Came in for a quick bite while on the road. I have celiac disease (gluten free) so I opted for a salad. I've had JM before and have been safe. Unfortunately this was not safe for me. I was greeted by a young man and he had no idea how to prepare the area for a GF salad. I gave tips (change gloves, plastic paper and so on forth). Unlike other Jersey Mike workers, I don't think he was trained. Unfortunately he did not clean the table and he placed my meat 1/2 on the clean paper and 1/2 off. The thing that I found odd was when they freshly cut meats, they use sandwich hands with crumbs on them. I was desperate and hoped for the best but was glutened and go really sick. There was a lady working (Ashley maybe???) who had a child with allergies and she took over and was helpful. I was super apologetic at this time. She did everything she could to make the toppings and chopping portion safe. I wish I started with her! All in all, my allergies aren't against them but the food was delicious. The salad was fabulous! Fresh ingredients and great portion. I'm not sure if I'd come to this location again but if you don't have allergies, this is a great pit stop! read more

I love Jersey Mikes. Food is the same at this location as other stores but they struggle to have orders from the app ready at the promised time. I've had to wait 10-15 extra minutes twice. Think it may be faster to show up and get in line as they seem to prioritize walk-ins. read more

While sometimes it's difficult to hear the employees it's also difficult to hear the customers who won't speak up when they are asked to and when employees try to become louder sometimes customers feel as though they're being yelled at when we are really just trying to be louder and we are just trying our hardest to please everyone also I'm well aware of the constant training occurring which hopefully will benefit the customer and make their experience better than any other time they are constantly working on trying to improve and make the best experience possible for everyone patience is key with the employees remember they are human too and no one is perfect regardless overall pleasant experience and I look forward to seeing how they grow as a team only up from here read more

Driving through Littleton, NH, I decided to try Jersey Mike's Subs - a first. The menu listed veggie sub. There were nice fresh sliced vegetables in the bins on the counter next to the guy taking the order. I placed my order, clarifying no cheese, no mayo. I waited behind others for the order to be filled. When I was called, I picked up the order and to my dismay, the veggies were all grilled - on the grill with the meats. I went back to the counter and stated I didn't want it grilled. I pointed to the fresh vegetables and stated, "This is what I thought I was getting." The response was, "You got what you're getting!" I replied, "This is it?" "Yeah!" I chucked the sub (still in its bag) in their garbage can. The photo on Jersey Mike's website (jerseymikes.com) shows multiple subs with fresh vegetables - not grilled; and there statement further declares, "...served Mike's Way, fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and spices! The subs were good but what turned me off was the girl making them. She had the bread on a scale and she weighed the sandwich after each slice of meat. It may be nothing but I have been to the original Jersey Mikes down the shore years ago and nobody weighs the sandwich as you go. They use to make the sandwich by eyesight not by weigh scale. Don't bother using their app. It's BS. Sunday afternoon no one in there app says 45 minutes. I go I wait. I told by the girl my order will be ready at 2:20 and I said no problem, very nicely, and then I proceed to watch 30 people order and get their sandwiches while I wait. At 2:25 I asked the girl what was the point if ordering if you can just walk in and get your sandwich quicker. The nice lady who told me it was 2:20 pickup tried to apologize and this goober girl that works there just keep telling her. "Just walk away just walk away". I had a legit complaint and her attitude was rude and immature. My husband and I have gone multiple times. Always done issue but this was the worst.
