Came here to celebrate Mother's Day because every year, they have done this awesome offer of free French toast for moms. Came with my mom and sisters, one of which is also a mom. They also are closed on Sundays, so they do this offer the Saturday before. Their French toast is some the best I've ever had, so fluffy and comes with whipped creme, strawberries, and thier Carmel syrup, which, if you haven't tried, is beyond amazing. I ordered the ham, egg and cheese croissant, and it was devine. The croissant was fluffy, flaky, and sweet it paired so well with the savory of the ham and cheese. The razzelberry smoothie was just the right amount of sweet and tart. It was so hard to pick what to eat because everything sounded and looked good. They were very busy, obviously due to the great deal, and they did forget a few things we ordered and messed up some orders, but they were quick to resolve them. After waiting 20 minutes they gave me a sandwich with all the things I requested to NOT be on it because of allergies without adding what's supposed to be on it. Went in looking for jarred Raspberry jam and asked, in a friendly way, if they had the raspberry jam and (who I was assuming was the manager) just looked at me slightly annoyed and said I can get you some and comes back with a small plastic container of jam...not what I asked for. I said, I mean do you have it in a jar (because it was not readily visible to me). Annoyed again, he walked to the end of his counter without saying a word and started to pull out some jars and then I noticed some jars tucked away on a shelf behind me and said, oh, there they are. Mind you all this guy had to say is yes we have some right behind you on the shelf down there near the floor, but I guess his snooty vow of silence for the day was just too important to him to engage with his customer who was willing to buy about 5 raspberry jams, but instead only bought 2 because this guys didn't deserve my business, nor, do I think, he really cared to have my business. The sweet girl at the register rang me up and I purchased the jam, a drink, a side of sourdough (not gonna let my plastic sample cup of jam go to waste) and sat for about 10 min to eat. Kneaders is closing down locations and if this guy/manager is the face of customer experience...I can understand why. Corporate...do better in hiring or at least popping in for performance reviews with managers and employees. Acting like you can't be bothered and are above helping someone with very simple questions willing to buy a whole lot of your product doesn't really bode well for your future and keeping existing sites open. read more

Love Kneaders they always get what I want right and it's my favorite place to stop for some amazing food, the portions are always big, it's always fresh, the desserts are nice the brownie is my favorite, I either get the chicken pesto or the turkey avocado and omg the best!! I would definitely come here again. Also service is really nice too. The only downside is their sweet tea isn't sweet but I'm from the south so it's ok I don't hold it against them. Ordered through the app and it still took approximately 15 to 20 minutes for 2 breakfast croissants and a badly cut small piece of Peanut butter cheesecake. Please don't put the cheesecake in the same bag as the hot food. The cheesecake looked horrible. Terrible presentation and it was very small. Photos are how I received my piece of Cheesecake. I would not order a slice of cheesecake again. It was ok not good or great. Croissant sandwiches were cooked prefect. Customer Service during the week thru the drive thru is excellent but on the weekends it was very slow through the drive thru even though I had already ordered and paid for my food. The food is great always but one thing I have to talk about is the person packing orders (pastries) specifically was not wearing gloves at all. I was going to order something sweet until I saw that and it deterred me from ordering it and I just left the line. I don't care how clean your hands are, there are pastries with allergens and people with a severe allergy to peanuts that if you touch those cookies and then my pastry I will have a fatal reaction to it. I also don't care how busy it is, wear gloves and use tongs instead of your hands also because of sanitary reasons. This was my favorite location in my area but I don't think I'll be returning if this is how food is going to be so carelessly handled. read more

Kneaders has excellent food, including amazing baked goods. I love their breakfast sandwiches and anything that comes with their syrup. Their syrup tastes like homemade butterscotch!!! But our usual time to go there is lunch or dinner. They have a drive-through, so my husband doesn't mind picking up. Their sandwiches are enormous!! My two favorites are the chicken salad on croissant or the turkey bacon avocado. I usually ask for sour dough bread instead of focaccia. I highly recommend!! read more

Wow, customer service is really lacking here! To be honest, I'm not a regular, but each time I've gone I've had either employees who are either rude, uninterested in helping me, or just lack any kind of friendliness. I've had orders totally messed up during a business lunch with 8 of us, to the point that several meals had to be re-made and one of them three times with no apology. The most recent, I called to ask what kind full pies they had for sale. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then I was told they only had one Raspberry Cream Cheese pie. I had already been driving there so I decided to just go inside. They literally had 5 different types of full pies in the display case for sale!! What was she doing for 10 minutes while I was on hold? And why did she only tell me one kind? I ended up buying the Rustic Apple pie and it was delicious! I also tried their raspberry jam...OMG. What's wrong with the culture of the staff here? Great food, sad service. PS - I gave them a 3* because their food is so yummy and that's why I'll return. My mother-in-law ordered 36 fruit tarts for a birthday party. My husband picked up the box and brought it home. I opened it up to discover eclairs and brownies- not a fruit tart in sight. The receipt said fruit tarts, but below that they had a hand written on there "eclairs and brownies". So I called Kneaders and explained the situation, and their response was "oh, they didn't call you? Sorry, they were supposed to call you, we are out of tart shells." The Lady on the phone took no responsibility, blamed it on the other staff, and then simply said "sorry, I wish there was something we could do, but they were supposed to call you." I didn't want to be a Karen, so rather than argue I ended the call. So we spent $50 on mini eclairs that would have tasted better and been cheaper from the grocery store, and brownies that I could have gotten twice as many out of a box mix for pennies on the dollar and tasted just as good. They weren't even pretty for display at a party. She offered no discount, an insincere apology, and definitely no refund. I love Kneaders for its fresh cafe style food, available through drive thru! So convenient if you're looking for healthy food, fast. I'd say I really enjoy the grilled cheese and the Reuben sandwich! It's always so delicious. I do enjoy the guava smoothie as well. It's very refreshing. We've also visited for breakfast and they have great breakfast sandwiches and french toast. The kids meals are a great deal because it comes with a sandwich, chips, sugar cookie, and drink. My daughter loves their sugar cookies. It's always a little treat for her when we visit. My only complaint is that it is pricey. For a family of 3, I've easily spent about $40 each time. So it's not worth going to regularly if you're looking for a deal. Even with a rewards card, there doesn't seem to be any great rewards that come with it unless you dine there often to build up your points. read more
