each of the sandwiches mean. The numbers aren't sequential. I was told by a former employee that each number represents the order in which each sandwich "recipe" was released. So the #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak must be the 56th sandwich released by the company. They have cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and wraps. You can get any wrap as a sandwich and you can get any sandwich as a salad, i.e. no bread. They call it "Sub in a Tub." I tried two of the restaurant's most popular items, both hot sandwiches on wheat bread: #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich (wrap converted in sandwich). They were quite good. The Chipotle Cheese Steak is Jersey Mike's regular Philly cheese steak with added chipotle mayo. The mayo stood out, rich and flavorful. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich came with a side of ranch dressing, which was great for dipping the sandwich into. Both sandwiches come with a lot of sauce, so be careful while eating. I really liked the bread, which was warm and soft. The staff did a nice job handling the lunch rush as sandwiches were prepared swiftly. My god this is the worst Jersey Mikes I've been to. I gave them a second chance a minute ago and that about did it. Bread/meat was cold coming off the grill? Cmon that's embarrassing. Shouldn't have to come home and put my order in the oven to heat it up. As far as the workers go, the lady that took my order wasn't even aware of the menu, I asked for a Chipotle Cheesesteak (43) and got a chipotle chicken cheesesteak. If I wanted that, I'd ask for it. I decided to go grab some lunch from Jersey Mike's since I had to stop by the CVS Pharmacy and it was a few doors down. I have been to this location a few times before so this wasn't anything new for me. Jersey Mikes is located in a shopping center with other restaurants and a dry cleaners. During the lunch hour the parking lot is always full and it can be hard to find a parking spot. The parking spots are also tight so you have to maneuver your car carefully getting in and out. Usually when I go here, there is a long line to order and pay and the wait can be kind of long. I was so surprised when I walked in and there wasn't a line at all. I actually walked right up and placed my order. I ordered the regular #8 Club Sub which comes with turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon and mayo and I tried out their new Rosemary Parmesan Bread. Once I placed my order with the guy who slices the meat I then told the sandwich maker what I wanted on my sub. Every time I come here the sandwich maker has a stank ass attitude like she doesn't want to be there and everyone is getting on her nerves. No matter how nice you are to her she has the attitude. So I told her that I wanted my sandwich Mike's Way (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil & Spices with honey mustard added). I then check out at the register and the cashier is acting very rushed almost like she's uncomfortable. She usually makes the the hot subs so I guess she was moving onto becoming a cashier. Once I finally sit down to enjoy my sub, I take a bite and realize that there isn't any bacon on my CLUB SUB!!! I was back at work and didn't have time to go back there to let them know that the bacon wasn't on there. So I basically had a ham and turkey sub. Smh! The new Rosemary Parmesan Bread was okay. There wasn't anything that stood out about it and in my opinion, Subway's Parmesan bread is better. I get coupons from here often, but after the bad experiences I've been having, I think I'm going to put them at the bottom of my list of lunch options! read more

The extra star is for the nice ladies here. They are CLEARLY overworked. Shut off the stupid mobile order machine because I had to stand in like for 30 minutes because mobile orders kept coming and in and in and in. There was a long line, everyone was upset, and the staff was doing their best. Worst of all, clearly the owner or manager wasn't there. If you own a restaurant that's this understaffed every time I come, you should be there until you solve the staffing issue (or turn off the dang mobile order machine) . I will come back in a month and see if it's better but if not I'm not coming back and I recommend others don't either. The management should be ashamed. read more

I was literally shocked to see the lady sweeping the floor when I entered to order a sandwich and then put the broom and dustpan in the back and come right out and grab a pair of gloves to take my order. I usually get food from here because it's one of the best sub places. But today it was terrible.. for starters they asked me what sandwich and bread type and walked away. I wanted my bread toasted and I wanted to add lettuce and tomato to my #16 but wasn't asked. I came upon a very rude manager/ owner! I ordered the BBQ roast beef sandwich and requested the sauce on the side. The price on the menu for this "special" was 6.95 reg size. Now, the PLAIN roast beef on menu was posted at 7.45. So when I get to the register he rang me up at the higher price and when I complained he said they didn't have that sandwhich. The folks who work here really try their best to get everyone's orders. Why a 3 star rating... The past few times I've been here, I ordered the meatball sub. Just b/c it's quick and easy. And... because I like that kind of sauce in general. The way your sub is handled really depends on who makes it. The first few times I had some people who can't get the concept of 'adding extra' stuff to my sub even though it's a hot sub. I just asked for pickles, jalapenos, and onions. At least twice when I opened my sub back at my office, I saw nothing in there OR the extra stuff was bare. As in - only 2 of each items were there. :( The last few times the other guys (new I assume?) were able to add my extra stuff, but added WAY too much cheese when I asked for less. I don't think I've frequented a restaurant more often in a 3 month time span than THIS specific Jersey Mike's. The staff here has to handle some of the craziest lunch rushes I've ever seen with the office parks nearby. And even on a day or two when the CC machine was down, they still kept customers moving and satisfied. This may start sounding cheesy, but I think the folks here have really good teamwork. I haven't seen them change staff at all so everyone who works here definitely already knows what they're doing. I will definitely miss them when we leave Atlanta at the end of the summer! read more

Ordered the veggie. I like the veggie from Jimmy Johns and assumed this would be similar in taste and value. Basically the Jersey Mike veggie sandwich is lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with options to add onions and/or pickles. The bread is much harder than Jimmy John's French bread. These guys are awesome! They are the only restaurant in the area that stayed open all night long during the snow storm. We went in the following day (still being the only restaurant open) and the owner and one other employee had been there working for almost 30 hours straight. They are great people who care about their community (which is rare to find these days) and I am now a lifelong customer after what they did.
