Brisket falling out of the burger.

Craving a burger. Good Times Cafe was it. We were here with friends and the variety was vast so everyone could order just about anything they wanted. I think we all ended up with burgers LOL! I had the burger with a slice of brisket. This was a filling burger. I could have had more of that brisket though. That slice of brisket outshined the burger, but the burger patty was good too. It had some bbq sauce and onion strings. This was a fork and knife situation. This was enjoyed with a side salad that kept the meal refreshing. The service was great. Staff helped each other left and right. Teamwork was a big plus! We sat upfront on high tops, but if you sit towards the back you'll have views of the pool area (best on a nice sunny day).

A big shout out to our server, Vikki! We just had the most delicious Juneteenth breakfast at good times, and Vikki was sweet, efficient, and really a lot of fun. What a great server. Breakfast was awesome! We had the cinnamon toast pancakes, and a build your own omelette. Yummy Yum Yum Yum Yum. Good times!

We've been here many times. Many times with comps so we'll order the more expensive stuff lol This time we didn't. It was my first time ordering the chilaquiles and it was actually the best chilaquiles I've had so far. The others I've had either green or red sauce were usually overly sour. Definitely recommend. We also got the skillet and the ham and cheese omelet. Both dishes were good. I was craving juice so we ordered a round of OJ. Bad idea. They charged $5 per OJ and came in a cup half the size of the water cup. What a rip off. Stay away from the OJ. Otherwise the food here is usually pretty good. We've also tried the prime rib and steak and eggs. Both were good. The restaurant is inside the casino so you get a view of the pool or the slot machines. Service is very slow. This time around our food took forever to come out. I was a bit pissed off cause the food arrived at our neighboring tables before us when we arrived and ordered way before them. Not sure what happened there. Until the next time we visit Morongo.

This café is located inside of Morongo Casino. They have a huge menu. The service was outstanding and the food was very yummy. A little bit pricey for lunch, but we did enjoy everything., on another note we ordered room service for dinner. I didn't take any photos, but that was a highlight of the trip. The food was outstanding. We had filet mignon beet salad with steak and a pepperoni mushroom pizza that was absolutely delectable. I have traveled around the world and have ordered room service many times and I can honestly say this was the best high-quality room service I've ever had!

Forgot to take a photo when it arrived but everything was good. The only thing that was different from our last visit was the service. Service was not good. I think our section was short staffed because there was only one waitress covering the entire back by restroom. Everyone table was annoyed with her.

In our trip to Cabazon and the outlets, we got hungry and were looking for a spot to eat. There's not much to eat around here, but, we stumbled upon this spot located inside of Morongo. They had a hour long wait upon arrival (4pm on a Sunday) so they seem to be always busy. We put our names on the list, but ended up securing a spot at the bar. I wouldn't even have guessed that there was a wait because the place wasn't that busy. Upon being seated, it did take a bit to get service. When we did, we placed our order right away. We ordered the Southwest Chicken Chopped and the BBQ Brisket Knife & Fork Burger to share. In between ordering & waiting for our meal, our server didn't check on us once. When our meal came, we asked for ranch for the fries. The gentlman who brought the ranch mistakenly brought us horseradish. Due to the slow service, we didn't bother saying anything after. Despite the service, the food was really really good. The salad was among the best salads I've had. I need the recipe so I can make at home. The chicken on the salad was just amazing and the salad was rich in flavor. The burger was also huge and delicious! Brisket was great. Fries were thick cut and crispy. Overall, food is 5 stars. I unfortunately removed a star due to service needing improvement. I'm not sure if that is staff's fault though, because they seemed understaffed. Management should hire more people to serve, many at the bar were clearly sitting unamused waiting for service.

One of the restaurants inside the Morongo casino, and it services American food. There is a bar, very casual, and everyone seems friendly. Their food is decent surprisingly! - salmon: it's good. Sometimes a bit undercooked but not too bad - bbq chicken pizza: pretty good. Similar to cpk but bigger - wings: great but for the price I wish they gave more All in all, service was decent but slow the few times I went. Food is great and have a huge variety

I ordered to go with a good Times Café at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa upon placing the order. The hostess was very pleasant. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, which came enough for two dinners. Also ordered the chicken Cajun pasta and a side order of mashed potatoes. Everything came out in abundance. Very reasonably priced Everything was delicious This is located inside of Morongo Casino. There is a full sitdown restaurant, but I ordered to go because I was leaving for work.

Nothing memorable. It had taken us, and everyone in line behind us, at least 20 minutes to get seated, because there was no front desk attendant. He or she was off in the back doing god knows what. Once seated, drinks didn't come for another 10 minutes after requesting. Alcohol took another 10 minutes, added to the original. Food had taken another 30 minutes, added onto the original time. We had literally waited over an hour for anything real to transpire from this place. I can only imagine the guests prior. Once food arrived, it was no big whoop. I've had better. Asked for my check, and didn't give a tip. The waiter was slow and incompetent. Didn't even ask for refills at any point. Speaking of waiters, there was only one waiting on all tables, while there were other staff working and doing absolutely nothing. On top of all of that, the casino was pretty garbage. Bonuses were not happening...LMAO!!!

In town for a wedding and the wedding party is staying at The Morongo. This is one of their flagship restaurants. Cool, large open space, with lots of TV's and music playing throughout. Nice bar in the center. Service was quick and friendly. Food came out very fast. I had the breakfast sandwich with Canadian bacon. It was good but I should have chosen the traditional bacon (preference). They could really spice this dish up with a little sauce or flavored mayo. But the portion was big. Hash browns were standard. Family member had the California omelette and she enjoyed it. Would dine here again.

    Do they take reservations?

No they do not take reservations but we had no issues getting a table at any time of the day.

Does this restaurant take reservations? I have been trying to call them however I've been on hold for 10 min and nobody is answering.

They don't take reservations unless you have a party of 6 or above 🖤

    Gluten free plates?

You can definitely eat gluten free here, but you may have to exclude things, or make substitutions. If you're talking Celiac disease, I am not sure they have separate prep areas, so I'd specifically ask about that.

First of all, there is a reason why everyone says Lola is an awesome waitress - it's because it's true! I was trying to decide between the pastrami burger ($16.99) and the chicken pot pie (also $16.99) and without batting an eye she said if you're hungry go with the pastrami burger. I then wanted to test the waters so I said "Okay, how about if we add the prime rib ($27.99) into the mix?" And she said prime rib is the best. Ultimately I wasn't hungry enough for a prime rib meal so went with the pastrami burger which is a smashburger patty with pile of pastrami, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato's & 1000 island served with choice of fries, onion rings, tots or side salad - and I got tots of course which were just as they should be - fantastic! (Side note: Which ever side you get, be sure to get ranch dressing - it's awesome!) The burger was fantastic. It comes cooked led-well and I like mine medium which they will do by request. Girlfriend got the veggie skillet ($18.99) with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, avocado, spinach, home style potatoes & queso blanco - served with 3 eggs and any style toast but she decided to try peanut butter pancakes ($4 upcharge) and her whole meal was absolutely delicious! Also if you grab a Moromgo players card you get 10% off.

The only qualm I had with the food quality was my initial sunny-side eggs weren't the runny ones I want but rather overcooked like a heathen would order. But once I brought this up to the server, my eggs were replaced in less than four minutes so all's well that ends well. The server was kind of slow in getting my bill and never offered me a refill for my root beer, but it wasn't a huge wait and I ended up not needing that refill. Again, a push. The ambiance was good. It looked like any memorable diner, just with a muscle car theme. There was a lot of tables and it was busy but not overcrowded. I think this would be the place I ate at if I was a frequent Morongo visitor.

The birria is super tender and imparts every ramen noodle with so much flavor. It's very oily but did not feel overwhelming. Everything else was good too. The horchata agua fresca was not watery or too sweet; I could taste the rice. The loaded fries are great, the burritos and tacos as well. The plain nachos we good too but not as good as everything else. Lots of food for the price. Lots of space and sauces on each table. They were out of hot water unfortunately. The service was great with the waiter coming to ask if we needed anything several times. The walls are filled with pretty decorations and Bible verses; I feel like I'm in Mexico or Spain. They have a drive thru which was quite a surprise; I feel like in person dining has to be the way to go.

When we arrived, the place felt small and intimate, which gave it a cozy vibe. I ordered the chile verde burrito, and my partner had a torta. The burrito, in my opinion, needed a bit more salt it came across a little bland. The torta was okay as well, but nothing really stood out. Overall, the food was decent, just not particularly memorable, especially considering it was slightly pricier than expected. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly. She even offered to bring our food to the table, which didn't seem to be their usual process. It appeared that guests typically order at the counter and pick up their food themselves, but she went out of her way to take our order tableside and deliver it to us. That level of attentiveness was definitely appreciated. Parking is pretty limited since the location sits on the corner of a main street, so you're probably better off finding street parking nearby.
