Went here after a doctor's appointment, came in and it looked very tidy and clean as soon as I had walked in. I got to the counter and was greeted by a staff member named Ethan he was very friendly, we ordered and before I filled my cup with sweet tea they called my name, it wasn't even within 5 minutes of ordering. Was visiting my mother-in-law and she chose Canes as she is quite familiar with this location. This Beaumont location is clean w/good service. The hubby, MIL, and I chose similar plates. I got the 4 piece and opted for more fries instead of cole slaw. Crispy chicken on the outside and kinda moist on the inside! The piece of toast is A-OK! All of us were satisfied w/what we got. Employees came around a couple of times to check on how we were doing which was nice.(I've only gone to Canes maybe a couple of times in my local area and employees didn't really check on us after getting our food.) The staff here is actually such top tier. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by a woman with braids and they asked if I needed any help with the menu. Later on, I decided to get a tender and they recommended that I get the honey mustard sauce which is made in house. I asked if the sauce had dairy inside. They offered a water cup while I wait for the order. Later on when I picked up my order, the cashier who helped me double confirmed that there was dairy in the sauce and quickly refunded me the cost of the sauce. I appreciate them going the extra mile to double check and take immediate action to solve the issue. The tender itself was the juiciest I've had out of every Raising Cane's I've been to. However, the cashier at the first window he was a very nice young man while collecting my payment (my receipt states that the cashier was Gavin). During the pick-up of my food the Canes rep she was extremely impatient, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and phony so I asked what her name was which she was unwilling to do and informed me that she doesn't have to provide her name, yet she felt free to be rude and considering her thoughtless mindset of giving me my drink with EXCESS soda seeping on the top side of the container which could of gotten on my clothes and the interior of my vehicle as she passed to me my drink which I find very inconsiderate and unacceptable, so I told her about the excess drink and she told me to pour it out onto the pavement directly by my vehicle; which I declined so she poured it out right by my vehicle (very unprofessional and uncouth), so I then asked for the manager who also declined to provide his name and was very unconcerned with the female rep behavior in how she treated me. In addition, I also informed the Carnes rep and manager on how impatient she was towards me, so I told her to be patient then she makes a remark to me that I don't need to rush when she was the one rushing me. We opted for two 3 pc combos, which each had 3 pieces of chicken tenders, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast, their secret sauce, and a fountain drink. The chicken tenders were juicy, tender, and piping hot! They were flavorful without being too heavily battered which was nice. Their sauce was tangy and peppery, tasty! As a result, the infrastructure around the business area does not support all of the traffic so give yourself extra time and have patience during peak periods. Regarding the food, it was good.
