I have to say this place has excellent service! We walked in and there were a few staff members waiting to take our orders. My husband ordered his & I ordered mine with a few tweeks (made it my way:-)). The mini size was perfect size for me. It was delicious but messy due to the oil (which I didn't want but the woman put it on as I'm saying no, no none of the oil! Too late! I just took it & tried it with oil and as I thought I didn't like the oil. It made my sub soggy so I only got to eat 1/2 of the mini sub. Disappointed:(!! The tables were not cleaned nor the chairs. We weren't given our cups for drinks, napkins or anything other than our sub in brown bag twisted. We had to get our own cups and find napkins and clean the table and chairs. There's one thing that saved them from getting a much lower review, I found agave vanilla cream soda! I'm not a big soda fan but this is a flavor that took me back to my childhood and great memories going to get cream soda as a special treat! I have not seen any or drank any in decades! I grew up in Philly and am a connoisseur and yearned for the taste of an exquisite hoagie, as subs are called there. When I first moved to the Baltimore area, I failed in my quest to find a sub that even partially met the standards of those I was used to gulping down while growing up. But now, after 50 years, I have finally done so at Jersey Mike's on Christmas Eve. The meat and cheese on my Italian hoagie was extremely fresh, on a soft role and I was able to add all my desired extras. The taste was absolutely scrumptious! I went back to Jersey Mike's after being away for a while. There were no flies (in comparison to my first review), and my sandwich was as good as ever! I had the original Italian on rosemary Parmesan bread. I just love how thin the meat is sliced. Everything is super duper fresh and fast! The price is pretty reasonable for the freshness and high quality of the meats and cheeses. I would to go Jersey Mike's over any cold cut spot nearby. One of the best of subs I've ever had! I stopped in for lunch because I had heard from friends that their house spices and dressing made a huge difference in flavor. They were correct! I stopped in to this location and was immediately greeted by a very nice employee. I ordered the Turkey and provolone 'The Mike Way'. The Mile way included lettuce, tomato, onions and their house spices and vinegar dressings. The sub was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious! The spices gave it a kick and the dressings gave it tang that was unexpected. Those additions placed it far above a normal Subway or similar deli sub. Overall, I experienced excellent service and a superb sub. Will definitely be back for more. read more

I ordered a steak sub with chips and a drink. Got the steak sub, which tastes great, but I got Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips, yuck, when I ordered Garden Salsa. I also got NO napkins. Highly encourage people to use the app, you can get free subs and it makes pick up/delivery very simple. I've been here probably 6x since they have opened. Second to the Mobtown Classic on Cibatta at Ravage- the italian cold cuts here are where it's at! There are several different varieties with different meats. You get your sub mike's way and they dress it up-lettuce, tomato, onion, oil/vinegar and spice blend. It's amazing. They also have hot subs. However, I've noticed that the hot subs are significantly smaller than the regular cold ones. Not sure if that is by design. They offer gluten free options and take it seriously. I also enjoy the tub which is the sub without bread. That have chips and cookies as sides which is pretty standard. I never get those because all I'm interested in is the sub! Great little spot and I'm thrilled they choose our White Marsh community! read more

I came to Maryland to visit my mother, I'm from Buffalo NY.. On the 2nd day of my trip after a day of shopping she suggested that we stop by Jersey Mike's to grab a sub.. On my first trip I kept it simple because I didn't know what to order or how to order it. A simple ham sub with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, mayo and oil.. On my second visit I got the works (lol).. I ordered The Original Italian (provolone, salami, pepperoni, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo) minus the prosciuttini and cappacuolo, I replaced those 2 meats with turkey and I got the sub MIKES WAY (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and THE JUICE-red wine vinegar and olive oil blend).. BOY OH BOY!! Mikes way is DEFINITELY THE BEST WAY TO GO!! My next trip to any state with a Jersey Mike's will have my business on the day I arrive.. My mother ordered the chicken cheesesteak and it was delicious as well but def not as good as my food because she adds lettuce and tomatoes to her hot subs and I'm not a fan of that.. read more

They make it the right way: Cheese steak had lots of meat, grilled onions and peppers, and cheese (no lettuce, tomato, mayo like other sub shops in Maryland). Great sub spot in the White Marsh area. Jersey Mike's Subs really hits on a different level. Each one I go to is always consistent no matter what I get. I try as many subs as possible and their catering is great as well for football Sundays or pool days. At this specific location Erin, Anthony and team do an amazing job. They know not only my name but so many other customers who I see during lunch. They start their order before they get to the counter. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly as well. I went to Jersey Mike's and ordered a sandwich with extra Mayo. Instead of giving me extra Mayo, the young man who made my sandwich put so much oil and vinegar that the sandwich was soggy when I got to my destination and I could not even eat it. On top of that, I bought a bottle of lemonade to go with it and noticed it tasted funny so I checked the expiration date and it was expired. I had to get back to work so I could not bring it back and ended up just eating the chips for lunch. I was so disappointed that I basically paid $12 for a lunch where the only consumable item was a small bag of chips. I will not be going there again & suggest you stay away as well. read more

Ok so I met the owner in the giant food next door, and asked about their subs. He said try us if you don't like it tell them I said to give you your money back. So we did and I can truly say the subs here are really good for a chain store. Cheese steaks are great if you ask for Ashley to cook them, anyone else cooks them 4 u and it's just blah. The pace was a little slow, the girl who was at the cash register was without and personalitie at all not friendly whatsoever. The wait was well over 15 minutes but they were busy. Food was good. Service was ridiculous. I went in with my 4 yr old (single father) on my shoulders. Ordered my cold subs and took one person to put meat on it and then I was told someone else would do the condiments and he stopped right after wrapping one sub to help another customer and then 2 other employees stopped to help this other guy. I asked how many people does it take to help one person meanwhile my toddler is getting antsy too. So they stopped to finish ringing me up and i go to give the kid $26 and changed my mind bc I figure I would tip even though the service was crap... gave him $40 and he gave me pennies back. When I told him I have him two 20's he told me I didn't. I damn near had a fit. He gave me a twenty back instead of figuring the CORRECT change and I told him if they wanted a tip I needed smaller bills. He looked at me dumbfounded. At that point I was done. Ordered today at 1015am online using app. Food to be picked up at 315. It's 345pm and the staff/manager says that my order was misplaced and that they were busy. We order at least 5-6 times a month. I felt very unappreciated on this visit. I guess that trying to support local businesses during this tough time doesn't always work out. Definitely wouldn't loose all of my support but will cut down my visits until I guess they are "less busy" and able to fill a order placed 5 hours in advance.
