I was so happy that we got a location on our side of town! I am very surprised of the rating on here, as I have not had a bad experience here ever. There is plenty of seats, sometimes we bring a group for lunch. They keep it very clean. The employees are always very welcoming and friendly. Their subs are out of this world. I just love that they now have a gluten free bread, although the new brand isn't my favorite. But I am just happy I have an option. Their regular bread is so fresh and soft. The guy who made my sandwich was very personable and made you feel wanted. When he left to go home, he even thanked me for coming in and said goodbye. Absolutely SUCKED!!! The delivery person, dropped our order, took a picture, and instead of ringing our doorbell or knocking, walked away and sent a text. Ridiculous!!! Today was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's (went to the one up north on Interquest). Somebody in front of me had ordered at least 10 sandwhiches to go which caused a long line inside, the place was alreay packed, the drive-in had several cars waiting...yeah its fair to say that they were busy and the employees were stressed. So I expected some wait time, which is alright, but while I was waiting I studied the menue and watched the employees: and they were friendly and tried to help us customers as fast and efficient as possible. This is not an easy task and I admire them for their professionalism. A job well done in a stressful situation, and the sandwhich was tasty and very fresh. I brought another home for my wife and she really liked the taste and freshness of it - just like I did. We will definitely come back. read more

I've never been inside the location, my wife goes and picks these subs up on her way home. The subs are delicious! Although to be fair, I've only had the chicken Philly with bacon. YUM. Before going to Vegas, my wife went there for the first time and came home with, I swear, a 2 foot sub. I was scared. But my first bite was heaven. Just recently, we discovered an option to have the sub "Mike's Way". There is added oregano and oil and it makes the sub 109408208 times better. Downside, you will leak everywhere in your bag and home if you have it to go. We just started eating from this place this year, and we LOVE it. I'd love to see better delivery costs, comparable to Jimmy Johns (I wish), but until we will continue with to-go orders and enjoy this piece of heaven. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This store has the best employees and manager. As I walked in I was greeted by the biggest smile from all of the staff. The bread was baked to the perfect point of freshness. The store was spotless not a single crumb on the table as I sat down. This was perfect for an experience form an out of state person. Let me start by saying I used to eat a lot of Jersey Mike's when I lived in NC. I was pretty excited to hear of stores opening in this area. Sadly, the experience I had here did not live up to my expectations. The staff was not friendly at all and seemed absolutely miserable. It was fairly busy that day, so I didn't mind waiting. However, it took about 25 minutes for them to give someone else my sandwich and mix up the orders so I had to wait even longer. It was very uncomfortable to see the girls behind the counter having zero communication together which resulted in jumbled up orders. Once the food was finally delivered, it was soggy and generic. There was nothing overly exciting about my meal that would make me believe it was worth the price I paid or the time I spent waiting. Overall, I wouldn't go back again. The service was poor and the food was lacking. If you want tasty subs/wraps, this isn't the place to find them. read more

There was quite a bit of seating in the place too, so if you go with a group, there will be plenty of seating. The bathrooms were pretty dirty and needed some cleaning. We had Jersey Mike's catered for a lunch event this week and it was SPECTACULAR. I had never been there before, but I am certainly going to be a regular now. The subs were fresh and hot and perfect for our group of 70. We had a good variety but the hot subs were a surprise. The #17 Philly Cheese steak and the #18 Chicken Parm were excellent, along with the #8 Club Sub. Most impressive was how reasonable the prices are! Was not very excited about anything here. I came with a group of people and we all ordered different things. The consensus was that the hot subs and wraps are a mess.... They were all bland, and super soggy. The cold subs seemed to be more enjoyed. Sadly, I ordered a veggie wrap. They grill veggies and onions then wrap it in a tortilla that I could get at a grocery store with provolone cheese and lettuce. The entire bottom half of the tortilla fell off when I picked it up because of all the water. It was like a soup inside, and highly unappetizing. The flavor was bland beyond all. I've had more flavored in a junky kids menu dish. There was a family of 2 adults and 2 children ahead of me, yet I stood there for 17 minutes waiting for my one wrap to be made. Not "fast food", but it certainly tastes like it is.... IF I go back, I'd try the cold veggie sub and maybe that will raise my rating. That's literally the only other sub on the menu that is suited for a vegetarian, so that's a disappointment on it's own for me. But, overall... Blah blah blah, if you eat here.... Not impressed. Really wanted a tuna sandwich so I went here since I had good sandwich in past. Ordered a giant tuna on white with lettuce onions and extra mayo. He first laughs at me then he engages me then proceeded to take my order. I walked in to place an order about a week ago 6pm and they were out of rolls. Kids behind counter said it would be a while. How do you run out of rolls? You sell sandwiches! I traveled to the Academy location, they took care of everything, great staff and food, and gave me the Area Mgr office number. Called, left message, never called me back. Illustrates Mgr's interest in connecting with the customer and correcting the issues at the Constitution location.
