BHC Chicken is completely different from many of the others I've tried. Yes, they offer a variety of sauces and flavors, but what really impressed me was their classic fried chicken. The batter was incredibly light, crispy, and crunchy without being overly hard or heavy, while the chicken inside remained tender and juicy. Best of all, it was thankfully NOT overly salty. Their signature burger is the MDC which consists of a Double Certified Angus Beef, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, MOOYAH Sauce on a Signature Potato Bun. This burger was perfect, two good sized beef patties cooked to perfection, melted cheese and just enough sauce to not overtake all the goodness. The bun really stood out as MOOYAH uses a potato bun and it was really fresh and buttery. I think the bun is a difference maker in terms standing out from other burgers I have had in the past. With a combo you get a generous portion of fries which were decent as well as a refillable soda cup. This combo meal got me stuffed and the value was spot on. Definitely put MOOYAH on your hamburger destination list as you will not be disappointed with its vast menu of burger options.
