I paid a visit to Jersey Mikes without reading reviews because I was in a bit of a rush. I placed an order online for a Big Kahuna in a bowl with extra meat. Simple enough! The app said 15 minutes and I usually go in about 5 minutes sooner in case my meal is done early. In this case, it was! I went into the men's room to wash my hands and the bathroom was clean and tidy. I came out and asked if my order was ready for pickup and the nice young lady handed it to me with a smile and said to have a nice day. In my car, the food was steaming hot with lots of peppers, meat, and cheese. The flavor was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Maybe my visit was a unicorn type visit and I got lucky, but I experienced none of the negative things that past reviewers had. I have been eating Jersey Mikes for years and I got the absolute worst sandwich from this store on Saturday. It was supposed to be an Italian and they made me bread with lettuce and Mayo. Little to no meat. Will not be back to this store again and will stick to the one on Bratten Dr in Garner where they make great Sandwiches. read more

This was my second time having a bad experience at this Jersey Mike's location. I ordered a #7 on wheat bread (Turkey provolone) and received a a dry steak and cheese sandwich on "white" bread. I went on my lunch break and did not have time to return to correct the order so I called the store. The employee that made the sandwich said that he heard me say I wanted a #17 and offered a discount on my next order. Poor customer service. No inquiry as to if I could return to the store and re-prepare what I paid for. Lesson learned; I will never return to this store. read more

Redeemed a free regular sized #9. Guy asked me if I wanted it mikes way and I said of course. Does everything normally until it came to the vignette and brother DRENCHES the ENTIRE sub. Didn't realize until I got home and unwrapped to find the paper its in is soaked. Literally only got 3 bites in before I was disgusted and had to throw it away. Don't recommend . If u want your sandwiches weighed and 1 piece of meat taken off then be my guest. What type of sense does it make to slice something. Look & it multiple times. Take it off. I wonder if the owner if this location realizes how poorly it performs compared to other locations? As written in my review four months ago, this place is dirty. The soda fountain dispenser tray must have been clogged as the entire counter was covered in cola. As I was leaving, I overheard a customer being told it would be 20 minutes until they had more white sub rolls. So at 5:30 Saturday evening they have no bread at a sub shop? Nuff said. read more

Love this restaurant. It's close by, although we do not eat here often, the sandwiches are always great. My favorite is the chicken philly.

If I could give this place no stars I would. don't come here ever. I asked for and was charged for a chick bacon ranch sub add onions and mustard. I got a sub with only chicken, cheese, onions and a load of mustard. It was so much mustard my sub was not edible. It had no bacon, no tomato, ranch or lettuce. Didn't see this until I got home. I'm so mad I want to go back up there but I don't have time. they need better workers. Terrible service. I decided to go to Jersey Mike's with a friend in Garner on Cabela drive. She was excited for me to try the turkey, provolone in a tub. I never had it before so I let my friend order first so I could see what it looked like. The young lady that was cutting the meat asked if she could help me and told her that I was waiting to see how my friend's salad looked before ordering. My friend's salad looked very delicious so I decided the tub salad is what I wanted. The young lady that previously asked to take my order, rudely stated I asked you before what you wanted and now you want something OMG. I thought for a moment, did she just said that to me. I apologized to her to be polite and I said, I never said I didn't want anything but wanted to wait to see how my friend's salad turnout. She rolled her eyes and began to cut the turkey meat with a bad altitude. Afterward, I said thank you and she said not a word. The other workers looked at her like, it was normal how she was treating her customer. This young lady needs some hospitality training. Needless to say, I will never go back there again and she took the taste right out of my mouth for that salad. Very nice place to visit when coming to garner very respectful people and fast service

Nasty, nasty, nasty. Went there as soon as they opened 10am - lettuce was brown and wilted requested fresh lettuce and the staff asked me what was wrong with brown lettuce 'it's still good'. Guy goes to the back to get more lettuce and that was brown! Floors had not been swept, counters had not been cleaned. And the worse part was the guy working the cash register who asked me what was up with my facial expressions and all the extra 'anthics'.. This store is poorly ran in consideration to the other Jersey Mike locations that I have been to! I wont be back! read more

Asked for extra meat on a giant 8 (ham and turkey). Charged me for two extra meat because "you have extra meat for two meats" when it only should be charged once and refused to correct it. Have never EVER paid extra meat based on number of meat in the 10+ years I've eaten at Jersey Mike's . I love the brand but I will never EVER go to this location ever again. read more

The sub was amazing like I expect from Jersey Mike's. It did seem however there was a little less meat on my sandwich than normal. Staff was friendly and made sure that the order was made correctly. The biggest and only disappointment really was how dirty it was behind the counter. There was food and trash in customers view. read more

After ordering two subs, we were told they were out of bread!!! That's like a Ford dealership without cars! How can this be? Maybe they should focus more on operating the store during business hours rather than shutting things down so early so they can run out the doors at closing time. read more

Not like other Jersey Mikes locations. I would not visit this location again. Placed an online order that I received 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Employees were rude started arguing with a customer who asked for an update on her order after 20 minutes which chased other customers out of the stores. On June 3 2020 whoever was working at the end of the night needs to be fired. The big girl in red kept giving everyone attitude and confusing peoples orders. Instead of trying to fix the problem she would walk away and tell her co-workers "she does not want this". The two guys working were very professional and understanding but the big girl in red was a joke. 10/10 would recommend going to the jersey mikes on timber drive as everyone there is always professional and they always handle any issues in a friendly manner. this location should just close it is literally a joke. read more

Impressed with this jersey mikes! Anna greeted me with a smile and a nice loud "hello welcome...". When I ordered, she brought me fresh bread from the oven. She Memorized my order and made it perfectly. Tasted amazing! Anna was very friendly, and very clean. Made sure counters were wiped, as well as knives, and anything she came across, she made sure to touch it with the towel! She was very sweet and was very professional. She should get a promotion to manager and a raise! I am in the service industry, and I have been for 17 years. So I always pay attention to everything in a restaurant. If she was a little older, I'd hire her at my bar, part time (it's not good Karma or ethics to steal employees from other service industries ) good hire Jersey Mike's, keep her around! Also, the other boy and girl behind the counter were also very sweet. I could tell the 3 of them have a good work relationship. Which really reflects on the business. They acted like they love their job and it's a fun place to be. I just didn't deal with the other 2 like I did Anna. But both of them were smiling and laughing and assisting Anna anyway they could. We placed an order for 4 regular subs. We arrived at the location and they indicated to those placing orders in person they were out of wheat bread. Later they advised they were completely out of bread. We asked the person that seemed to be in charge when we initially entered if there was bread for our orders she said yes. Later when we saw our order wasn't coming out I asked a gentleman there (very polite and professional) if our orders were being made and if there was bread. He indicated they were working on them. Then some other woman in red came to me 15 minutes laters after that telling me they were out of bread. I asked her why she didn't tell me sooner so I could go elsewhere. She proceeded to walk away and say okay I got it. Turns out she was making them into wraps without asking. They were very rude except for the guys they were very polite and professional. I was obviously upset but because they could of been honest and said they were unsure if our orders would have bread. The females were very rude to the customers. Ended up getting a refund. read more
