Put in an online order for pick up four subs for a late snack during the Miami Dolphin game. The order was ready and packed nicely in a carry bag with attached receipt and the contents were confirmed before leaving the parking lot. My regular sized Italian sub was heavy as usual with lots of meat and an ultra soft bun, I cant imagine the giant size version. The subs are consistently made at all the locations but customer service levels vary but the staff here were friendly and diligent. Prices have gone up recently but still a filling and flavorful meal every once in a while. read more

Extremely disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike's location on Palmetto in Boca Raton. The employees seemed like they simply did not want to work. The service was lazy, sloppy, and completely unprofessional. I walked in ready to place an order, but after seeing the attitude and lack of effort from the staff, I honestly did not even want to order anymore. When customers can immediately feel that the employees do not want to be there or help anyone, there is a serious management problem. I've been to this location twice now, and they've never let me know. I will say parking is horrendous in the plaza, but other than that, I love this location. I always place my order via mobile order for pick up and my order is always ready by the time I show up, even if the place is packed. My order is always made correctly. Jersey Mike's is my go-to when it comes to the national sub chains. The subs are good and far better than the other chain sub shops (at least in my opinion). The service here was friendly and professional and the ambiance is what you would expect from a Jersey Mike's. I went with their roast beef and cheese and overall enjoyed my meal. It had been a bit since I had a roast beef sub from Jersey Mike's, but it was good. My usual go-to at Jersey Mike's is an Italian sub for a cold sub and my go-to for a hor sub is their Big Kahuna cheesesteak. I would recommend any of the above-mentioned subs. I will also say that I find Jersey Mike's to be pretty consistent in quality at their locations. I attribute this to the trainings that the corporate part of the company gives their franchisees. I think this is important. I would definitely recommend this particular location of Jersey Mike's. read more

Great place to get a sandwich if you are on your way to work. This location opens at 7am Mon-Fri so if you order before you get there, your sandwich will be ready for you by the time you get to the store. The sandwiches are kind of expensive but it's worth it and the sandwiches here are much better than Subway. It's $15 for a giant one but you can split that with someone or make 2 meals out of it so it's not too bad. I got the #9 club supreme on Rosemary bread without the lettuce and tomatoes and no oil and vinegar because I wanted to eat it later and not have a soggy sandwich. If you have an air fryer, it's great to reheat it for a few mins to get a toasty sandwich. I think next time I will order it with oil and vinegar on the side so it's not as dry since I also got it without mayo. I wanted to use my birthday reward (a free sub) and the employee graciously explained how it works. You put your phone # in the pad near the cash register and it populates how many points you have. So I asked for the italian sub which comes with all of the meats- (Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami - Original Italian. A truly authentic Jersey-style Italian sub, it's crafted with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. We ordered it Mike's Way for one truly memorable experience. I've had issues twice now when I order a sandwich through their app. Door Dash has picked up my order on 2 different occasions and twice has confirmed delivery but they have not delivered to me. I then, have to call Jersey Mike's and get into this whole conversation with them where they tell me to call Door Dash. Why do I need to call? The restaurant should be responsible as well for the lousy drivers Door Dash has. After a few back and forths, the manager Carlos finally decided to call Door Dash or so he said and said he'd send another driver with my order. I was dreading that the same thing would happen but this driver was legit and he came with my food. We stopped in and got a veggie sub with Swiss, provolone, tomato, onion and peppers and also a roast beef sub with tomato, onion, olive oil and red wine vinegar. They really have the line moving along in this place which is great. Wait time was essentially zero, even at peak lunch rush. They had like 9 guys behind the counter cranking everything out at a furious pace so I got in and out of there in record time. The taste of course was amazing. Over $11 for a regular sub give me a freaking break. Publix sells better quality for half your price and the sub is almost double the size. Stop screwing people around and give people some value. I've always loved jersey mikes. It was so good when they first moved to Florida when i was in high school. Then they started slacking on the meat and raising prices. But i still come and pay... This location is run by a young kid. Nice guy. But i won't be back. Nothing worse than going to a restaurant, no matter the caliber and having people who don't understand the industry they are in.... When you handle peoples food, you have to be conscious about hygiene and cleanliness. When i managed restaurants i wouldn't even allow my staff to touch their hair or face. This kid had his entire finger in his mouth, and when i told him he needs to wash his hands him and his manager smirked like it's funny and before he washed his hands he put his entire hand back in his mouth. The inside is always clean and has a surf vibe. It gets pretty busy for lunch on the weekdays, but that only means one thing to me, The food must be great.
