Store clean, and staff friendly. Atmosphere inside was overall nice. I had to park behind the building and walk to Jersey Mikes. Didn't care for that too much, but it is what it is. I ordered steak portobello sub, and turkey sub-Mike's way. The employee with medium length locs made the sandwiches with great care! He wasn't rushing and handing out sloppy sandwiches like a lot of places do. Both were great and I'll stop by again. I guess I lucked out and came in when the good employees were there.

What the hell is "prosciuttini" and "cappacuolo"...really what are these, designer knock offs?

Can't really rate this place since I didn't get any food. My first time at a Jersey Mikes, .... walked in at 3 PM and no one greeted me, then stood at the register while the 3 employees ignored me. Finally asked where I place my order and motioned at some refrigerator case. At that point it seemed like the exit door was a better choice. A waste of my 30 minute lunch time, so I guess I will just eat once I get off work at 7 PM. Just tried eating at Jersey Mike's again today, thus time they are out of bread. Sooooo, don't all subs come on bread? This restaurant totally sucks.

This is my second Jersey Mike's experience. I have decided that I definitely do not like the food. I had the turkey at a different located and thought it wasn't worth the money - very blah. It's a cold option, which also is a bummer. This time I decided to try the Chicken Parmesan sub. It was really not great. It's $6ish dollars and two strips of chicken that don't even fully cover the inside of the bread. It felt like I was cheated. There was a lot of cheese, so that's good. The sauce was ok. Customer service is ok. Probably didn't help visiting on a holiday when people probably didn't want to be at work and it's slow. Overall, is you like JM you probably like this place. But if you don't, never come. There are FAR better corporate sandwich places.

My Italian sub was totally mediocre. What does Jersey Mike's do that well? Total meh and it wasn't that affordable.

KEWPEE vs. RITZY's As far as burger joints, go the original…read moreAmerican burger joint was KEWPEE up in Lima, Ohio, that opened back during the oil fields of ancient days when photographs were taken in black and white. The owner with no vision or appetite to franchise lost his original idea to the Wendy's hamburger joint as Dave Thomas took the idea Nationwide. If you're not in LIMA, the next best thing and maybe just something even a little bit better or at least different for sure, is RITZY'S in Columbus, Ohio, right in the middle of everything on high Street! The good: upgraded love to the buns here came from some fancy bread company. This is not like your average bun out of a bag that KEWPEE uses from a factory down the street. These are almost like a brioche bun that just didn't get toasted. That would be some next level they could put on it when they don't have an entire baseball team dropped off and in line to all get a Fitzys combo with fries and a Coke well actually you gotta get Dr Pepper around here. They don't have a Coke distributor ship. the bad: I gotta tell you the only thing I can find wrong with this place is that you want to be lucky enough to be in front of the bus bringing all their kids here to buy them all one double stack Fitzy's combo with Fitzy sauce and special melted cheese and bacon, along with the signature skinny fries that don't come out soggy but crispy every single time. I can't say I've ever been disappointed and got lame fries like other places. the ugly: well, I guess the ugly for this place would have to be the fact that you couldn't eat here every day or you might drop dead of a heart attack. It's not for Dr. Quinn medicine woman or Dr. Oz in his leather chewing Koehl dietary repertoire this is for MEN! Men that like to eat burgers. The food channel came through here and somehow got tricked down to the THURMANATOR hamburger which is half bread, according to The Report from my foodie friend David Aaron Rosenberg. Whatever you do, don't think about crispy, smash burgers with edges crunching at your first bite, all the way to your last bite, on buns that take into account every continuous bite within the five minute rule of the perfect hamburger. #5MinuteRule #NiceBuns #Smashburger #KEWPEEvsRITZYS The ambience of this place is your old-fashioned burger joint with that 50s feel standup tables against the wall window and some tables in the middle if you come with a group. Got my food fast, but I was in front of the baseball team that just showed up! #ProTIPritzys : if the line inside is really long, I saw people ordering from the parking lot and coming right in the front door by the street to get their order quicker. I don't know if they had just happened to Order before the whole baseball team showed up or if there's a little secret to get in the queue faster than the long line that's waiting. Yes you can order online.

This is a must stop place for us anytime we are passing through Columbus. Great little smash…read moreburgers, and I truly mean smash burgers, with lacey edges and everything, darn tasty chili dogs, shoestring fries, and some great frozen treats. The family and I stopped on our way through, I had the Ritz, which is a double smash burgers, toppings, etc. As I mentioned, the edges of the burger are actually crispy, the cheese was nice and melted, the bun was soft and chewy. Really nice! I also had a chili cheese dog. They really go for it with the cheese on these things, it's just mounded on there. The chili is a little spicy, not like hot, just warm, and goes great with the beef hot dog, and then the bun for this was perfect again, nice and soft but held up to the toppings well. My wife had a three way chili which is chili and cheese over spaghetti, which sounds kinda funky but she liked it! The kids had kids meals, one hot dog, the other a nice looking grilled cheese. Each kids meal also came with some great ice cream, or so I was told, I didn't try any. It was right around 1:00 pm on a weekday, and it was poppin in there, so make sure you plan to wait a bit for the food line depending on when you go, but it was worth the wait. It's kind of a retro throwback in there, a little bit of old school diner, so kind of cool to just hang out and read the old signs while you wait.

Some people think it's one of the best restaurants ever! They rave about the sauce as if it's magical. While it's good, I'd rather have more than one choice. With that being said, Guy Fieri and his 20 choices are a bit much, but somewhere in between would be nice. Spicy would be good. The tenders were moist and fresh and good with or without the sauce. I ended up using the sauce more on the fries than the chicken as they could use a bit more help. DIY Drink Refills too which is a plus (take note, Chick Fil A) The Texas toast is 10-stars on its own. I think next time I'm just getting Tenders and Extra Texas Toast and making a kick-ass sandwich. Or just fold the Texas toast around a tender for a Chicken Bread Taco. The staff was super friendly which is always a plus. The plaza it kind of awkwardly designed so be careful if you're zipping in. I'm sure I'll be back as when I stay in Columbus, I'm usually in this area and it's convenient to the hotel.

I ordered the CHICKEN SANDWICH which I did enjoy. I found the chicken to be covered in a crunchier coasting that some other chains, but it's flavour was a little bland to me. The dipping sauce is very important to me at a chicken chain. I like to dip fries and chicken tenders (if ordered). I was not a fan of the Raising Cane signature Cane sauce.

This place knows how to make your taste buds do the happy dance. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was a blessing because I was *hangry*. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and basically screamed, "Eat me now!" My son went for the mushroom Swiss burger, which he devoured like he hadn't eaten in weeks. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries -- simple, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Oh, and as if one meal wasn't enough, my son also ordered a chicken sandwich. He declared it "the best ever," which is saying something because this kid is a chicken sandwich connoisseur. The television entertainment was the Cartoon Network, which made me know this was a special place. Preston's, you've earned a special place in our hearts (and stomachs). Good texture /mouth feel. I wonder if the biscuits would make a good burger bun... maybe too sweet? The place was very clean and inviting. The qr code ordering was handy, but a bit impersonal. The server was nice and did offer to take my order personally. Not sure if I'll come back on my own initiative (not close to my house). But if a friend said let's have lunch there I'd be happy to return.
