Today's review and rating is 100% based on service. Jersey Mike's is a fast food sandwich place. My favorite menu item is a "sub in a tub" and I get a chicken philly on a bed of lettuce and tomato. It's a nice, fulfilling lunch without a ton of extra calories. I would be remiss to leave this review without saying that sometimes I'm fast food, the folks who work behind the counter aren't always customer-focused. Today's experience was exactly the opposite. The gentlemen (2 of them) behind the counter were incredibly friendly and offered great insights and suggestions. I wanted to try Jersey Mikes for the first time before my spouses' and I's date night movie. The person who took our order (curly black hair) was incredibly rude. Once we identified what we wanted to order, the person said "cold or hot?" On repeat. I didn't know what that meant since it was my first time there. Once I said the sandwich type I wanted they then said "okay and?" Very impatiently. I explained that I didn't understand what they were asking from me and that it was my first time, which was followed by them rudely listing the sizes, slapping their pen back down on the cooler, and turning away from us to yell "you just let me know when you're ready." As though they hadn't JUST been taking our order. I was genuinely shocked because I have NEVER been treated like that before. We decided to leave instead of being treated like that, and an employee with a big grin called out saying "Where are you going?? What happened??". I've just genuinely never been treated so disrespectfully before. I never plan on going to ANY Jersey Mikes again. read more

We had a great experience here! This Jersey Mike's Subs location is close to Regal Perimeter Pointe, in a strip mall with lots and lots of free parking in the very large parking lot. The store has lots of windows, allowing lots of natural light to stream in during daytime hours. When we were there, the store was clean, including the floor and all of the tables. This is one of the more spacious Jersey Mike's stores, allowing customers to walk through all areas without bumping into the back of other customers' chairs like in other stores. Customers can sit at high top tables with tall chairs inside, or at regular height tables both inside and outside. One of the employees making sandwiches called out a hello to R and I when we walked through the doors. There were three other customers in line ahead of us, and the two employees working the line were fast and efficient, because the both of us were ordering within a couple of minutes. We both wanted #13 on the menu - The Original Italian, which comes with provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, we ordered one Giant sized sandwich, asking them the cut the bread in half before they make it so we could each have separate sandwiches since we don't agree on what should go on a sandwich. One of the reasons why I like getting Jersey Mike's sandwiches is because I can see them slicing off the meat right after you place your order, and I know the meat's not going to be dried out. Another reason why I like JM's is because they give you a decent amount of meat in their sandwiches. R opted for his sandwich to have lettuce, mustard and onions. I had them make mine Mike's Way, with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices, oil and vinegar, and adding mayo and pickles to that mix. The employee finished up by cutting each half of the Giant sandwich yet again before placing our halves in separate bags. NICE! We ate the delicious sandwiches inside the dining area. The middle aged woman taking orders has a nasty attitude and can't understand English well enough to take my order. She rang me up, took my money(Apple Pay) and went to help the large number of patrons that walked in as I paid my money... leaving my sandwich sitting idle for 5minutes. She walked out from the back wearing gloves and an apron, with a pen and pad in her hand rudely asking who was getting a hot sandwich. -- While my sandwich sat on the prep table. She interrupted conversations of people standing damn near to the door just to ask her repetitive question. Don't go here unless you want to be skipped, forgotten and disappointed by the wait and rude service. read more

Ok. I got a free sandwich. I am a member of the birthday club. I ordered thr big kahuna cheese steak. Big mistake. It was cold. I picked it up early and it was already prepared. Steak was salty and overcooked. It lack meat, onions, mushrooms. Yes it was free but did they have to cheat me out of a sandwich. I was very disappointed. Im done. I ordered a #56 and at no time I was asked if I wanted beef or chicken; I would have selected neither as I am Vegetarian by religion. The staff were too busy preparing to go orders that they failed to ask the appropriate questions thus resulting in a $22.32 mistake. I was asked at the register if the sub had chicken or steak and I said neither. The owner and his wife do not speak clear English and push customers through their counter without regards to their customer service. My colleague was in line ahead of me and she ordered a mini sub and they made a regular. Their mistakes are unacceptable and costly to their customers. I will not be visiting Jersey Mike's cannot make their customers happy. read more

Another great location for Jersey Mike's. The service was very friendly and responsive to orders. There were a few people in front of me and I was in and out in a timely fashion at lunch. I will always love that Jersey Mike's cooks the meats in front of you, as opposed to select other sub shops. Remember that you can customize your sub any way you like! My go-to is #56, Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. It comes with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and extra white American cheese on white bread. I always add salt, pepper, olive oil and Chipotle Southwest sauce. The sub is always made consistently, no matter what Jersey Mike's you go to. Thankfully Jersey Mike's opened this new location. This is a great area for a sub joint, considering there are only 1 or 2 others around in such a highly populated area throughout the work week. Best chain sub shop around in my opinion and worth the extra money for the quality that you receive. read more

I had such a good experience here! I was greeted when I walked in the door, the male employee with the dreads that was making the sandwiches was kind and fun--he made every customer feel good. When there were delays and he was done with orders, he jumped in and helped the other staff as well. The ladies that were working were pleasant as well. so the customer service in this place sucks ! guy cooking food has an attitude. ! we stood there for a good 5 mins before a woman walks in. this so called brown cook. can't help you have a dead end job at a sub place ! as soon as she walks in he says can I take your order. 1155 Mt. Vernon Road store 1050 will never get my $$$ I was met with the most rude, unprofessional and out right blatantly racist store manager. Horrible customer experience!!!! Not only did he SNATCH my sandwiches out my hand but also sprained my finger then threatened to call the cops and say I attacked him. Lucky for me I had an entire store full of witnesses and some even decided to get out of line a walk out as they too saw his indignant behavior and refused to support or patronize an establishment that treats customers in such a manor. Oh and feel free to pull the video camera footage he claims was being recorded (Hence the real reason he never called the cops bc I waited and want them to see who really attacked who).
