What can I say every time I come to this location the place is clean, fresh and has art on the walls. Which that's a nice thing to see while enjoying a meal. The chicken is always crispy, delicious and fresh made. Plus the service is excellent and with good vibes. There wasn't a lot of people during the time I went which that is a plus for me. lol. I've been to this location a few times since they opened and have only had good experiences here. On my last visit on Monday, my friends and I swung by here after a night out and we were greeted with the best staff! The workers there were so friendly and literally made us feel super welcoming. I opted to get the kids meal since I wasn't too hungry which come with 2 fingers, fries, and a drink. That meal was the perfect size. The chicken here is pretty standard and pairs well with their canes sauce. The food itself is decent but for $9 and being open late at night, it definitely was worth it. Raising Cane's is one of my favorite fast foods so I stopped by at this place with excitement since it is my first visit at this location. The restaurant inside is very spacious decorated with shiny disco balls, cool mural, nice King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley's portrait and bright red sign of One Love. They also displayed their merchandises behind the cashiers that you can purchase with your meal. The outside patio has plenty of chairs and tables with shades that can carry large group of people. The staff were very bright and energetic that made me happy and gave me positive vibe. You can tell that everybody was delight to serve their customers and genuinely care for them. One team was emptying the trash, one team was wiping the tables and mopping the floors, one team was cooking inside the kitchen and the cashiers were taking orders. Everybody was working very diligently that you can tell that that's the reason why the restaurant is so organized and spotless especially the drink station and condiment station. I usually order the Caniac Combo, which comes with 6 chicken fingers, two Cane's sauces, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and a large fountain drink/tea and two additional chicken fingers to share. I usually love canes- but this was stupid. Paid $15 for a box combo of naked tenders and subbed the slaw for an extra sauce. I get home, open the box to find 4 slivers of chicken. Inherently since the strips don't have breading they would be a little smaller- but this was ridiculous for $15 dollars, not to mention the small portion of fries. Super disappointed and I usually never write my bad experiences here on yelp but my food was inedible due to the chicken being rock hard. I wish I was exaggerating. I also wish I would've done a finger to chicken strip comparison picture before I threw it out so you could really understand how small they were. read more

The food was good as always, but it was a bit greasier than usual today. The problem was with my three-box combo. One box had chicken fingers that were about half the size of the others. I asked at the counter for a replacement or some kind of fix. The staff didn't know what to do--first they asked the cashier, then the fryer staff. In the end, they just said all the chicken was the same size. You can clearly see in the pictures that it's not. What's worse, no one called the manager. Either the staff needs better training, or the manager just isn't around when needed. The kitchen staff should take responsibility when something's wrong instead of pretending everything is fine. This was a simple issue that anyone with common sense could have fixed. Most other fast food places would have handled it right away. Good service and consistent food matter. The space itself felt a bit dated/not my style (I think there was a fish on the wall??) but the staff was really friendly. BUT. The chicken fingers had the breading already falling off when we opened the boxes and the fries weren't crispy (like limp noodles). The sauce they have is really good though and would recommend grabbing some of those (you do need to pay extra for them). read more

I'll start by saying I didn't ask for the toast because I hate how soggy and cold it is by the time I eat it at home. I liked the girl who took my order she was very kind and patient considering I had my kids in the backseat constantly trying to have a conversation with me about their food choices When I got to the window the girl there was the opposite of the first girl. She was very short and barely looked at me when talking to me. It was awkward for me to be looking directly at her trying to hear what she's saying to me when she was talking super fast and not facing me. She rushed through giving me my drinks to where I almost dropped them and then did not handle my food bag with care at all. I'm definitely exaggerating but it felt like she tossed the bag out of the window to me I had a feeling I should expect some "shifting due to turbulence" when I opened my container, but to see that the sauce was not closed all the way and spilled out (which lets all be honest is the only real reason we eat canes), and no coleslaw, but of course toast.... The food was cold, the breading of chicken was coming off, the size was pitiful, but what bothered me most was... that they charge for sauces! 45 cents each. I could not believe this. I said don't we even get one with the order? Nope! I went to this one because It was on our way home. Usually go to the Anaheim one, Harbor/chapman. Never had issues at that one and I have never been charged for sauces! I don't ask for a variety, I wanted one for the strips! I will never return to this one in Fullerton, no wonder there was only one car in drive thru, haha, I thought I got lucky, now I know people don't go there. I drove in and all the way up to the employee, placed an order for 3 chicken tenders and a drink and was on my way in about 5 - 7 minutes! A few days later, I was hungry and didn't want to wait long and again, Raising Cane's was wide open! I think the tenders here are bigger and better than Chick-Fil-A! This location is just outside of all of the fast food eateries on Harbor Blvd. so I think it's easy to miss, but extremely close. They are also open later than In-N-Out, so if you're looking for excellent food late at night with little to no wait, this is the spot! read more
