I live near two In-N-Out locations, but I always seem to skip the one that's just a block from my house. It's not because it's a bad location or because the customer service is lacking--I just prefer the ambiance, the crowd, and the old-school vibe of the other location when I go out in the evening with my boys. I'm not much of a fan of their fries, but I ordered a single cheeseburger with grilled onions, while my boys got their usual meals. The food was good, and the service was what you'd expect from In-N-Out. The only minor issue was that some of the tables could have been cleaner, but considering it was a busy Saturday evening around 9:30 p.m., that's understandable. Everyone knows in and out and today was my cheat day so why not. The place has only been open an hour and its busy. I thought id be able to get in and out fast (get it? In and out fast), but know. 23 minutes seemed like a very long time to get a burger and fries. I finished it faster than that. The other thing is what is up with them and the napkins because I asked for extra napkins and they didnt give me any. They are stingy with napkins out of all things So with all this being said I was running late waiting for my order. I had to eat in the car and sure enough I spilled on my clothes. Of course I anticipated this but I didnt anticipate them not giving me enough napkins. I go to In and Out maybe 2 to 3 times a year. Love this location for it's ease from the 91 freeway and being off of Artesia Blvd. in the city of Bellflower, accessibility is always a plus! The drive thru entrance is off of Bellflower Blvd. which happens to be the exit from the 91 East. I usually order the double double, for my particular order on 1/14/2026, I had my order via the drive thru, to go, and did not have to wait a long time for the following: 2 #1s with whole grilled onions, fries well, and spread & peppers on the side. I like getting their signature pink lemonade as well as the Arnold Palmer. I also like to ask for the stickers or Kid's activity book which comes with a short singular colored pencil. Speed of service was great as we didn't wait very long even with about 20 cars in front of me in the drive thru. I haven't had In-N-Out in so long, I forgot what it tasted like. The burger was really fresh. The fries were delicious. It was about a 13 minute wait. The drive-thru was packed so we decided to go inside and order. Inside was actually completely empty. A majority of the people chose to use the drive-thru. It was really hot that day and they had the AC booming inside. Super grateful for that. The cashier was super friendly and had a lot of patience because me and my sister couldn't decide what we wanted. We had a lot of stipulations for the burger because I only wanted lettuce, mustard, cheese, pickles only and my sister had a similar order, but slightly different. I went through the drive-thru today (3/15, mid-shift) and unfortunately the experience didn't reflect the friendly customer service that In-N-Out is known for. Both the employee taking payment and the one handing out the food seemed visibly upset and unfriendly. One of the things that makes In-N-Out stand out is the courtesy and positive attitude of their staff, so this was disappointing. The food was good as usual. I'm a huge In-N-Out fan. I picked up my East coast friend from the LAX airport and he was hungry and feening for some California cuisine. Because the drive-through line was long, we decided to go in and order the food to go. We were right there in front of line and ordered quickly. It was 10:59 PM. Well, we waited. And waited. And waited then I went to the front to ask what was going on with our food because it was 11:18 PM. They said it was coming out soon. The food came out and they called our number at 11:20 PM. I asked them why it took 21 minutes to just pick up our burger and two fries (ordered light well, but still). They just said that they were busy and apologized. Well, I'm sure at least two lines of cars had gone through the drive-through before we got our food and so that was frustrating. I have a friend who owns a Chick-Fil-A so I understand the need for speed with drive-through lines. Seriously, it's fine to prioritize cars over those who are dining in or or bring their food to go inside. But this kind of negligence for those waiting inside for the priority of those outside went too far. Four stars too far. So I would've given this Store five stars but instead, I will only give them one. May this In-N-Out still continue to flourish and care for their cars in the drive-through while also giving appropriate focus to those who are ordering food to go who order inside. read more

An opportunity to have our lunch at the nearby In-N-Out was not wasted. We drove into the parking lot at a busy Bellflower intersection and got lucky. Entering the store, we were immediately greeted by a very nice Katrina. The lovely missus is keen on the INO cheeseburger and fries, and I'll have the number 1 combo of double double. We found an empty table and looked around while our order was getting prepared. Nice decor and enough customers inside the dining area. I see that the INO T-shirt is available online. Ah, our number is called and time to eat. Great crunch on the leafy lettuce and super meaty patties between the buns and oozing yellow cheese. Yummy... but the fries are kind of wimpy... the missus says they are supposed to be that way at the INO. We definitely were happy to make the INO our stop for lunch in Bellflower, CA. I went to this location today and it was such a bummer! The food was cold and they forgot to give me two of my items, which I don't understand because they weren't busy. There were about 4 cars ahead of me. The young lady who gave me the food came off a bit snobby when I asked for extra spread. She did it respond, just gave me part of my order then said I'm just waiting on the fries you placed last minute. When she handed me the bag, I asked again for the extra spread and she was so blunt and said it's in the bag. The bag contained my Flying Dutchman not the extra fries. That's what I never received. Diane and I had to hurry to eat before seeing our nine-year-old granddaughter perform as John in a kid's theatre production of "Peter Pan". So we were pleased to find this In-N-Out nearby. Among four family members we consumed a Double-Double with Cheese, a Cheeseburger, a well-dressed Hamburger, two Protein-Style Burgers, and four orders of Fries. In keeping with In-N-Out standards, all vegetables tasted fresh, the meat was thoroughly cooked but still juicy, and the deep-fried Fries cut off whole spuds were delicious and addictive. The indoor dining room had just opened again for service, but no drink or condiment dispensers were in operation for patrons to use. Instead, staffers provided soft drinks at the ordering station and as many ketchup packets as one desired. I asked for 10, and received 20! Without me asking for assistance, part of my food order was brought to the table by a staffer, so I could avoid having to return for a second load. And, when I requested a drink refill, a staffer poured more Diet Coke into my cup at the table where I was sitting. So the restaurant is obviously very Covid conscious. Judging by our singular experience, this is a superior branch of the In-N-Out Burger chain. read more

Finally went up to asl what was the hold up since i was on break. Something is wrong with this In n Out... I've always said one of the reasons why In n Out is the best -- is because of the consistency and freshness of the food. However, tonight 1/24/24 around 9pm. I was served bad food from in n out. The first time in my 25 years of loving in n out. The fries were old and possibly rotten. My wife and I both got that outer paper layer from the outside of the onion in our burgers, a whole ring of it. The lettuce tasted old. I got the butt of the tomato in my burger which is hard to eat. The chilies were brown, the bread was soggy... my wife thought her meat was raw. My wife said when she picked up the food at the drive thru window-- the workers were distracted, joking around, and talking about asses. She was blown away how different this In n Out experience was from all other In n Out locations. I mean-- after seeing that burger we were served, it was pretty obvious the workers there were distracted or not trained properly...Being that this never happens at In n Out locations. We both had to throw away most our burgers and all our fries :( ... I really thought all of this was impossible for In n Out, but I was sadly proven wrong. I can't bring myself to give In n Out 1 star... so it's going to be a 2. Sad night. I am so disappointed. Won't be coming back to this in n out. read more
