Realistically this should've been resolved by refunding my payment and speaking with a manager, which neither happened. I've been a manager for multiple companies and never would I find the "customer service" that was given to me to be professional, nor acceptable. It's funny given the company "chick fil a" which prides themselves on good customer service and making it a "pleasant" experience to have this disregard for resolving a customer complaint. Their resolution to this was to give me a "Be our guest" card which has 3 listed items on it, none of these items contain the actual item they messed up on.
