Been quite a while since I've been here and wondered how busy it would be on a Tues night at 6pm. Luckily, got one of the last tables... I think we were helped by the light rain. When we left there was the long wait I remember from back in the day, so seems its still very popular. This place hasn't changed at all. Neither have their customers! Seems like everyone here are regulars that have been coming for years. I loved my waiter, Fred, who when asked said he's been working at 3Gs for 16 years... a real pro and such a nice guy. Had their signature sandwich... The New Yorker with Hot Corned Beef, Hot Pastrami, Imported Swiss, Slaw and Russian Dressing. Comes with a side of Cole Slaw... I added a side of Fries. I enjoyed the sandwich ... both meats were very good, slaw fine. Wouldn't order the fries again... too fried. Also, gave a try to the 3G's Salad Sensation: A platter of Egg, Tuna and Dill Chicken Salads. Soups were bland. Now that I am reminded of the various items here, the way I'll play 3Gs moving forward. Even though I'll miss seeing Fred... Corned Beef Sandwich To-Go along with a Carnegie Deli Potato Knish.

3 G's is an institution in Delray Beach. It serves everything from delicious breakfast, lunches and dinners. Always crowded, the portions are fresh and plentiful. I love their pastrami and stuffed cabbage. The staff is always friendly and hustling to get your orders out. Their babka muffin is to die for. If you are looking for a great deli experience, this is your place.

Awesome restaurant. There is a wait but well worth your time. The food was amazing. The service was very attentive and restaurant was very clean

I'm calling this one Scenes From 3G's because, in the end, I didn't actually eat here. I sat down at a table with ten people. I ordered food. I waited. And then I didn't eat. 3G's Gourmet Deli is one of those South Florida Jewish delis with a vast, boilerplate menu and a loyal, mostly elderly clientele. If this were a place that actually cooked most of what it serves, this review would read very differently. But it doesn't -- and it's not trying to hide that fact. This is a deli built almost entirely on commercial sourcing, primarily from Carnegie, a brand licensed to an Upstate New York-area deli manufacturer (Old World Provisions) whose products dominate Jewish delis, bagel joints, and luncheonettes across South Florida. Pastrami. Corned beef. Chicken soup. Matzo ball soup. Cheesecake. Blintzes. Mustards. Condiments. It's all there, and it's all Carnegie. Many delis use Carnegie products. 3G's simply commits to the bit. A closer look at the deli case reveals Sy Ginsberg / EW Grobbel provisions as well -- most of them removed from cryovac packaging, just enough to give the impression that something happened between factory and plate. It didn't. Here's what I ordered: a BLT on toasted wheat. The rye -- the only thing I actually tasted, along with the pickles -- is the familiar "let's toast it because it's naturally mushy" variety. We arrived at 5:30 PM. It took about 15 minutes for the group to order. My sandwich arrived roughly 40 minutes later. It was cold. Not lukewarm. Not cooling. Cold toast. Cold bacon. I flagged the waitress and told her the sandwich was cold. She replied, calmly and without irony, that it's always cold. That ended the experiment. I had it taken back, declined to order anything else, said goodbye to the rest of the table, and left. I don't believe in suffering in silence, and I wasn't going to wait another 40 minutes for a hamburger just to confirm what was already obvious. The photos tell the story better than words ever could. This is not a kitchen expressing craft. It's a showroom of industrial consistency -- a place where the supply chain is the cuisine. And for what it's worth, the restaurant was absolutely slammed when I walked out at 6:30 PM, leaving nine other people behind. So no, none of this criticism actually matters. The people who go here love it. If you enjoy commercially produced Jewish deli food, sourced from a small handful of major suppliers and delivered with total predictability, you'll probably be very happy here. I wasn't. I went out for sushi.

Check out the thickness of the bread.

UPDATE 4/13/26: Gave 3Gs another try. 4pm & no one at front seat us. Server, Trinity came by quickly to announce only sour pickles, then disappearred. When a kind busser came by we asked for her. Waited 15 mins. finally she took orders. I ordered The New Yorker. Hot pastrami, hot corned beef, swiss cheese, cole slaw on rye bread, Russian dressing on the side. 20 mins. later it arrives with Russian dressing on it & extra in small cup. The bread is 2x normal size & wet from dressing. 15 mins. to get server who disappears again. She comes back I explain about no dressing & also ask for normal sized bread. 15 mins. more & she brings sandwich ice cold on normal bread. Pastrami is so fatty I can't eat it. Gross! Trinity could care less. She sends mgr. Giving. Very nice woman, apologizes & comps sandwich. Even when they're not busy, this place is circling the drain.

We shared the mussels and chopped Italian salad to start, and both were very good. For my entrée, I split the eggplant parmesan with my girlfriend, and we both enjoyed it. The reason I don't come here often is because it's just too loud for me. On top of that, the chairs aren't very comfortable, so between the noise and the seating, it's hard for me to relax and enjoy a meal. My friends picked this place mainly because it's convenient for me, and I appreciate that. The food and service are good, but the loud atmosphere and seating keep it from being a place I visit regularly.

The vegetables were delicious - we had sides of sautéed spinach ($9) and charred Brussels sprouts (listed as an app at $14). A meatballs starter ($16) was also enjoyed - with a dollop of whipped ricotta in the center. Two of us had pasta entrees. The spaghetti could best be described as "industrial" or "so so" (as one dining companion said). The chicken in the chicken Marsala was "very good". The butterflied shrimp in the parmigiana was so thickly encrusted with fried breading, that the shrimp was completely overwhelmed by mouthfuls of crusty batter that adhered to the shrimp. It was hard to appreciate the shrimp at all in there. They were huge (in fact, they looked like small breaded chicken filets). But the excess of breading and batter overwhelmed the shrimp. Also, stomach not feeling so great later. I write this from the throne. The server had the manager come over to speak to us, and he insisted that's just how it's made and that was that. (He offered to have a few more shrimp cooked up but the meal was done at that point). $32 was a lot to pay for mediocre pasta and breading with shrimp. On the fair side, when asked about the shrimp parmigiana vs another dish, the server said that she would recommend the shrimp because there would be more to take home after - which was not our goal for dinner. For my meal I would give it no more than 2 stars but my companions enjoyed theirs more (despite the "so so" spaghetti), so I upped to 3. Will not be eating here again.

We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to look over the menu before ordering. We started with the Steak Tartare, served with beer-battered smoked onion petals, truffle, egg yolk, and manchego. It was excellent and one of the highlights of the meal. We also tried the Za'atar Roasted Local Vegetables with spicy greens, feta tzatziki, lime pickles, and pepitas. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite dish. For our entrées, one person ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese with pork and beef ragu, housemade raw milk ricotta, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. It was rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Jerk Local Swordfish from Fort Lauderdale with braised Swiss chard, local radish escovitch, and jackfruit miso beurre blanc. While the swordfish itself was cooked well, I wasn't a fan of the jerk seasoning. The flounder, however, was outstanding and probably my favorite entrée. To drink, I had the Les Fumées Blanches Orange Sauvignon Blanc, which I really enjoyed. Someone else had an Old Fashioned. For dessert, we shared the Affogato with mascarpone ice cream, dark chocolate, and espresso, and it was a perfect ending to the meal. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and we appreciated being able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. It is on the pricey side, but that's fairly typical for a farm-to-table restaurant using quality ingredients. There's a small parking lot behind the restaurant, and we were lucky enough to grab a spot. Overall, it's a fun place for a date night or a nice dinner with family. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Or if you want, they have a great bar and you can hang out there and have a bite.

We were two couples dining on a Friday evening and loved every dish we tried. We were a little hesitant as the only reservation we'd been able to get was for outside. The temps were going to be in the high eighties. I'm glad we still came. There was a slight breeze, plus the fans, and the covered tenting, made for a comfortable setting. And it was a tad quieter sitting outside. Our only minor quibble was that our server was busy entertaining and had a lot of tables. But although it was a long time between courses, we got to relax and enjoy our conversations. My husband and I shared a grilled Caesar. The baby lettuce had a nice smoky flavor. It was a good appetizer. After that he had the pb and fois gras -- which he adored. And I had the grilled artichokes. It was not what I expected -- I was thinking they would be whole. But the dish was good. We shared lamb meatballs next -- and they were very good. Our friends started with the burrata. The plate was gorgeous -- so colorful. And the burrata very creamy. For their main dishes, she had the lobster and shrimp flatbread and he had the grilled salmon rice bowl. They both enjoyed their choices. For dessert, we had the blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Served hot, it was slightly sweet without being cloying. We can't wait to bring friends here.
