I had to pay $5.07 just to pick up a pre-ordered meal (additional insult the portion size decreased while cost increased), and only after asking inside was I told there's a "special code" for 2 free hours. Nothing on the signs mentions this, so customers are left in the dark. Other nearby businesses (Oil & Ve, Fickle Pickle, Chelo) clearly mark parking for customers only and don't force paid parking. Savory Gourmet offered no credit or apology, just the parking company's number for me to chase a refund. Really poor customer experience.
