When I received my sandwich it was hot which took me back a little because I never had a hot turkey sandwich. I told the girl I wanted it cold since on the menu it says "hot or make it cold". She then got her manager which I was little confused with because I told her I never ordered here before and wasn't aware that the sandwich's are automatically made hot. The girl who took my order never asked if I wanted it hot or cold. The manager or whoever the guy was comes out and says "we'll make it cold for you out of curtesy" I then said to him what I told the girl. They did remake the sandwich but I didn't appreciate the reluctancy from remaking it as it was mistake on my part and the cashiers since she didn't ask. When I ordered I told her to give me a minute since I never ordered there, this could have all been avoided had she made me aware the sandwich's are made hot.

I had to settle for a cookie I didn't even want. The macaroni was completely overcooked and mushy. I threw most of this away. Oddly enough, Potbelly sent me a review request which I was happy to provide feedback with all of the above. That was 6 days ago. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back. I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back. Not even to redeem the free cookie they promised for my feedback or the free sandwich they promised for using the app.

Someone told me to add some honey and that is also a good hack. If you're getting the combo make sure to get the bread toasted and don't skip the pickles, they're also really good. Cauliflower Bites 8/10 - These are an excellent meat free substitute. My only comment is that you must eat these while they are fresh. Once they cool they lose their crunch.
