I ordered a giant club sandwich to split with my family. It gives you an option to leave "special instructions" but that doesn't get printed out on the receipt so they don't even see it. As of recently I have been obsessed with Jersey Mikes, so I was super excited this location opened up near my house! The store is extremely small, but very clean. There is one small table to sit at inside but not room for more than two. The outside common area has a few dining tables to sit at to dine. Bumping my original three stars to a four star. I said I was done coming here after numerous bad visits whether it be order ahead or order in person. However whenever I ordered delivery, it would come from this location as it is currently the closest location to me. After receiving several correct orders from delivery, I decided to try going back to this location due to easier parking and closer distance. I was finally no longer having issues while ordering in person or on the app for this location. Back to my beloved Jersey Mike's yumminess sandwiches with no issues, and always walking in and naming my call ahead order with it always waiting for me. Some of my personal favorites are the Famous Mike's Philly or the tuna sandwich, and that rosemary Parm bread is so good! I need to start trying a lot more of their other sandwiches. I've also enjoyed the roast beef and the stickball. Either they had a lot of complaints and had major training, or they got a new set of caring employees. The Jersey Mike's Subway was delicious. The second half was even better on the second day. One thing that kind of bugs me is their reference of vinegar and oil as "juice". Sandwich juice seems a bit gross. The staff were very nice and efficient. One man took my order, cut the baguette, and put the meat on the bread. You could tell all the young workers were afraid of her. She snapped and barked at them. They just put their heads down and scurried off to do her bidding. When I asked for a #13 on GF bread she said "choice or allergic?" I said neither, I have Celiac. "So allergic then." She said. No, it's not an allergy is a autoimmune disease. When I first saw a Jersey Mike's was opening 2 minutes from my house, I was very happy. Having been to other locations, I am well acquainted with their sandwiches and they are definitely better that the other chains that are close to me. And seriously like we do not need another poke or boba place nearby! So I have been here twice now. Both times I ordered online and then went to pickup. On both occasions my order was ready on time and correct. On the first visit, the sandwiches were exactly as I expect at a Jersey Mike's: good bread, fresh ingredients, and generous with the meat. I would rate that first visit 4 stars. But...on the 2nd visit, things went south. Someone got way stingy on the fillings. I think there couldn't have been more than 2-3 ounces of meat on each sandwich (got the regular size). And even the lettuce and onions were pretty light. Basically was like eating a roll with a small amount of flavoring inside. Not at all worth the $10 per sandwich. 2 stars at best for this second visit. I will give this location a 3rd chance, as maybe my 2nd visit was a fluke. But if the 3rd time is same as the 2nd, won't bother going back. read more

This Jersey Mike's had only one table for indoor seating. Staff were nice, but when asked for the Jersey Mike's standard military discount, they declined and said that they only had a discount for in uniform / on the job police, officers and firefighters... when every other location in SoCal has offered a 10% reward for serving our country, in addition to first responders. Prices are rising, but you get what you get and the food was fresh. Only one bathroom. The space was kinda tight too, I went at a slow time, but I feel like if it was a lot or dinner hour it would be a little bit tight inside the shop. read more

The staff was not bothered by the fact that we ordered many sandwiches on the spot rather than doing a call ahead order or catering. Out of all the fast and casual sandwich shops out there, Jersey Mikes has established itself as my favorite. The food is always fresh, always taste great and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. The Fullerton location is close to work and the one I frequent the most. The location itself is not overly large and is located in the University center off Commonwealth and Chapman. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes but they will validate with purchase for an additional half hour. The biggest complaint I hear with Jersey Mikes is the price being more expensive then the Subways of the world but in my opinion, you get what you pay for and the freshness of them slicing the meat and cheese in front of you upon order is worth a slightly higher price. The quality better and it truly is a sub above, see what I did there. Jersey Mikes also offers the Shore points system which gives you points for dollars spent that can be redeemed for free sandwiches and other goodies once accumulated by simply entering your phone number into the keypad when paying at the register. I highly recommend signing up for the club as they also email out many offers such as "buy one get one" or "buy one get one 50% off". This is definitely a sandwich place I look forward to coming to and one I will continue to come to for many years to come. If you are a fan of Subway and have not tried Jersey Mikes you are really missing out. Don't let the cost or uncertainty fool you, this is definitely a place you should check out. read more
