Reuben and red pepper gouda soup with sweet tea
    Joy C.

Amazing service and location! Located in the heart of Buckhead in the Terminus complex, parking is validated for 2 hours directly across from the front door in a convenient deck. Once you enter, restrooms are on the right and you order at the counter and take a number. The service staff were great. I skipped past most of the menu because I already knew I wanted the reuben, but I was intrigued by the red pepper and gouda soup so I ordered that too. I finished it off with some sweet tea... this is an NY Deli but I can't forget my southern roots. I've tried many Reuben sandwich because they are my favorite, and Jack's far exceeded my expectations--perfectly toasted bread, tender corned beef, and just the right amount of sauerkraut and dressing. This is my new lunch spot in Buckhead!

I tried a Reuben sandwich for the first time, and it completely exceeded my expectations--perfectly toasted bread, tender corned beef, and just the right amount of sauerkraut and dressing. My husband had the chopped cheese, it was okay. Our son ordered the chicken club sandwich, which was stacked high with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Not only was everything absolutely delicious, but the portions were generous, leaving us with plenty to take home. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch.

Good sandwiches, nice service. Your sandwich is made to order. I am a to go person and the waiting area can get full with people waiting for orders. The meats and bread are tasty/fresh.

Great spot for lunch. Plenty of options to choose from that can suit everyone's tastes. Plus you also get to different side options for your sandwich's like chips, fries, potato salad, pasta salad and side salad. I ordered a Turkey Rachel that is turkey with Swiss cheese on toasted rye bread and coleslaw. You get a pickle and my side was potato salad. I really enjoyed my sandwich and it was very filling. The potato salad was also good and not too much. I would recommend trying them out if you're in the area.

this was my first time coming here because i heard they had a good turkey reuben and wanted to try them out. the staff was super friendly and very helpful to not only me but other customers. the food is tasty, but i asked for my salad to be tossed and it wasn't. as for the sandwich, its good but nothing to write home about. overall pretty good experience ‍

We stumbled across the gem, and everything exceeded our expectations....from the customer service, to the ambiance, even to the super clean restrooms. The sandwiches were a very reasonable size for the amount as well. They also offer military discounts!

They describe themselves as a NY Deli with a Southern Twist. Pretty accurate because I have seen very few NY Deli's with anything like Fried Chicken on the menu in any presentation. This location is in the lower level of the Terminus 200 Building, a mixed use development just off Buckhead Forest. Not our original destination but turned out to be a great find. I love a good Reuben and this one was perfect. Often the Sauerkraut is limp and devoid of any crispness or tang. Not the case here and it was piled high with succulent meat. Overall a good balance of Sweet Meat paired with a Crisp and Somewhat Sour not from the Sauerkraut. While had the Chef Salad and she loved it. Portion size is gigantic and everything is fresh and crisp. Not a Salad with just a little meat and a lot of greens but a nice bead of greens with ample fixings as well. Service was excellent. Nice and clean and well maintained restaurant which indicates a well run and managed facility. Strongly recommend

This was in the walking distance from our hotel. The place was quiet for 6 pm at night. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The beverages are self serve. In addition to the fountain drinks, they have both sweetened and unsweetened tea. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was good, not amazing. If we are back here for business, I would not mind giving it another try with a different menu item. Don't forget to check in at Yelp first. Sometimes there's offers for checking in.

That said, the aesthetic feels less Buckingham Palace and more whimsical London antique shop -- charming & eclectic. I ordered the blueberry lavender matcha and a breakfast plate. The menu names were definitely on brand, but not quite catchy enough for me to remember them later. Both were solid, though, and hit the spot. Service was a highlight. The cashier really leaned into the accent and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, which made the whole experience feel more immersive and welcoming. Parking was easy on an early weekday afternoon -- always a win. The space works well for small parties, but be prepared: tables are small and seating is close together. One tip: avoid sitting upstairs in Eden. It's noticeably warmer than the rest of the restaurant, and you'll likely leave smelling like breakfast. Overall, a fun, themed spot with great service. But I don't think I'll be back.

One thing I really loved was the photo booth outside in the parking garage--it was such a fun touch and made the visit even more memorable. The only downside was the parking. Unless you're lucky enough to find street parking, you'll have to park in the garage, which wasn't my favorite. Other than that, everything was great. The bartender was incredibly kind and patient, especially since I'm very picky about drinks. She helped me choose one that I ended up loving. The atmosphere inside was also really nice, with a fun and welcoming vibe. I'd definitely come back!

SUPER unimpressed with my visit here…read more Based on the decor, especially the photo area in the parking deck and the fake flower arch outside, my first impression was that this was going to be a "TikTok trap": a restaurant focused more on aesthetics than food or service. Unfortunately, that impression ended up being accurate. It took forever for our food to come out. The parties around us were clearly frustrated as well. I watched one table become visibly irritated, while another guest stopped a server to ask if the food being carried out was theirs because they had apparently been waiting over an hour. As the wait dragged on, I started paying closer attention to the decor, which I personally found tacky and gimmicky, especially the fake greenery hanging across the ceiling. The fried green tomatoes and sweet heat wings were really good, and I started to rethink my initial assessment of the restaurant. Everything went downhill from there. My "Rich Boy" sandwich itself was good, but it came with completely unseasoned fries. When I mentioned that I was supposed to have the "Rolex" fries, the server told me the plain fries were what I got. After clarifying with another server, they brought out the actual "Rolex" fries, which appeared to just be fries with a little parmesan and parsley on top. Supposedly they were truffle fries, but there wasn't even a hint of truffle flavor. My partner ordered the veggie sausage, which was overcooked and dry. Their eggs came out over easy instead of over medium, and the "signature grits" were more like cream cheese with a little bit of grits mixed in. We were told more grits would be brought out, but they never came. Another person in my party ordered the Southern seafood pasta, which had literally one piece of spinach in it. When she asked about it, the server responded that there was "more spinach coming." At that point, it became clear that Barney's is selling the illusion of luxury in order to justify premium prices for subpar food and service. It really was a TikTok trap after all. To make matters worse, when the check came, we were charged an additional $1.50 for eggs that already came with the meal. The explanation was that the eggs "came from the shell." Others in my party were also charged extra for liquor on top of the listed menu price for their drinks. Overall, I absolutely did not enjoy my experience here, and I will not be returning. Oh, and that other party that was visibly irritated with the wait had to wait even longer because there was a hair in their food.

The cucumber mint lemonade was AMAZING. Too bad it's $4 for a small glass with no refills. Now for the rest... they were out of fries, which normally come with the burger, but I was charged an extra $3 to substitute Brussels sprouts. The server never mentioned there would be an upcharge. I only found out when I got the bill. When I questioned it, she basically said she couldn't control the system. My issue isn't even the $3. If you're out of the side that comes with the meal, customers shouldn't have to pay extra for a replacement. And I definitely don't appreciate surprise charges on my bill. I had my child with me, so I wasn't about to go back and forth over $3. I paid it and kept it moving. Another surprise was that they don't offer free water. If you want water, you have to buy a bottle. Between paying for parking, paying for bottled water, and no drink refills, the little charges started adding up. I felt "nickled and dimed." The music couldn't decide what vibe it wanted. One minute we could talk normally, and the next minute we were basically at a concert. There was also a leak in the ceiling, and near the restrooms there was a smell that reminded me of old wet towels. On the positive side, the host was amazing. He was super personable and welcoming. They also turn those tables over FAST. By the time we paid, our dishes were gone and the table was already cleaned and ready for the next group. The food is what saved this review. There were just too many little things that took away from what could've easily been a 5-star experience.
