My dad loves their chicken Philly sandwich. He would request to order once a week. Luckily we have a store by the house. This one is located in a big commercial area and has a ton of parking space. My daughter usually orders the club and I would order the Philly for my dad. The server asked us if we want to make it Mike's way? Basically shucking it up with red vinaigrette and salt/pepper. I said sure...hook me up and throw in some banana peppers and jalapeños. He also packed some spicy relish for us to try. This restaurant is always clean whenever we stop by. Bad customer service, ordered ahead and took 40 minutes when nobody was even there, asked for a giant sub and only received half of it, out of stock on many drinks, my bread was stale, pick any other jersey mikes then this one! read more

I have been to this store 4 times in the last couple weeks. The General Manager, Sarah, and Assistant Manager, Michael, were incredibly helpful. I tried the #8, #11 (twice), and the #26. I visited during the soccer tournaments so the place was packed but Michael kept the line moving while engaging with every customer! Sarah was killing it on the grill, she's the one who made my #26 and I have a pretty particular sandwich (i'll put it at the bottom if you want to try it ;) ) because I used to work at sandwich shop. The nice people working on topping, wrapping, and ringing up my sandwich were like a well-oiled machine. It's always fun to see a cohesive team working the line! The ingredients all looked fresh, the bread was soft and warm, and all the employees worked with a smile. What more could you want in a lunch break? Jersey Mike's is a bit pricier than the other sub shops but it is ALWAYS worth it for such quality meats and vegetables! Can't wait to see Sarah and Michael next time! For my #26 I like to get it on Rosemary Parmesan, extra cheese but ask that the extra cheese is provolone. You'll get both american and provolone! When they melt together its amazing. Personally I take off the tomatoes and then I ask for oregano and light buffalo sauce. The Chicken Bacon Ranch with buffalo should be on the menu, it's SO good. Staff are really friendly. Subs and cheese steaks are always fresh! I recommend the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. Service today was a little bit slow, but all the staff were busy working so I think they were dealing with a lot of mobile & delivery orders. It didn't look understaffed either from my perspective, so they were just doing the best they could. FYI - downloading the app and signing up for rewards points is worth it. today I was able to claim a free sandwich! read more

Ordered #17 and #43, both tasted fresh and hot but just a little salty on #43 I think maybe it's due to the chipotle sauce. Will return again and try the #66 next time, it has mushrooms in the cheese steak. read more

This location is seriously below average. I've visited several locations and had fairly consistent experiences within each of the other locations. Positives: -LOVE that they have gluten free bread!! Most locations have a dedicated part of the line to prep GF sandwiches... this location does NOT use a separate area -The subs at Jersey Mike's in general are awesome -Convenient location Negatives: -The service is horrendous. I visited several times before stating this here. Consistently terrible. The people who work on the line just truly don't seem to care or want to be there. Half assed and slow service is how they run this store. -The restaurant has been a disaster the last few times we've been here. Tonight was after the dinner rush, we were the only ones in the restaurant and there wasn't a single clean table. The garbages were both overflowing - I couldn't fit our garage into the one without other things spilling out. Napkins were out on two of the tables. -They legitimately gave me frozen GF bread on the side last time I went. And acted annoyed that I'd actually want the bread. It was bizarre. -Luckily I'm just gluten intolerant and not celiac. They wiped the area down a bit, but didn't do what other restaurants do and use a separate space. They were visibly annoyed by my GF request... my family sat down and were eating for several minutes before anyone finally started helping with my toppings. The person who did the meat/bread had put it on the board and moved on to another sandwich (which she finished before mine was done). Very frustrating and I almost felt embarrassed that I was inconveniencing them so much... something that I rarely feel anymore now that so many restaurants are gluten conscious. -SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!! By far the best subs in the area! Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh when your sandwich is made so it slows down service a bit (though I find ordering toppings at Subway eats up more time). Bread is yummy. Mike's way is fresh and zesty. Love that the pickles are kosher dill instead of hamburger dill. The staff is usually pretty great here too. Always upbeat and friendly. We used online ordering for our past visit and the orders were correct (but not quite ready when we arrived, but we did get there quick). A little more expensive than the other sandwich shops (I think) but definitely worth it and the sub sizes are pretty substantial. read more

I remember going here when they first opened and the food was quite good. I hadn't gone back for a few years but then my daughter sent me a gift card for my birthday so I used it to order something called a Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak. They have a great menu to choose from or you can make it up yourself. Anything can be made into a wrap or salad. I really like the sizes. The mini is perfect for me if I'm really hungry. The amount of filling seems to out shine other sub shops. Meaning the bread to filling ratio is rather good. The staff is helpful and friendly. Not my best experience at jersey mikes. My sandwich basically from start to finish was on the counter, no layer of wrap, bread sat right on the counter; or anything. I ordered no oil or vinegar so it wouldn't get soggy (not a fan of soggy bread). Yea my sandwich was soggy cause it had no wrapper and was right on the counter where they put those on other subs. They also never wiped off the counter in between subs or anything. Which included the 6 subs made before mine. Disgusting if you ask me. Food is good but their service is subpar at best. Ordered 4 subs well ahead of time (placed order 45m before pickup) and I ended up waiting 20m beyond my pickup time. If they were busy, I'd get it, but they weren't. On top of that when she finally brought out my order she brought out 2 others dropped them all on a table and walked away. Couldn't be bothered to call names, apologize for the wait, or even say have a nice night. COVID-19 or not, this is inexcusable. A delay with an apology - fine. I love jersey mikes! Now this is a sub! You get a lot of food and I feel the prices are reasonable. Join the rewards if you eat there often. I usually get a free sandwich once a month or so. It can get busy if you go at a busy time or there is soccer tournaments going on and it does tend to move a little slow during those times. Just an FYI. read more

We came at 8:55. The restaurant closed at 9. We ordered our food and wanted to sit down. The manager kicked us out at 9. She said we cannot eat there while they were cleaning up the restaurant. She told us we could eat outside. The low was 36 for the night. The manager was very mean and unfriendly. She should of told us before we bought our sub that we couldn't eat inside. First time I walked in it was awesome! about 4 months ago. Now I will never waste my $$ on this place. First there is No way they raost the beef there...when it is shrinked wrapped.Second umm the employees seem like drones, no enthusiasm, no personal interaction. Just had lunch of my typical #9 on wheat, Mikes way of course with pickles. The only difference this day is my sandwich maker was very entertaining. He recognized and called me by name since it was on my shirt. Jared also went out of his way to be welcoming. Nothing against everybody else at the store, but Jared clearly loves his job. Now if he doesn't love his job, damn he is good. He also wants to make each customer feel special as I observed the same practice with clients after me. So special shout out to Jared, and of course the management team at this Jersey Mike's. My experience has always told me, when you have happy workers like this, in an environment like this. Point Pleasant New Jersey - The home of Mothman and Jersey Mike's subs. A match made in ... well made somewhere. I've eaten at the NE Mpls one before so lets see how their suburban brethren stack up. Clean? Yep!, Tasty? Yep!, Sliced to order? Yep! Mothman? - nope! They have the same good rolls and the stuff to put in them. My wife's chicken parm was a bit messy, but c'mon its a hot sub loaded with cheese and tomato sauce how did you think that's gonna go? I had the #13 - A bunch of Italian meat and provolone cheese fixed Mike's way (I don't really have a "way" so this one sounded good). It's oil & vinegar with spices - tastes great on a cold sub. Easily the worst dining experience I've ever had at a sandwich eatery. Then I got a catty attitude from the employees because they were handling my food improperly. Your employee even said "don't die" after handing me my sandwich. Are you joking? This is a legitimate business? On top of it I paid $9 for the driest, slapped together conglomerate of a sandwich. You could not pay me money to ever go to another jersey mikes again. I will not be disrespected when I make a polite request. Pitiful. This is my first bad review. Jersey Mike's is the best sandwich shop in the area. My favorite part is that they can do a "tub" instead of a sub. So basically... salad. They do things up fresh, and they are flavorful. The GIANT size is probably a two-person deal. The only reason it's not five stars is the price, but, I'm willing to pay for good, special food anytime. It costs more to make. read more

I love sandwiches. Moving to the cities has opened up many more options. If I want to have sandwiches every day of the week, I dont even need to go to the same place more than once a week! Anyway, I've been wanting to try this Jersey Mikes for a couple weeks now, just to see what's available. Initially, the order process was a little confusing to us first- timers. We figured it out, but someone Could have explained it a little better. I think we were part of an unexpected, late dinner rush around 7:30. We waited about 7-10 minutes for our warm sandwiches. Both my boyfriend and I thought this was quite a while and discussed if we thought the food would be worth the wait. The food arrived and we both agreed, less than halfway through our meals, that our food was definitely worth the lengthier wait. We will likely return but I hope the service and speed improve for my next visit, but I will definitely give it another try. I went to this shop last week, and the people working weren't responding to my questions very well, like their attention was distracted even though I was the only one in the shop! They proceeded to make my order, but the beef was sliced so thin that you could hardly find it drowned out in all the bread, and I took it home, added more cheese. This did not fill me up (1/2 large) sandwich so I called the place and spoke with the manager who was a bout 19 or 20 years old. He stated that the meat was cooked fresh there and that they don't go by how much meat (because Subway and Arby's gives you more meat) is there. When I told him I wouldn't be back, his answer was: it wouldn't do any good to get another one because they are all made the same! How pathetic! then he hung up on me.
