I asked them to remove the additional charges. They were unable to do so, so they said they were voiding and canceling the Door Dash order. It took the 3 employees a long time trying to figure out how to charge me. I was tired and hangry and just wanted my food. So eventually, the store charged me for my sandwiches in the store. And then hours later I get notified that Door Dash was on the way and then had delivered my food. THE ONLY FOOD I GOT WAS WHAT I DROVE TO THE STORE TO PICKUP, WHICH THEY CHARGED ME FOR. Jimmy John's and Door Dash both need to fix this. I've had very limited income, so this was a treat for myself. This the first time in many months that I ordered food from anywhere. If you have no driver, make it so your website and Door Dash can only be used for pickup orders.
