It was a line of about 6 customers, but everyone was helped speedily and accurately. Looks like one employee was being trained, but that didn't stop the efficient service. I was famished when I walked in there Saturday afternoon. Usually (especially when I'm starved), the orders ahead of me are either super complicated because of a difficult customer, or the workers do not have a particular sense of urgency. I have to tell everyone, I never saw a crew work that hard. Each one of them were working their tails off with smiles on each of their faces. Thank you ladies! Ordered on the app today in the early afternoon, and my sandwich was ready when I got there 10 minutes later. I was surprised as it was the weekend, but I guess its slow there on the weekends? My sandwich was delicious and made to order how I specified on the app. I forgot to add if they could separate the giant sandwich into halves and they did at the store when I got there with no issues. Staff was nice and friendly. Although, this store did not offer the Rosemary Parmesan in the app I was forced to go healthy and ordered Wheat bread. I'm glad because it was delicious. The person who made my sandwich must have changed his gloves to new ones to prepare a new one. He was wearing used gloves. And I noticed, and he was very kind and attentive, but I think he was using that to distract me and not realize that he didn't change the dirty gloves he was wearing, and with those dirty gloves he was making my sandwich that I stupidly bought out of shame. I ordered a #9 and wanted one tomato cut in half. The man preparing the food grabbed a knife with avocado on it. I advised him that I have an allergy and cannot eat avocado. Not as many options in fillers as the competition, but the end product is very good. Value wise, the competition may be cheaper in price. At $9 for a meal, this may not be your everyday lunch shop, but once a week it is a nice treat. Shop is new, so it is clean and inviting, fresh. Staff is friendly. Coupons are available on line. I should have checked Yelp before going. The subs actually ended up being pretty good but I was inside so long my friend, who waited in the car, came to check that I was alright. Third in line and it took 25 minutes to get my sandwiches. Lucky that I am an honest person because the guy handed me my sandwiches and walked away. Complete disappointment after paying $23 for a sandwich combo. After asking them to please not add lettuce or tomato to my sandwich as I am allergic to the seeds in tomato, I ordered my food and returned to work to eat my lunch just find both items in my giant sandwich.
