Sticky floors and 1 Big Ass Fan (Literally the name of the fan company, look it up).. what's there to expect from a decent breakfast? The breakfast was very underwhelming and nothing to write home about. It also came out cold, which is where the BAF comes into play. I did have our waitress nuke my dish and deliver me fresh bacon, as the first strips were soggy, but even doing so could the items not come out fast enough to have the ceiling turbine beat. Even my dad's double toasted bagel came out cold. And they were not busy Speaking of our waitress... At least she was attentive and never missed a beat to top off my coffee. We visited here on vacation and this place really makes you feel like you are a part of their family. There were a lot of returning customers so you know the place is amazing. Having that vibe just made the experience that much better! the place was packed! The tables are pretty close together, so a lot of people can be seated inside at once but they also have outdoor seating too You don't have just one server, all of the servers take care of you, which is really nice so whenever you need something, it's easy to get a hold of someone as well as being checked on to make sure you have everything that you need I don't know if this is allowed, but the workers were drinking in the kitchen area, which is open so you can see everything going on. I personally don't have a problem with it, but would hope that they don't get too intoxicated while cooking food. Overall, the environment was super fun and would definitely eat here again if we visited the area read more

Everything was absolutely great! It's a small spot so you may arrive and have a wait. Thankfully we got there at the right time. They have a nice menu of selections. Im a sucker for cheesesteaks so I had to try the hoagie. It's a solid 7/10 cheesesteak. Would have been nice to pair with some fries but they don't offer fries. I had the macaroni salad as a side which was very flavorful. Overall i enjoyed the location and the food will definitely be back to try something else. read more

My breakfast was phenomenal! I got the Reuben on an everything bagel! I also got the bottomless mimosas with all kinds of different flavors. The service was amazing, the waitress wrote down on a piece of paper all the flavors they had to offer. I sat outside it was a beautiful day, felt like I was at a family member's house. This place is really gross. The floor is super dirty and doesn't look like it's been swept or mopped in years. They have children working in the kitchen and serving, probably the owners daughter, she looked to be about 8 or 9 years old and she was the only well groomed person on staff. Everyone was wearing shorts cooking in the kitchen, including who I assume to be the owner Ryan. The walls are just a dusty hodgepodge of random stuff. Cutout cardboard boxes stuck to the walls to show what chips they have and the fact that they use amoroso bread. Everything looked like it had a layer of grease on it. One of the male servers smelled like a wet ashtray and he didn't even come near our table but we could smell him every time he walked by. There was trash on the floor, a broken television just sitting in the "dining room". Our sandwiches had very little meat on them and what was present was inedible for the amount of fat. We were afraid to go to the bathroom to wash our hands because what we expected to find. If they don't clean the dining room, they aren't cleaning the kitchen or the bathrooms either. Overall, super disappointed with the entire experience and we will never go back. read more

This place is a hidden gem for sure!! The coffee was SO good for starters. We ordered breakfast and not only was it hot and incredibly fast, but also very delicious!! My husband got the biscuit and gravy bowl and he's very picky about b&g but said it was great. I got the bfast grilled cheese and it was so flavorful and yummy. The service was outstanding too. Came here after landing in Ft Myers en route to Naples. Sister and I were pretty hungry and wanted something quick. We stopped here and ordered a couple of sandwiches. We both split our food so we can taste both and it pretty much hit the spot for us. I ordered one of their cheesesteak style sandwiches, and I forgot what my sister ordered but it was good. This place was excellent. Kind of unexpected because it looks like a sports bar when you walk in with memorabilia all over the walls, but the brunch was so delicious. I had an excellent egg sandwich on an everything bagel, and everyone in our party was really pleased with their food. Our server was so accommodating - we had a large group with two little kids, and they seated us outside as we requested. When a few people in our party started getting freaked out by the bees in their outdoor seating area (it's a nice large outdoor area, but yes there were a couple bees), they moved a few tables together inside the restaurant. Came to have breakfast with my cousins, our server Elena was so sweet and attentive. She was very helpful and gave great recommendations. I ended up having the caprese sandwich and added chicken, it was amazing. Loved the flavor. The sides I chose were the Mac salad and street corn. It was delicious! This is the first time we try to eateries by Ryan. We thank the yelp reviews for getting us to go there. It was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and responsive. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but we were happy to be indoor since it was very hot outside. We split a grilled cheese sandwich and had it with a cup of tomato soup. The only thing I would do different in the future was I would ask for the tomato soup not to have spicy cheese. My friend can't do spices, and it was very tangy. Other than that, the food was good. I really liked my biscuits and gravy. The gravy is pretty spicy and my nose was running at the end. I love that, but I would caution to not get it if you're not into spicy food. I heard 0 complaints from the others. Everyone really enjoyed it. I will say the scrambled eggs were amazing. I am always so disappointed with scrambled eggs at restaurants because they use liquid eggs in bulk. These tasted real and hand whisked! Absolutely phenomenal experience at The Eatery by Ryan! My coworkers and I sampled four different cheesesteaks, and each one was amazing. I personally went for the Napes cheesesteak, which was loaded with steak and bursting with flavor from the peppers/onions. They even use the fresh rolls that you get in Philly. I came here for lunch with a group of friends for a birthday. This place is adorable and very kitschy. I had a popsicle drink which was fun! They gave my friend a jello shot for her birthday, which was awesome. I mean what restaurant serves jello shots? Definitely bonus points for that! ! I did not realize this way close by but glad we decided to check it out! There is inside and outside seating, staff is very friendly. I had the French toast combo with eggs & bacon. The French toast was absolutely delicious...it was thick and the flavor was so good! My son had the 6 wings with breakfast potatoes - he wasn't thrilled with them but he is more of a chicken tender type of kid, so that might be the reason! I would've loved to see a children's menu as I'd love to come back but for my child, slimmer pickings on what he would eat. Will come back and try the cheesesteak next time! read more

Being a Cheesesteak expert I decided to pay a visit to The Eatery. I ordered The Naples Cheesesteak. Upon the delivery of my sandwich I noticed that the roll was not toasted. While eating the sandwich the meat and ingredients were delicious, the veggies were fresh, they had great seasoning but the room temperature doughy bread overshadowed everything else. A great sandwich starts with great bread, and this one missed the mark. Maybe if the roll was toasted it could have been enjoyable, but as it was, I wouldn't order it again. read more

Maybe because I am not in college but everyone even the waitress doesn't seem to care about hygiene or appearance. Walked in girl sitting right at the front with her feet on the chair next to her with no shoes on. The sitting area inside is very small and right. The only table inside open was next to her feet(wonder why) so we chose to sit outside. It was really hot but I'd rather sit outside then next to someone's feet. Both times we were there they girls who served us looked like they rolled straight out of bed. No bra, clothes either too large or not enough. Very odd. We sat down and had to flag down a server so that someone would come over to our table after about 5-10 minutes of waiting. After we placed our orders, we waited at least another 30 minutes for our food to come out. 10/10 would recommend! My boyfriend and I stopped in for brunch on Sunday morning because as we assumed every other place was busy. I a so glad we chose to stop here because the food was outstanding! Not only that but it came out SOO quickly. I'm pretty sure we ordered abs it was there within 10 minutes! Now, the real test was how does it taste if it was made so quickly? Well, I can tell you that it did not disappoint! The food was fresh and hot off the grill and full of flavor. I ate the Philly Whiz Whit which was to die for. The red is juicy and flavorful and the onions and cheese are the perfect touch. I also ordered the red sangria for just $4.99. Can we talk about that price?! I'm impressed. On top of that, the sangria was really good! My boyfriend is a lover of French toast so to no surprise he ordered the French toast breakfast with a side of breakfast potatoes (not pictured). He had his reservations about the French toast when our food was brought to us so quickly. He was worried that it may be under cooked.
