We order take out from here probably once a month. The sandwiches are good. We usually get the same sandwiches each time Italian, turkey and cheese and the mushroom turkey sandwiches are what we normally order. read more

Used to be my friend Jersey Mike's. Then you're out of white bread and you give me the goldfish tasting so bread it's a loss. I'm not coming back to you now. A sub purist do not like cheddar goldfish flavored bread on an Italian submarine sandwich. I really just don't get it. Maybe some white bread American would like a turkey sandwich on Parmesan bread, but you give people the choice. I don't like people telling me they're gonna give me a hamburger and then give me chicken nuggets. I might be picky but I don't think so. Can I select ZERO stars? Doubted it. I ordered 2 subs for delivery to my home. There were a couple of conversations with the Uber Eats driver as their GPS was out. Regardless, when our dinner was delivered it was short 1 sub! I called Jersey Mike's whose idea of customer satisfaction was to offer a free sub on next order. Fat chance! I'll not be going back there for a very long time snd then we'll have to Pick It Up and inspect our dinner before returning home. Let me start by saying that my family and I are HUGE Jersey Mike's fans- so much so that we currently have enough points to get 5 giant subs! We have eaten JMs from the east coast all the way to Hawaii and never had a single issue with any of the stores. I have hesitated to write this review for several reasons. First, it's a newer location and obviously needed time to get it together. Second, I've seen the store manager in action. He's a go-getter and a friendly, hard working man. I didn't want to write a review that might hinder his success. And third, I did write a letter to corporate after my second to last visit because I was just that fed up. But, after ordering again, with yet another mistake, I'm at a loss as to what to do. So, when I order my sandwich, I always ask for "EXTRA EXTRA PICKLES- A LOT OF PICKLES"- exactly like that on the app and because they are SOOOO good. I will post a pic of the "extra" pickles I received. We are talking like 3 slices! That's hardly extra. Then we have the bread issue, which is reoccurring, as well. I order wheat and get white 2 out of every 5 orders on average. My kids order white and get wheat about 1 out of every 5. It's simple stuff that shouldn't be overlooked. We aren't asking for special menu items or special dietary things that aren't an option. These are basic things and overlooking them or doing them incorrectly repeatedly is a problem. I live right across the street from this location. I could walk to it if need be. I want it to be amazing, like all other locations. I realize it gets busy- very, very busy, especially during lunch and dinner. Perhaps they need to hire more employees to work specifically on to-go orders, so that those orders are done correctly and so that people ordering in person also get the employees full attention, as well. This might help avoid constant errors. I write this review, not out of anger, but because I want MY location to be the best and I'm hoping this might spark a fire under the employees to get it together and get it right. I will go back again and again and I'm hoping for better results. I know they are capable of doing that. I will be delighted to update, once these issues have been permanently resolved. We have truly enjoying coming to the sub shop. I ran over here over my lunch hour to grab a few subs and I want to give kudos to the manager that was working. You could tell the young man that was working on our subs was new and very nervous and the manager showed absolute patience . You don't find this often in the restaurant industry as everyone is always trying to rush their fastest to get things done but I appreciate the manager that's taking the time to coach and teach and also giving the young man time to learn. My husband picked up sandwiches from this brand new location. The bread for both of our sandwiches was stale/dry, the tuna was waterlogged, and the bread quickly became soggy. Every time I would take a bite, liquid would pour onto the paper. I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations and never had an issue. Maybe the new place needs to work out the kinks. read more

So super disappointed! I paid $15 for the "giant" veggie sandwich which was seriously a joke! A sub roll with thin slivers of of a few tomatoes, shredded lettuce and provolone cheese. I requested jalapeños but apparently that was too much to ask! They literally put two pieces in this sandwich....seriously?! Sadly, I think this sub might have been okay if I had more tomatoes, jalapeños and maybe lettuce....definitely not worth $15!!! read more

I've been here plenty of times and the food is usually fine. The main thing I notice whenever I come here is that the place is dirty. It's like they don't do regular cleaning here which is super gross in my opinion. Today when I arrived, it was empty, no other customer was in there. The employees were all chillin in the back instead of cleaning. Haven't worked in the food industry I noticed several health violations all over the store. Literally the only reason I decided to continue the order is I had my girlfriend with me and she was already hangry and she would've been annoyed even further if I told her we were going elsewhere for food. I ordered and within 5 seconds of saying which bread I wanted, I noticed the guy using the wrong bread so I corrected him, which is fine I was just surprised at how quickly he forgot. Most of these employees look like high school stoners so I'm not too surprised. He used the same dirty gloves that he had to grab the pen and write out the order and ring up another customer on the computer screen. The amount of food and mess all over the store was seriously concerning. The various knives they used all looked dirty like it was the same knife from the morning shift. Keep in mind, it's only 2 pm.. The manager and owner seriously needs to crack down on these kids to keep the store tidy. I won't be coming back here anymore, it's not worth it in my opinion. I love jersey mikes but I've given this place too many chances and it seems to get dirtier each week. If you're a grimey human, you probably won't care about how messy and dirty it is here, but if you do care about that stuff then you shouldn't eat here until they learn to clean it up and make these high schoolers do the food handling course again!! read more

Normally we love Jersey Mike's. Other locations in the valley we have had good luck but this location....it's different. I was extremely disappointed with this location and our order. We ordered online and when we got home with the order I couldn't believe what we had been given. I went back and checked the receipt to make sure that we had not messed up the order but ...no. The order was correct. Now I ordered a portabello and swiss as a bowl with extra portabello mushrooms. We were charged $9.45 for the bowl AND $1.95 for the extra portabello mushrooms. What I got looked like a half order of the bowl, no lettuce, certainly no extra portabellos. It was pathetic. I'm so disappointed with this order. We will continue to go to Jersey Mike's but never to this location again. To improve.... Fix the online ordering so it's easier. Provide what customers order. I don't mind paying for something if it's correct and an equitable value for the money. Train your people to be customer service friendly and do their jobs. read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches Regular from Door Dash when arrived 1 sandwich was a 4 inch obviously not a regular and wrong ingredients. When I called the store I was told because they were busy and sorry you will have to call door dash. Very poor customer service and I guess make sure they are not busy when you order. read more

This store has major kinks to work out. We are used to going to the store on Arizona Ave that is run very efficiently by the store manager. This store is understaffed as I waited in line for an hour to get my one sandwich. I felt bad for the short handed crew as they did the best they could being short handed with not enough help. My wife visited just the other day and ordered a 'club' only to get home and find out they left off the bacon? A club sandwich is just not the same w/o bacon. This will be a high volume store in our neighborhood so hopefully the owner gets a handle on staffing and improves his store moving forward? read more

Our family was super excited to see one pop up close by. We love having the option closer to us! I've been in many times, and this place is busy. (Maybe due to not many quick food options that are good nearby) Line is out the building. Expect to wait, don't come in with a hurry up expectation. The staff are friendly, and my sandwiches come out great! My favorite is Chris. I always get the #13, Mike's way. Can't beat an Italian sub. Don't forget a cookie too. Yum! Ordered my food online. I went into the store at the time they said it would be ready. It was not there, but there was a wadded up receipt with my name on the pickup shelf. I asked about the order, but the young lady who replied could not be heard over the crowded store. I asked her the repeat twice. Finally a woman working on the line came and yelled at me that my sandwiches weren't ready. It would take another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, she placed the order on the pickup shelf. Great subs! I've always loved Jersey Mike's and was super excited when this one opened up next to my house but don't come here if you're hangry because you'll leave even hangrier. I seriously do not know why they're so slow here compared to other Jersey Mike's. I've ordered from this location 4 times and it doesn't matter if there's 8 people ahead of me or 1 person, it's still takes them forever to make a sub. All I'm ordering is a cold cut sub Mike's way and it takes a good 15 mins from the time I order to paying for the sub. I just watch the sandwich just sit there on the white chopping board just waiting for one of the 5 kids working back there to get to putting the toppings on. I was so disappointed in Jersey Mikes's yesterday. We were there at 5:00-dinnertime- the store had 4 employees behind the counter and no guests. The trash can inside the door was spilling onto the ground. The counter was dirty- had lettuce, and food droppings all over it. Went to sit at a table and they ALL needed to be wiped off. I asked someone to come and wipe it down. The hand sanitizer was empty. The floor behind the counter was filthy The employees were all playing around with each other. The tables outside were dirty. I understand these employees are all high schoolers and probably not the best at keeping things tidy, but the Manager has to be able to convey to them this is part of the job. I hoping to see a much cleaner store on my next visit, but this one almost sealed the deal. This is a new store in a great location! Please clean it up! read more

I'll admit this was my first time at Jersey Mike's so I wasn't sure of the flow. It felt a bit disorganized, possibly because of the lunch rush. Someone took our order (writing it down) and then as we were waiting the cashier asked us what we had ordered so she could ring us up. I'm not sure what the reasoning was of writing down the order. Then the person making the sandwiches called us back to ask what we wanted on the sandwiches. Again, then why write it down? My husband and I got Big Kahuna's as bowls. While the food tasted very good, I was shocked at the price tag for what we got. Almost $10 for literally the meat, peppers and cheese that didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. No additional vegetables added to it. We didn't get the bread even so you would have thought it would have been cheaper than the sandwich. It was not filling at all. read more
