Came in today, not greeted by anyone. There were 3 staff members looking busy. No acknowledgement. The guy who was ready to serve me said "what can I get for you" without any "hello, hi, thank you for waiting" lol I literally stood for a long time with no one else in line. He was likely busy making to go orders or mobile orders but greet the damn guests in front of you. I ordered the original Italian in giant for my husband, me and my 11 yo. I enjoy their sandwiches here bc they serve it with red wine vinegar. I kindly asked for it on the side bc I'm the only one who likes it amongst the eaters. Great sandwiches. Turkey & provolone, Mike's way was fresh and light. Mike's Hot Special sando for $8.99 was richer and heavier, delicious and a deal for $8.99. This was more than enough for 2 hungry adults. There was a line of about 6 customers before us but it moved quickly. Service was friendly. We ate there and it was comfortable and clean. Location was convenient. Very close to 2 cheaper gasoline stations in the area. Parking was easy since it is not super crowded and there is plenty of parking since there are several food places there to choose from. The place was clean, friendly, inviting. The decor was a little different than other Jersey Mike's. The staff was very welcoming and funny. Jersey Mikes menu board makes it easy to order. They also have a points reward program. I like the cheesesteak and it did not disappoint. Same tasty, delicious, filling sandwich. Very consistent. I definitely will use this location again if headed on the 10 freeway like on the way to Joshua tree. read more

Went to this location yesterday with 4 people on the line, not one of them greeted me when I came in. The female I'm assuming manager was just watching the two girls top the sandwiches. Instead of helping and coaching she just had an attitude and made a very unwelcoming environment. I saw that same manager type something on the register with GLOVES on take the glove off use her phone and put the same exact glove on after touching the register and her phone . Safe to say I won't be returning to this location anytime soon . read more

I have the absolute worst experience ever at the Jersey Mike's here in morongo by the casino My girl came in here ordered two subs yesterday and one of them had a hair on them a long black hair came in the next day with the picture of the hair two girls work there and they refused to replace the sub. And then one of the girls asked me to leave the restaurant for showing them the hair on the sub that they refused to replace there will be a picture of the set hair and the girl who asked me to leave the restaurant when I was being very polite I don't recommend this place to anybody the service was absolutely horrible and I hope their rating drops and get this both the girls that were working there have black hair Go figure. Never have I felt so embarrassed and frustrated with an employee when she acted like I was some sort of threat for pointing out this disgusting mishap. I placed an order through the JM app for delivery. When it arrived, my drink and chips were missing. I called the store immediately but it took forever to get ahold of someone. The lady I ended speaking to said if it's ordered through delivery services like DoorDash, UberEats, etc. then they can't control it. I told her it wasn't and it was from their app so she said placed me on a hold and stated that she refunded me for it which I did get a credit for the missing items. read more

I love the chicken Philly so much! One thing that I did not realize is that you can customize your sub. Even if you order a "chicken philly" you can still add on whatever veggies free of charge. Service was alright at this location, nothing crazy. The biggest issue: my boyfriend ordered the bacon chicken ranch, when he was eating it, he bit a bone which messed up his wisdom tooth. This was my first time and we were sick of fast food and so hungry from our drive to the desert - it was a little stressful, not knowing how to order or how anything tasted but my turkey sandwich was great and everybody else was also happy. I am more of a Togos fan. The salami looks large so I was a little nervous about getting what I normally get but after seeing other people get salami on their sandwich I realize it would've been totally fine. Their drinks are Pepsi brands, but they also had two of this newer soda natural? ~The cream soda one is very good!The chip variety is a bit limited, but it was fine for how hungry we were. The staff was super patient in helping us get our order sorted out and the toppings. They were so efficient so it was fine, but we felt a little bad that people were piling up behind us who I think are used to ordering very quickly. The ambience was fine and that we found seating inside Away from the heat. There was a lot of security that we could visually see outside, which made us feel safe, but also questioned if it was dangerous area or not. I love visiting Jersey Mikes and it was my first time at this location. Finding the restaurant was hard. I saw the sign while turning into the parking area, but could not see the place once in the parking lot. I ordered curbside and parked in front of chipotle.. I guess it was the right spot because the employee found me. I placed a mobile order for a 10:15am pickup because that's the first available pick up time when they open at 10am. I arrived early and clicked the check-in "I'm here button at about 10:02. My food was out by 10:07! I appreciate the super fast efficiency. I'm impressed by their friendly service as well. Order- I always get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with rosemary cheese bread. The bread was so delicious, but I do wish my sandwich came out hotter in temperature. First time at this location. Hard to actually find it though. Bad signage and it's tucked away in a very odd location The staff were nice. A tad slow but we ended up with 2 delicious subs. I spotted this location after leaving the Morongo Casino. I had just read a review online about Club Sandwiches and the reviewer rated Jersey Mikes very highly over the other two businesses so I decided to give it a try. When I entered there were six sandwiches being prepared. Four of these were phone takeaway orders. Two people working, a young man and a young girl on the phone. One person got his order and the lady was next. Her order was complicated and it took soooo long. The young man was competent, but I hated his job for him. My turn was next but he went to another person, so his attention this whole time was not on my presence as the next person in line. As soon as he took my order he turned to the other person and took her order as well and started working on two sandwiches. The young girl was finishing up the other phone order sandwiches, but apparently there was some confusion. One guy in line left, and I decided to leave telling the young man that I was passing on my order. There were four people in line. The place is sterile and the counter is not organized well. The two young people behind the counter were either overworked or underpaid or both. All in all an unpleasant experience. I recommend to the young man that he should probably work in another area, like maybe a motorcycle gear shop, something that would suit him better. I believe he was competent but overqualified for this kind of work. When you have people in front of you their orders should be prepared instead of the phone orders, because in the time it took to finish the four sandwiches on the counter, two people walked out after waiting a good while. read more

Yes I recommend this business. Lately it's been hit or miss and I can't tell. There's a women manager who's name I have not yet had a chance to get and a girl named Alyssa who helped me last I was there and a young man who is from the area who does a great job too. However the new guy with him on shift last night was rude and upset I made him change gloves and get new product and he tried not putting certain things I asked for on my giant with everything on it just no cheese Mayo and any meat. And made mikes way. They tried withholding the pickles and Alyssa actually made sure my sandwich had avocado placed on it the right way since sometimes they charge but barely give me any. When I walked in to see if I would be dining in there was still cross contamination happening between the Mayo and avo and other condiments. It was like this with the new individual and I can get his name next time. He seems to be a bad influence if the other guy I am used to also was just letting it all slide and happen. I didn't notice any ambience here as well. I still will be returning here because I enjoy greatly Jersey mikes subs and establishments. The sandwiches are hands down sooooo good and worth it. I give every new person a opportunity to improve but this was my second visit in a row at this hour to see if behavior and food habits and health code standards have changed. I am allergic to many things. Other than the experienced being not fully up to universal standards I still highly recommend this place for any bite to eat for any hour of the day. Located next to Hadley's fruit orchard this brand new Jersey Mike's is a great option when traveling the 10.. This was a nice visit and a great choice after 7 hours on the road. The girl working was great ( red hair?). - People don't know how to use a roundabout in California and the one you need to access this Jersey Mike's is worse than a Tijuana Taxi ride. - This location is very new and very clean - No urinals in the bathroom = wet toilet seats - Bathrooms have security locks, but sometimes they just open anyway. - No manager's special at this location. read more

Anthony (taking his word since no one was wearing name badges) had to be asked several times the same questions as he wasn't paying any attention to what we, the customers, were inquiring about. Anthony also thought it was appropriate to raise his voice and answer for another employee that I was speaking too (which is almost comical given his lack of response to questions directed to him). Alexis was adding the requested avocado to my sandwich and there quite literally could not be any less added. Three deli thin slices of avocado were added and I asked if that's all? And Anthony gets in between and tells me it is. Perfectly capable and kind Alexis I'm sure could have answered for herself. I wouldn't add avocado if you prefer to taste avocado on your sandwich... you won't be able to. Good luck with this location, I won't be back. read more

While the food is overall pretty good here (on par with Firemen's Subs nearby), there are a number of issues that need to be addressed that I have seen during recent visits: 1 On 7/5 there were 6 workers and NONE were wearing masks.....which doesn't leave anyone with the thought of Covid safety. ALL the other restaurants in the area from Popeye's to Panda Express to Farmer's to Chili's are still wearing masks as should be done. Was this a local manager decision or a Jersey Mike's corporate one to go employee maskless? 2. Recent rolls were hard and stale on the ends due to the fact that the cover was NOT covering up the stand full of baked rolls. It was left wide open during my entire stay and I would assume much of the day....Grrr. Where is the training and enforcement? 3. Rotten and black tomato cores clearly visible in the bins, and not a single worker bothered to remove those.....Just continued working until I told on of the guys about it. And, even after being told, NOTHING was done to remove the bad ones from the good ones in the bin. What is wrong with these workers? 4. Cash register operator didn't ask me about the rewards program and my points. They had NO clue as to how many points were needed to get a free sub. Once again, where is the proper training? 5. The last 3 visits I have ordered the same thing....a Philly beef. Each time the meat has been way over cooked, and yesterday a new trainee finished my sub and then set it to the right side table near the grill and just left it there and went back to work on 4 other of the same subs for other customers. When I finally got hold of another worker to ask what in the world was going on and WHY my sandwich was still sitting there getting cold, he had no logical answer. Was someone else supposed to go get it from the table and wrap it up.....or did the trainee just air ball the entire process.....Not impressed with the workers here at all. Who wants a COLD sub that is supposed to be hot with melty cheese? 6. Exit Door handle has been broken on 2 visits. No one seems in a hurry to get it repaired. 7. Ran out of take out bags. Who is in charge of ordering those and making sure there is a nice back stock at all times. read more

I would have to say they have upped being a jersey mikes subs because at first when I went here it was a little slow and the people here were very nice but it took a while to get my sandwich and there was really nobody I. There. But know that I have done catering though them and gotten my food though them I would have to say today changed the way I see them. That are not slow at making sandwiches and they all were helping each other out, my time there was less then half the time it was my first time in it was nice to see them working a s a team to make my Sandwich really quick! I've loved coming to this Jersey mikes and the sandwiches are always fire so that's why I'm giving it a 3 star. There's a one shorter dude who's always working in here and wears a hat with pins on it. He's mad cool, busy or not. Then there's the big dude Josh. Well today at about 1:45 me and my brother walk into here for lunch and you could see it all over his face, the dudes in a bad mood and gives us a completely unnecessary attitude. I ask him what other breads they have and he says all the breads super fast like he didn't want to tell me. Come on dude. Then my brother gets the club sub and clearly says CLUB SUB. Not club supreme but he asks " 8 or 9?" (Not an issue) what was an issue was the fact that my brother said "I'm sorry what?" And he chooses to raise his voice a little too loud when he repeated himself. This dude Josh needs some customer service training.
