Food was 10/10! The pizza and turkey club were so fresh and crispy! The downside of this restaurant unfortunately was the service. I understand on a Friday night they were busy, but not getting our sodas/water until after the food came out is a little too long. We also weren't able to get refills because we didn't get to see the server until the check came. Maybe I will have to come back in a slower day so hopefully the service can match the food!

Craving a burger. Good Times Cafe was it. We were here with friends and the variety was vast so everyone could order just about anything they wanted. I think we all ended up with burgers LOL! I had the burger with a slice of brisket. This was a filling burger. I could have had more of that brisket though. That slice of brisket outshined the burger, but the burger patty was good too. It had some bbq sauce and onion strings. This was a fork and knife situation. This was enjoyed with a side salad that kept the meal refreshing. The service was great. Staff helped each other left and right. Teamwork was a big plus! We sat upfront on high tops, but if you sit towards the back you'll have views of the pool area (best on a nice sunny day).

Friend shrimp platter with thick cut fries and various dips, middle one is tartar, the other two I'm not sure. Good dish!

Had a company lunch here and the diverse menu left my indecisive self staring blankly at a wall. I literally left a donut shop once because the options were too many. To be fair, this spot did not have a literal booklet of options, looking at you Cheesecake Factory... the items were just pretty diverse so it was hard to narrow down what their specialties were. Asked a server for help - wish I remembered her name, she was lovely... we came on May 16th, large group of about 14 people at around 1pm, hopefully that narrows it down a bit - and she helped me land on a fried shrimp platter with some fries and various dipping sauces. She was kind and patient so I really appreciated her suggestions. Food was hot, fresh, crisp and honestly surprisingly good. I'm not a huge shrimp fan (why I landed on shrimp is beyond me) but it was delicious. Tasted good quality, cooked well so it was not rubbery and was pretty yummy. Huge portion as well, had two coworkers split the rest as I was absolutely stuffed. Interior was casual, comfortable. I didn't pay too much attention if there was booth options or just open tables, but either way it was pretty spacious, bathrooms were easy to find, and the place itself was easy to navigate through. Sounds weird, but some places are super cramped and somewhat confusing. Place was chill. Service was good, food was good, price can't comment - was a paid company lunch, and location was convenient, right inside the Morongo casino. I am way out of the way of this place, but should I ever be in the area again, I'd suggest this place. Or in n out. Thanks for having us, hopefully our group was well-behaved!

The service was excellent and the food, even better! Whether you're hitting the slots or the tables, take a break at Good Times Cafe, the extensive menu is sure to have something for everyone. The casual decor and open floor layout, sets the tone for a fun filled meal. After you recharge for more fun filled gaming, find your lucky machine or table and enjoy the live DJ pumping the jams and top songs of today.

A big shout out to our server, Vikki! We just had the most delicious Juneteenth breakfast at good times, and Vikki was sweet, efficient, and really a lot of fun. What a great server. Breakfast was awesome! We had the cinnamon toast pancakes, and a build your own omelette. Yummy Yum Yum Yum Yum. Good times!

We have frequented this nice restaurant for a number of years, it's always consistantly good! Service is always excellent and thoughtful. Food has never disappointed, not a big meat eater, but for the protein, I will splurge on a petite Filet, they have the best quality and always cooked as ordered, I usually ask to hold the Demi glacé, but when I forget it is pretty good, the baby carrots, real baby carrots, and asparagus are very good and their mashed potatoes seem fresh made. It's a large area with a large oval bar in the entry way with seating around it, plenty of big screens showing sporting events. The have high top tables and regular half booths and tables, there is a patio in view of the pool, we have never sat there, looks nice. They have a great eye for friendly efficient personnel, managers, food servers and bussers are all a pleasure to interact with! They have an all day breakfast menu, Steak and Eggs are excellent but once in a while a bit too much grizzle on the top sirloin, not always, just this most recent visit over the weekend. The fish tacos are good, as are their Hamburgers, Chicken sandwich is also good, really every thing is good. Try their new corn bread with whipped honey butter, really quite good, we brought one home this trip as well as last visit. Nicely staffed and managed!

We've been here many times. Many times with comps so we'll order the more expensive stuff lol This time we didn't. It was my first time ordering the chilaquiles and it was actually the best chilaquiles I've had so far. The others I've had either green or red sauce were usually overly sour. Definitely recommend. We also got the skillet and the ham and cheese omelet. Both dishes were good. I was craving juice so we ordered a round of OJ. Bad idea. They charged $5 per OJ and came in a cup half the size of the water cup. What a rip off. Stay away from the OJ. Otherwise the food here is usually pretty good. We've also tried the prime rib and steak and eggs. Both were good. The restaurant is inside the casino so you get a view of the pool or the slot machines. Service is very slow. This time around our food took forever to come out. I was a bit pissed off cause the food arrived at our neighboring tables before us when we arrived and ordered way before them. Not sure what happened there. Until the next time we visit Morongo.

    Priscilla K.

Forgot to take a photo when it arrived but everything was good. The only thing that was different from our last visit was the service. Service was not good. I think our section was short staffed because there was only one waitress covering the entire back by restroom. Everyone table was annoyed with her.

One of the restaurants inside the Morongo casino, and it services American food. There is a bar, very casual, and everyone seems friendly. Their food is decent surprisingly! - salmon: it's good. Sometimes a bit undercooked but not too bad - bbq chicken pizza: pretty good. Similar to cpk but bigger - wings: great but for the price I wish they gave more All in all, service was decent but slow the few times I went. Food is great and have a huge variety

This café is located inside of Morongo Casino. They have a huge menu. The service was outstanding and the food was very yummy. A little bit pricey for lunch, but we did enjoy everything., on another note we ordered room service for dinner. I didn't take any photos, but that was a highlight of the trip. The food was outstanding. We had filet mignon beet salad with steak and a pepperoni mushroom pizza that was absolutely delectable. I have traveled around the world and have ordered room service many times and I can honestly say this was the best high-quality room service I've ever had!

I ordered to go with a good Times Café at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa upon placing the order. The hostess was very pleasant. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, which came enough for two dinners. Also ordered the chicken Cajun pasta and a side order of mashed potatoes. Everything came out in abundance. Very reasonably priced Everything was delicious This is located inside of Morongo Casino. There is a full sitdown restaurant, but I ordered to go because I was leaving for work.

    Three Fish Tacos

Good Times Cafe at Morongo Casino Resort Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Few Items we tried: Farmhouse Pork Belly and Eggs - -really good but the pork belly cut is so thick that even with a knife, it's hard to slice. Carnitas omelet - generous and flavorful. Menu said three eggs but it seemed like six eggs were used to contain the hefty shredded pork. It's topped with fresh avocado, different kinds of cheese, salsa and tomatoes. It comes with hash browns or home style potatoes and toast. Needless to say, I wasn't able to finish it. It can serve 2 people easily. Try it when you're very hungry. Three Fish Tacos - beer battered Cod comes with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, chipotle sauce, chips and salsa. A winner! Pork Belly sandwich- filling and flavorful. I suppose anything one orders from Good Times Cafe is going to be a palate pleaser.

Southwest Chicken Chopped BBQ Brisket Knife & Fork Burger*
    Sharona M.

In our trip to Cabazon and the outlets, we got hungry and were looking for a spot to eat. There's not much to eat around here, but, we stumbled upon this spot located inside of Morongo. They had a hour long wait upon arrival (4pm on a Sunday) so they seem to be always busy. We put our names on the list, but ended up securing a spot at the bar. I wouldn't even have guessed that there was a wait because the place wasn't that busy. Upon being seated, it did take a bit to get service. When we did, we placed our order right away. We ordered the Southwest Chicken Chopped and the BBQ Brisket Knife & Fork Burger to share. In between ordering & waiting for our meal, our server didn't check on us once. When our meal came, we asked for ranch for the fries. The gentlman who brought the ranch mistakenly brought us horseradish. Due to the slow service, we didn't bother saying anything after. Despite the service, the food was really really good. The salad was among the best salads I've had. I need the recipe so I can make at home. The chicken on the salad was just amazing and the salad was rich in flavor. The burger was also huge and delicious! Brisket was great. Fries were thick cut and crispy. Overall, food is 5 stars. I unfortunately removed a star due to service needing improvement. I'm not sure if that is staff's fault though, because they seemed understaffed. Management should hire more people to serve, many at the bar were clearly sitting unamused waiting for service.

    Do they take reservations?

No they do not take reservations but we had no issues getting a table at any time of the day.

Does this restaurant take reservations? I have been trying to call them however I've been on hold for 10 min and nobody is answering.

They don't take reservations unless you have a party of 6 or above 🖤

    Gluten free plates?

You can definitely eat gluten free here, but you may have to exclude things, or make substitutions. If you're talking Celiac disease, I am not sure they have separate prep areas, so I'd specifically ask about that.

It was advertised to me by a friend, as it was an essential stop for them and their family during road trips. First off, I heard it used to be an actual stand, but has since moved to a large storefront with high ceilings and the whole nine yards. They're known for their dry goods as well as the date shake. On this particular day, I came for the date shakes. We got one regular and one banana. I don't really know what I was expecting from a random fruit-stand-turned-store in the middle of nowhere, but I'll say I was quite pleasantly surprised. The date shake was, pretty much exactly as advertised. It was a milkshake with dates. It was a nice shake: better than most milkshakes, I'd say. It tasted more...natural? But I'm unsure if the fact that 'date' was in the name had anything to do with it. The banana variant, however, was even better. I liked the kind of texture that the banana adds, and I would get it over the original date shake pretty much every single time. One thing is that it IS a tad expensive, but what isn't nowadays?

If you're traveling through Banning or just passing by on your way to Morongo, do yourself a favor…read moreand skip the chain restaurants--Lindo's Diner is a hidden gem that's absolutely worth the stop. My wife and I were looking for a great breakfast, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality by our host, Christian. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the restaurant. As we talked, he shared that Lindo's is a family-owned establishment where everyone works together to make the business successful. You can truly see the pride they take in what they do, it's like watching a well-oiled machine. The menu made it difficult to decide because everything looked so good, but we eventually settled on our favorites. My wife ordered the chilaquiles with over-easy eggs and a regular coffee with creamer. I went with a medium-rare steak, extra crispy hash browns, a side of bacon, sourdough toast, and a Mexican Coke. Every item was cooked exactly as requested, served fresh, and arrived quickly. The presentation showed care, and you could tell the kitchen pays attention to every plate that leaves the window. Before placing my order, I asked Christian if I could sample the menudo. I've had menudo all over California, and I'm pretty particular about it. Without hesitation, he brought me a small bowl. It was everything I look for--clean broth, piping hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. It even had a nice spicy kick that I absolutely loved. It was so good that I promised Christian and his tía, who prepares it fresh every day and serves it seven days a week, that I'd come back the next morning to buy some. A promise made is a promise kept. The very next day, I returned and picked up a few cups of the menudo to enjoy back at my hotel, which was only about a half-mile away. If you check out my photos, you'll even see me enjoying it in my room. It was just as incredible the second time around. Experiences like this are exactly why I love supporting small, family-owned businesses. Great food is one thing, but genuine hospitality and people who truly care about their customers make all the difference. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend Lindo's Diner. Take a few minutes to look through the menu because there are so many great options to choose from. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. 5 stars all the way.

The sazón and variety of spice level is everything for me; so I loved that I had options. From the mildest to the spiciest level salsa, I can say they were all made with some love. My favorite was the most spicy, it was so spicy, but I couldn't stop eating it! Heheh Loved the agua fresca options & that you can also get micheladas there. Lastly, it was well proportioned, I got full with some leftovers, which is always a WIN WIN for me Giving it five stars based on my first experience, will most definitely go back for more in the near future!

The birria is super tender and imparts every ramen noodle with so much flavor. It's very oily but did not feel overwhelming. Everything else was good too. The horchata agua fresca was not watery or too sweet; I could taste the rice. The loaded fries are great, the burritos and tacos as well. The plain nachos we good too but not as good as everything else. Lots of food for the price. Lots of space and sauces on each table. They were out of hot water unfortunately. The service was great with the waiter coming to ask if we needed anything several times. The walls are filled with pretty decorations and Bible verses; I feel like I'm in Mexico or Spain. They have a drive thru which was quite a surprise; I feel like in person dining has to be the way to go.

Heading back to LA, we decided to grab breakfast before the long drive…read more We chose this spot based on my partner's memories he used to come here often as a young adult on his way to tournaments, so it felt a bit nostalgic for him. When we arrived, the place felt small and intimate, which gave it a cozy vibe. I ordered the chile verde burrito, and my partner had a torta. The burrito, in my opinion, needed a bit more salt it came across a little bland. The torta was okay as well, but nothing really stood out. Overall, the food was decent, just not particularly memorable, especially considering it was slightly pricier than expected. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly. She even offered to bring our food to the table, which didn't seem to be their usual process. It appeared that guests typically order at the counter and pick up their food themselves, but she went out of her way to take our order tableside and deliver it to us. That level of attentiveness was definitely appreciated. Parking is pretty limited since the location sits on the corner of a main street, so you're probably better off finding street parking nearby.
