The staff were so rude! Four staff working and they were all sitting there just talking instead of making my sandwich. Very disappointin.

We stopped by there restaurant to pick up just 2 subs. 1. Both were supposed to be toasted a. They were out on a grill (I guess for roasting). But ended up NOT being toasted. 2. I had a little mayo on mine, but when I bit into it, it was all greasy. Not appetizing. 3. Both subs were not tasty at all, infact we took the subs with us to our campsite near Ft. Carson which is about 5 or so min away. 4. When we got to the campsite, we could only eat a little of the subs because they tasted so bad 5. In the middle of the night we both got sick from these subs. I will never go back to a Jerzy Mikes again. read more

This place has gone significantly downhill over the last two months. I've refrained from posting a review but it gets worse every time I go in. I'm not sure what is going on with the new workers. Tonight was pretty bad. Three people working and one person in front of us and it took 20 mins. By the time they almost finished our cold subs my wife noticed they hadn't even started her hot sub and was just standing around. We had to say something for someone to start cooking it. When we got home I realized my bread was very hard like it was stale. Jersey Mikes has been one of my favorite places but I won't be back. Luckily I discovered Snarfs at lunch today. The store was pretty busy but I enjoyed my interaction with Greg. He was very kind and moved as quickly as possible to get through the line of 5+ people. He didn't stop moving and continued to look for the next thing that needed to get done. He also offered me a cookie or a drink while I waited for my pick up order. Great employee! read more

I ordered recently from them on their website. My order never arrived and I found out that they third party out delivery. When I called to find out what happened they told me to call the third party (I am not the customer because I didn't order from the third party. I called the third party who told me I wasn't the customer. In the end after being tossed around like a hot potato and the manager was super rude I never received anything from them. I ended up having to call my bank to dispute the charge. Please learn from this horrible experience. read more

While our sandwiches were being prepared there was numerous flies on the condiments and veggies. The store itself was dirty. Stopped here on my way home since we wanted something quick. I ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes since I'm allergic to tomatoes. I get home and open up my sandwich and low and behold there was tomatoes so now I can't eat it. I attempted to call the restaurant and no answer. The sandwiches are incredible howeverTheir speed of service is about the opposite of jimmy johns (partly bc they slice the meat when you order but it's still a really slow process) When I ordered three sandwiches last night, I said several times that I only wanted LIGHT pickles, jalepenos, and banana peppers but this kid really laid it on. Like, I'm left wondering how much he puts on when you dont ask for light?! He really dumped the oil and vinegar on, so much so that my bottom bun was a soggy mess when I started eating my sandwich just ten short minutes later. In summary, jersey mikes is pretty tasty but they need to be faster and give better training on the proper amount of condiments to add, especially when the customer asks for light amount. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Oh and they have a cool rewards program where you can earn free sandwiches after ordering so many times. I already got a free GIANT sandwich which is their biggest size and is around $14. read more

Ordered a chicken cheese steak and when I opened it, mayo everywhere, the meat only half way in the bun and the cheese was lumped up on one side of the sub. This sandwich place is okay, I have had the pastrami Reuben, the buffalo chicken and the Philly cheesesteak, and a cold sub. The pastrami sandwich by far is the best sandwich. Definitely always ask for the sauce on the side because they always put way too much sauce on the sandwiches which makes the bread all soggy and gross. Just your average sub place. I thought it was pricey compared to the food I got. I ordered the number 7 which is turkey and provolone. You can either go mikes way or customize it to your liking. They cut the meat and cheese as you order so it might take long if there is a long line. Service is okay. I have been here twice. Both times, it was a waste of my money. First time, I ordered my giant sub per usual. When I got home, I was so upset with it. The bread was hard, the actual meat and toppings were sparse and it didn't have mayonnaise on it. I was busy talking to another customer in line, that I wasn't paying attention to it being prepared. The bread was also very skinny in size. Paying $18 for a sub that I ended up throwing most of it away. 5 months later was my second visit, not any better and actually worse. The bread was as hard as a rock, even the mayonnaise and oil & vinegar didn't even make it soft. Plus it was misshapen so it wasn't much bigger than an Olive Garden bread stick, and one side was even smaller. Both times the bread was tough, hard, and completely disgusting. Meat and toppings were just as sparse as the previous visit. I will not ever go back to this location. I'm tired of spending money on food that I end up throwing away. Another $18 dollars down the drain. Total of $36 at this location that I will never get back. Someone needs to teach them how to do bread. Also, for $18 a sub, I should get more ingredients. read more

This place is terrible. If you want a fast sandwich and nice customer service don't go here. As soon as we walked in they instantly gave off annoyed vibes, when we ordered they didn't write down our order (off to a bad start). We were waiting at least 10 minutes while they worked on other people's orders that came in after us and ended up confusing orders and had to ask everyone in there who had which order. They ended up being extremely rude to my husband who was answering which order he had after they asked. They had asked who ordered the sand which and he said he did and they didn't hear him the first time so he said it again, still no response and continued asking, so he said it 2 more times and they said "okay we heard you the first time" in a very rude tone of voice. They also put the wrong ingredients on my sandwich which had my husband already upset because they hadn't written down what we wanted and were annoyed that I told them I didn't want that on my sandwich. We ended up walking out without our food after the worker gave me and my husband attitudes about what we wanted and confusing our orders. We will not be returning to this location again, especially when I have allergies and they are mixing up who's order is who's and don't write anything down. I could have had an allergy attack because they were not conscientious about ANYTHING. The male working in the establishment was extremely rude. A once star review is being nice. read more

Still can't figure out why they don't have fries? Great subs, not cheap but quality. Tried Jimmy Johns once and thought their bread tasted like wallboard. My daughter and I were first timers at Jersey Mike's. Pretty nice personalities behind the counter, they gave my daughter a free cookie. I had the pastrami Reuben.... SO GOOOO! I forgot what my daughter had but I remember she ate most of it, and the cookie,which is rare. We sat at the window with a really great view of the mountains.
