Ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 chicken salad and 2 turkey. They turned out to be basically condiment sandwiches, as there was barely - and I mean barely - any meat on them. On top of that, 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were not what we ordered. The chicken salad was not supposed to have tomato bc of an allergy, and it had tomatoes; and one of the turkey sandwiches had cheese which it was not supposed to have. This all could have been avoided by the employees simply paying attention to the order and not being so careless. Jersey Mike's, I'm sure your costs have gone up, but I'd rather you raise prices a bit and actually fill your sandwiches the way you used to. I gave 2 stars bc what little was in the sandwiches tasted good and the young man who helped me was friendly. read more

Very disappointed out of 8 subs, (4 were same kids meals) they messed up on two of the four adult adult subs mine had oil and vinegar instead of mayo and hardly any lettuce or tomato and they forgot my wife's entirely. I thought she went back to get hers, but she said she didn't want to deal with them in the line was too long. I am still hungry after eating there now I really appreciate Subway because they fill my sub with vegetables and haven't messed up on any of my orders yet. I usually don't do this but I am making an exception. Went to Jersey Mike's, ordered 2 half grinders in person and more mistakes couldn't have happened. Two different breads were ordered. The condiments were switched to the wrong breads. Cheese on the one that didn't want cheese. Lettuce and tomato forgotten. Just to name a couple. Called manager and she didn't seem to care. I think I bothered her more than anything. These sandwiches were almost $40. Not cheap. I think she could have cared some instead of heavy heaving breathing on everything I said. I am a new customer and have been to this locations three times so far and twice it has been an ULTIMATE disaster with very rude workers. I placed and online order at 11:50am, was told to pick up at 12:10 and when I walked out of the store it was 12:51pm. When I arrived at 12:10 I was told a 15 minute wait, more 41 minutes. Had I not paid online I would've walked out with the numerous other people that did so. In addition one of the workers there looked out the 20 or so customers and yelled out don't get mad ya'll if I had 20 hands you'd have your sandwiches by now. It was a pretty nice experience. First of all, they slice the meats right there in front of your eyes so that's a big difference between Mike's and their competitors. Sandwiches are sold in three sizes (mini, regular, and giant). We picked up two minis for lunch today, and the minis were plenty to eat for a nice lunch. I ordered a Jersey Shore (Provolone, ham & cappacuolo) on a white grinder roll and the works (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil, pickles, two kinds of hot peppers, and spices). It was excellent!! The bread was soft and fresh, there was plenty of meat on it and the fixings were fresh and crunchy. The mini was enough ! The place was very organized, and the servers were sweet and polite. Wish I could say the same about the cashier, she was boorish and not very nice. The cash register is up in the front left corner of the store, right next to the soft drink machines. So when we were getting ready to pay, there was a guy more or less in that space fixing his drink. The cashier seemed oblivious to the concept of COVID social distancing and kept barking at us "next".....next". Now had we stepped up to the register, as she was demanding, we would have been shoulder to shoulder with the guy at the drink machine. I was aware of that. My wife was aware of that. But the cashier wasn't, so we waited til the coast was clear. Every time she said "next" she said it louder and was more annoyed. Oh, and she didn't have her mask over her face, unlike all of her co-workers. Every worker in the place was masked and courteous and friendly, except her. Her demeanor detracted from our experience, and cost this review one star. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but have issues my last 3 times at this specific location.. (sigh) it's so close, I'd rather drive 15 more minutes and go elsewhere. My last 3 visits have been messed up. 1st visit- ordered cookies with my sandwiches, was charged, never got them. Called to inquire they stated they would refund. 45 days later that never happened. It was $3 not a huge ordeal. 2nd ordered a few grinders, specified no peppers, came loaded with peppers, I picked them off, called was told they would refund as they want to make sure people are happy... I wasn't even looking for a refund, wanted a remake... that never happened, nor did the refund... Last night, yes I must just be asking for punishment but there subs are so damn good. Ordered 2 giant chipotle cheese steaks, I ordered through THEIR app for delivery, was supposed to be here at 6:45pm, they were busy, no problem, they close at 8pm, I called at 7:30 inquiring and no answer, I called 4 more times they answered and told me to call doordash... I did not order from door dash, I ordered via Jersey Mike app. They said it's powered by DD. Well I called doordash, 40 minutes later they said I paid Jersey Mike's and they are the ones to refund/fix. So here I am 48 dollars and 2 hours later with no food! NEVER AGAIN.. thankfully I used amex and disputing the charge. This place is Bullsh*t I'm in the industry, we are all short staffed and I hate leaving bad reviews but this place will rob you blind. read more

Usually I order from jersey mikes no problem. But today I ordered a large tuna. it was so watery my bread was soggy watery mayo was everywhere. I took two bites and the tuna just slid out that's how loose it was. The amount of tuna was not the question, there was plenty of that. read more

I have been a fan for many years, spent lots of time in NJ, and now in Bristol CT they were wonderful. Covid rules, sandwich was ready at pickup time, minimal handling. The sub was just as remembered, thin sliced lettuce, tomato, with a dash of oil & vinegar avove the meat. New, the rosemary cheese bread, nice free upgrade. Excellent! I haven't had Jersey Mike's since the last review, as the food was pretty bland and the hot sandwiches were indistinguishable from each other, which totally disappointed me. Well, now they're closing in on their first year of service, I found it appropriate to revisit my review, especially as I actually enjoyed a Jersey Mike's sub that was delivered to me while I was poll standing on Election Day. Delivered to me was a cold sandwich, while they were all premade and pre-ordered, I'm not sure of it's name, but it looked like a club- with turkey, ham, and bacon. The cold iteration of Jersey Mike's was definitely worth revisiting. The bread tasted fresher, there was a noticeable difference in taste between the three meats on the sandwich, the veggies were on the bland side- a too giant pale pink tomato and some iceberg lettuce dominated the veggie department, but when paired with whatever dressing they got going on there- it is out of this WORLD! Now, I've only had a sandwich dressing this good in two other contexts- at Nardelli's, and at home, using Dietz and Watson Hoagie Dressing. Jersey Mike's dressing had basil, and olive oil, and it was just really, really flavorful. It was the slam dunk that took a 'whatever' sandwich and made it into a grinder that I'd probably protect with my life. The bacon was also good- thick, substantial, flavorful, and not too fatty. While I still can't speak of the ambiance, customer service, or decor so much, as I've yet to eat indoors or engage with the workers for more than a split second, I definitely felt the need to come back and throw an extra star on my 3 star review, in the name of their cold sandwiches. Idk if I'd regularly buy them, as they're not exactly inexpensive, but I'd certainly eat their cold grinders again! read more

We just called in our first order to Jersey Mike's in Bristol and wwill NOT do so again! My husband went to pick it up and discovered they had given our order to someone else. Okay. Mistakes happen. My husband waited for them to remake our order. As he was leaving with the bag he was given, he mentioned that we ordered two bags of chips. He was told they were in the bag. He gets home...and there are no chips in the bag! I open my sandwich and not only are there no raw onions on my sandwich as ordered...there are no onions at all. The receipt clearly states "raw onion" & "2 chips". You would think that since you had to remake our order, you would have tried to get it right. We paid $23 for a tuna sandwich and a steak and cheese (only) sandwich! Sorry. There are too many other GOOD places to eat. You need to try harder! read more

We each got a "Mike's Famous Philly." Was the first time we've ever been to a Jersey Mike's and will not be going back, at least not for a cheese steak! When I think of a cheese steak, I expect fresh sauteed peppers & onions not this pickled stuff they put on. I had to pick them out of my sandwich because they were so awful to me. My husband ate them, but begrudgingly. There was nothing on the menu to indicate they were pickled either. I might consider a cold sub, but this 'juice' they talk about makes me hesitate. I have mixed feelings about this place. I work in the restaurant industry and have for ten years and I don't like to complain BUT. Last night 07/30/2020 I walked in at 7:47PM. I walked in and had to stand there for 4 mins before I spoke up and asked if I could order. I knew it was close to closing time so wasn't sure. One guy screamed from the back "WHO THE FUCK LEFT THE DOOR UNLOCKED" Uhm..ok? The girl at the counter looked at me 3 times before I finally spoke up. So I told her it was my first time here and didn't know ANYTHING about the menu. So I finally decided on something simple. I ordered A Giant chipotle chicken with extra cheese and lettuce. Easy right? Well I was wrong. I had to repeat my order to her MULTIPLE TIMES. Like I literally lost count how many times I repeated myself till she got it down right. Example. "I'll have a giant #this with only lettuce and extra cheese" "Ok a regular size #this." "No. A GIANT #? With lettuce and double cheese" "Ok so a #? With lettuce and tomato" "NO A GIANT #? WITH ONLY LETTUCE AND DOUBLE CHEESE" "Okay got it" About two mins in after I placed my order I was still examining the menu, and noticed they had different types of bread. Which she never mentioned. So I asked if I could do a different type of bread and apologized because she never asked what type of bread I wanted. They had told her, I think her name was Taylor? "You gotta ask the customer what type of bread" She rolls her eyes and walks away. I waited maybe 5 mins for it to be made-not bad. Impressive. I get to my car to unravel it and it's completely wrong. It's just bread and chicken and chipotle mayo. I was so hangry I ended up just eating what I had. Side note; there was a woman behind me waiting to pickup, and once the cashier got done with me she ran into the back and never came back to help the lady. I felt so bad. I guess she ended up just leaving. And then finally when the guys had told her she can't do that; she still never came out from the back and another girl came up front. By god she was so beyond pissed and mad that she had to be bothered to do her job! I honestly am astonished by the lack of work ethic with some of these people. If you don't like your job then don't work. Simple. Also both cashiers weren't wearing masks the whole time. Like cmon you work in food service. You should be wearing a mask! My mom got my family subs from this location. This was our first time at this location, but we've been to many other Jersey Mike's locations in the past. I applaud the quality of the subs, the Covid-19 regulations, and the awareness of sensitivities (gluten-free). When my family started eating their subs, they immediately wanted to finish because the subs were exceptionally high in quality. My mom had no complaints about sanitization or other Covid-19 guidelines with the employees, but some of the customers had their masks underneath their noses (which can't necessarily be controlled by staff). Almost my whole family is gluten-sensitive, so having the option for a gluten-free sub roll was excellent. I praise their efforts for avoiding cross-contamination with the gluten-free roll and also for using pre-cut meats and vegetables for the gluten-free subs so there is no risk of contamination with the slicer. Overall, my whole family greatly enjoyed our experience with this particular Jersey Mike's location, and we will definitely be returning in the future. read more

I ordered it at 2:22 and the they give themselves 30 minutes before you can pick it up. i was right on time, when I got it home the bread was soggy and the extra cheese I ordered never materialize. There was barely any cheese on it. The steak was tender and plentiful but I probably won't go back. When you pay $24.07 for a grinder and you can't get what you asked for, its not worth the price.
