I've been great at waiting patiently but now I am tired of the rude experience. Today I visited for dinner and asked politely if I could have a small bowl to go. The man told me "not right now" or " in a min" in a very rude tone. I almost walked right out of the entrance but I was hungry. The whole time he made my bowl it felt rushed he was very pushy when I asked questions about the ingredients he seemly extremely aggressive. He never greeted me or smiled or thanked me. My bowl was not sealed properly and spoiled when I carried it back to the car! I will not be coming back as much as I like the queso it's not worth for rude experience

I was meeting a friend for lunch while in Mesa and I am so ecstatic that I found Steadfast Diner. The diner is quaint and cute. Just big enough for approximately 8-10 people to dine in. There is however, a large patio for outside dining. I had never been in a diner before, so this was a great first experience. I believe one of the owners waited on me and my friend. He was very kind and helpful with making suggestions about the nenu. I orderd the Steadfast Double Smashburger and was not disappointed. This burger was so amazing. I love a good grass-fed smashburger and this hit the spot. Hot off the grill and perfectly cooked, I ate it slowly just to savor the flavors. The bun was very soft and light. All the toppings were fresh and amped this burger up. I ordered a side of onion rings which were crispy crunchy good. I could tell these were homemade and not the frozen kind. I live approximately 30 miles away, but for this farm-to-table goodness, I will make it my personal goal to frequent this diner to try more off the menu.

Walking in I was greeted warmly by the staff and when I let them know it's my first time there, they were extremely helpful with making selections. We got the PB&J, bacon cheeseburger, and the burger with blue cheese. All the burgers had good portion size and the fries they give with you are massive as well. They checked up on us and gave my daughter a churro. 1st class experience, I'm sold and will be back asap. Thanks!
