Instead of simply asking the cashier to charge me for the missed item so I could get the correct food, they just handed out an incomplete order. ​I spoke with the owner, Diane, to get a refund for the mix-up and ended up stuck waiting at the restaurant for over 40 minutes. Rather than resolving the issue, Diane was exceptionally rude and flat-out refused to grant a refund. To make matters worse, she openly threatened the cashier in front of customers, stating that any refund issued to me would be deducted directly out of the cashier's paycheck. ​It is a completely hostile work environment for the employees and reflects terrible business practices. I deeply regret paying with cash, as it prevented me from filing a dispute with my bank. The gentleman that took our order and payment and brought it out to our car was professional, kind and we really appreciated his hospitality. The parking lot felt safe and everything was lit up. The pepper sauce and ranch were great - the size of the dipping containers were so great and also made the dining experience a better one. It elevates the experience.
