This location is great!! I have only ever done curbside pickups. Order is always done on time, the employee who brings it out is kind and the food is always packed right! My only complaint is their shared parking lot- always packed and the parking directly in front of their store is handicap so I worry the employees will be confused finding me. I came in 1/6/26 at 8pm to get a grilled chicken Philly. The young lady working was obnoxiously loud screaming to her coworker about nothing with the other young man working. The young man making my sandwich became so focused on the conversation with the young lady that he burned some of my chicken. Biting into the sandwich i consumed nothing but burnt pieces. I love Jersey Mike's Subs. Whenever I'm in Kitchener, I drop by the closest Jersey Mike's near the GTA (crazy!) to get my fix. The funny thing is that I have never had Jersey Mike's stateside. Well, I finally knocked that off my to-do list. I was driving along Yankee Doodle Road and my head turned. I saw the Jersey Mike's sign and was elated. I made a mental note in my head to drop by. After a fun evening at Nature Illuminated, I needed to grab some dinner. I decided that a sub from Jersey Mike's would be perfect. I had no problem finding a parking spot at around 8:30 pm. This eatery is in a small plaza with Caribou Coffee partnership with some bagel place. I backed into a spot and walked into the eatery. There were a couple of folks ahead of me in the lineup. The fact that it was busy at this hour spoke volumes. A polite man behind the counter said that he'd help me soon. I was looking at all the deli meats and cheese in front of me, salivating behind my mask. He was done making a sandwich and was ready for my order. I tend to order the same sub because I love it so much. I got number 9 on the menu, which is the club supreme. It's the same number on the menu on either side of the border. I got a regular sub in size, on rosemary parmesan bread. The club supreme has roast beef, turkey, provolone, applewood smoked bacon, and mayo. I got it Mike's way, minus onions. I also got a can of Stubborn vanilla cream soda. I looked at the cookies. This place has David Cookies, which is based in New York. I have heard great things about the cookies from this place that I had to get a decadent triple chocolate cookie. I went to pay for my food with a credit card. The transaction went through just fine. I watched the man's colleague put my sandwich together. I continued salivating. He packaged my sub and handed it over to me. He wished me a great Christmas. I reciprocated. The other man said that I could grab my drink from the fridge. I thanked him, too, and went over to fetch my drink before leaving the eatery. I then drove back to my hotel room to chow down. My sandwich was yummy. Everything tasted fresh. I loved everything in this sub. Roast beef, turkey, and bacon are the best protein trifecta in a sub. The rosemary parmesan bread was perfect. The decadent triple chocolate cookie lived up to its name. Wow! It was chewy, chocolatey, and heavenly to eat. I love cream soda. The Stubborn vanilla cream soda was amazing. I wish that it didn't have so much sugar in it, but it's worth treating myself here and there. I am so glad that I got my Jersey Mike's fix here. I look forward to returning for more. One visit I had to wait in the lobby for maybe 5 minutes before I could pick up, and they comp'd me a drink for my troubles. Friendly staff, quick work, and delicious sandwiches. First time at a Jersey Mike's and I have been wanting to try this franchise for a while now. The sandwich was very fresh and had that Italian feel to it, especially because I got it "Mike's Way" which basically just means you get the full Italian experience by adding spices, vinaigrette and veggies to the sandwich. The line was long when I walked in but it moved fast and gave me time to think of what I wanted so it was fine. The service was alright, could have been better. They seemed like they wanted to push people out the door and keep the line moving instead of caring about what the customer wants on their sandwich. The prices were normal but the sandwich was great so 4 stars it is. I would recommend this to anybody that enjoys Italian cuisine with a franchise spin to it. read more

Was introduced to Jersey Mike's by the Mrs. last fall. Have gone a few times now to more than one location and all things considered its a good sandwich. In fact, its a REALLY good one. You have a long selection of hot and cold subs to choose from as well as some wraps. I gravitate towards sandwiches so I can't speak to the quality of the wraps. My sandwich of choice is the cold Super Sub (#5). All the cold subs come "Mike's Way (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, olive oil, spices) and you can mix it up whatever way you wish. Its the vinegar, oil and spices that give the product a little extra zip that I think distinguishes it from the same sandwich at other places. They come together in a way that makes keep eating it when I'm pretty sure I'm full already. You have the standard chips and sodas to complete your combo meals and if you go with the regular size it won't cost much more than what you'd pay at Jimmy John's or something similar, but it is a little bit more expensive. A regular cold sub goes for anywhere from $6.25 to $7.95 depending on what you get. I compare it to Jimmy John's which is much closer to home and Jersey Mike's is better. Not so much that I'd make a special trip over there but if I was equal distance between the two I'd choose Jersey Mike's. I'd recommend you do the same. read more

Secondly it has a personality I have visited this location many times....I order a 1 of a kind sub The staff always greets me with smiles and a we need Buffalo sauce on the line. They get to know alot of there cutomers The sub is always spot on or better than most other sub shops. You may pay more but you get what you pay for!!!! I will start with saying this, they have BY FAR the BEST roast beef sub around. I grew up on the east coast where you can get a good roast beef sandwich almost anywhere, this compares! Real, not deli roast beef and trust me there is a difference, order one here and see what you have been missing all your life! I had never been to Jersey Mike's before but I decided to give it a shot. Walked right in and was immediately greeted by a very nice worker. After I had ordered my sandwich, I struck up a conversation with a few of the workers behind the counter. The workers were incredibly nice and friendly, so much so that I ended up tipping a decent amount to them (not virtue signalling here, just wanted to reward the great job they did). First visit to the grand opening (and the next day). Got the Turkey and Provolone on wheat, Mike's way, sans onions. The sandwich as a whole was tasty, which I am used to, having been a regular customer in FL for years before moving back to MN. For those unaware, part of the Jersey Mike's experience entails freshly sliced meats and cheeses for each and every sandwich. Everything on the sandwich was fresh, which you would expect with such a busy store with the line snaking around inside to the door. This was a first experience of Jersey Mike's for my 3 year old daughter. Despite my experiences noted below, she had her first oil and vinegar sub and boy did she tear through it. Lots of "nom nom nom" sounds coming from her. Why the 3 stars? I found the bread to be harder and more crusty on the top than I have had before. I'm not sure if this is due to the length of time between baking and preparation (think Jimmy Johns buns at the end of the day) or due to some adjustments needed in the ovens. A Jersey Mike's sub bun should be soft and easy to eat and not threaten you with the dreaded "captain crunch mouth" where the roof of your mouth is left in tatters. It wasn't that bad, but definitely off from past meals. Assuming they can get the buns straightened out this would be a five star rating as everything else was up to par with my expectations and experiences at other restaurants. A 2 star deduction might seem a bit much, but in my opinion, you don't open a sub shop without the bread being up to par. Will adjust my review if this issue is corrected down the line. read more

Once Jersey Mikes moved in down the block from me thought I would try the big khuna philly cheese steak and was hooked. The meatball and Italian rock also. I came back today, March 12, and my name was not written down and they called me a liar. Horrible customer service!
