I am leaving Jersey Mikes right now extremely upset. I didn't get the employees name because none of them were wearing their name tags but he is a black guy with his long hair that sticks out of his Jersey Mikes visor. I see him there often as I WAS a frequent customer. It's my birthday and I go in every year to receive my FREE sub and drink for being a Loyal Member. My husband and two young children were with me and as we were waiting in line, the pregnant customer in front of me was already upset with one of the workers because she was not listening to how she was wanting her sandwich and she asked them if they can redo it. The guy that seemed to be the on duty supervisor was slicing the meat an got clearly annoyed with her and began scoffing and shaking his head at her as if SHE was the problem. I was appalled at his reactions to this customer and wanted to leave but my husband insisted on staying and just letting it pass because he wanted me to be happy on my birthday. So we continued to wait in line and watched as these two employees clearly didn't want to do their job. The line was getting very long and that guy continued acting rude to this poor pregnant woman that just wanted a good sandwich that she was paying $20 for!!! The second time around the girl employee left THREE inches of her GIANT sub with no meat. The pregnant lady complained. Rightfully so. And the man employee got upset even more and began to shake his head like he couldn't believe her! I was shocked at his behavior and wanted to leave again because I didn't agree with his poor customer service skills and attitude... my husband just told me to mind my business and wait as we were next. When I walked up to the counter I was literally YELLED at by that guy employee asking "what can I get started for you!?" I honestly didn't think he was talking to me because I was right in front of him... I looked around and he just stood there slicing meat with no eye contact. I genuinely was confused. I asked him, "are you talking to me?" And he responded louder with "yes mama!" Like he was answering to a drill Sargent. Very rude and unprofessional. My husband began to say something to him and I knew it was time to go. My 8 year old daughter got very worried about the way this employee was acting and I grabbed my children and said LETS GO! They do not deserve our business with these employees acting like this. That was the worst experience ever and I won't be going back. That was not the first time that employee was rude to me but I figured maybe I was paying too much attention. Nope! He is a jerk and SHOULD NOT be working there and treating the customers like they are inconveniencing HIM by ordering their food! Us as a community need to expect EXCEPTIONAL customer service for the business we give them. We deserve it! Please be mindful when going here of how important it is to receive not only what is expected from them, but to be treated kindly. Great sandwich and chips as always but for the premium cost you are paying the fountain drinks should have a filtered water supply line. Coke does not taste good or the same when using unfiltered water. You are charging premium prices, stop being cheap and install a filter, this applies to all Jimmy John's, not just this location.. Don't ever really rate fast food places but today was a disgusting display of anyone even attempting to do their job if that's what one would call it. Go in as this is my usual jersey mikes there's two young employees wearing ear buds and not paying attention to the fact I'm standing infront of them. Once they notice I'm there one of the gentlemen working begins to raise his voice at me for my order. I brush it off give him my order then in a loud voice tells me he has it. No problem I don't care maybe the guys having a bad day who knows. Fast forward to when I grab my sandwich the other employee has to get my attention as I was on the phone with my wife then continues to let me know he's not waiting all day for me to grab my sandwich. Now I'm fuming but I go with my gut and remind myself these guys aren't even worth arguing with if this is their demeanor at a place they're being paid to be at. I don't know if I owe the founder or jersey mikes money and they want to collect or if they're just that upset at the world. Worst part is I get home and my order was wrong I asked for a big kahuna on rose Mary and I get it on white bread. Sure the white bread isn't a deal breaker for me but the lack of personality from them and the lack of care they have is embarrassing enough for me to drive an extra mile to the next jersey mikes. My husband has been here about a half of dozen times. This day was a #13 The Original Italian. They'll ask you if you want it done Mike's way. You'll get more vinegar, oil and seasonings. It's a sandwich especially when done Mike's way you'll want to eat right away. If your taking a distance its going to be soggy. Really disappointing walking in to this jersey mikes. I went in Wednesday morning around 1 and was greeted by a short, cubby, blond girl who had a horrible attitude after I asked her for a gluten free sub. She put my sandwich on wheat instead of the gluten free bread I had asked for and when I asked for it to be put the correct bread she proceeded to yell at me that I don't tell I wanted on gluten free bread when I did. Luckily there was this other girl there working she was short with brown hair who kindly took over and apologized for her coworkers unprofessional behavior and made my sub beautifully. 2nd time to JM's in two weeks. I do love the fresh meat is sliced for each sandwich. But, twice the orders were wrong regarding customization. This last time the girl making the sandwiches didn't seem to listen to what was wanted on the sandwiches... she didn't say anything and just looked at us. Again we ended up with sandwiches that weren't correct. Plus we ended up with an additional sandwich which wasn't needed... but we paid for it. I have never been to Jersey Mike's. Chances are I may not go again. After standing at the order station for several minutes with the girl at the register, she finally asked if I wanted to order. (no I was just standing there to gaze at you) We finally ordered. The cashier/order taker was so busy talking to another female employee that I had to repeat the order several times. I ordered a mini Italian, no cheese. Hubby ordered Philly CheeseSTEAK. His took forever to make. He does not eat chicken. The cashier put it in as a chicken sandwich. He was not happy. We picked up one bag of chips, got charged for 2. Of course, we were already home when we noticed all of this. When I want I sub I usually go to Subway, but today was Try Something Different day, so I went to Jersey Mike's. About the same selection as others, the decor is nicer, fresher, more modern and appealing. The energy of the staff is good. Ordered the Italian with just about everything. The sandwich was good, but it just seemed like there was a solid slab of meet with other things on top of it. The bread was fresh, as were the internal parts of the sandwich. Seemed a bit smaller than a similar Subway and a bit more expensive. All in all, a decent sandwich. I am sure they have a following, as do all sandwich places. Maybe I am a creature of habit, but Jersey Mike's is in second place when I want a sub sandwich. read more

Always great service as well as courteousness from all the employees at this location . Even if there is a line they seem to go pretty quick and the sandwiches are really good , they are a little more expensive then the other sandwich places around but definitely a good sub. The place is also always clean every time I've visited which is always a plus. read more

As I walked up to the counter I was greeted by the employees who took my order and started preparing my order in no time. The bread at Jersey Mike's is perfectly, soft, fresh and tasty. The meats and cheese were definitely fresh and plentiful. I ordered my sub "Mike's Way" which meant it came with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Vinegar, Oil and Spices. Today was an awful experience at this store. I placed a mobile order for a gluten free sandwich with extra meat. When I got to the car to eat, there was a small amount of turkey on the sub, like one made without extra meat. DoorDash customer. They never used to get an order wrong. Lately, they mess up your order and never answer their phones. I got a Diet Pepsi instead of a regular one, and they drenched my sandwich in oil and vinegar, when I specified I didn't want it, and overloaded it with red pepper relish. It was too spicy to eat and too soggy to hold. The last time I ordered, they put one very thin layer (one single slice) of meat, and next to no toppings. I understand we have places that are short staffed, but please take care and pay attention to orders, and your phone. If I am paying $18 for a sandwich and a soda, I'd like them to be as specified. I patron Jersey Mike's often. Last night my husbamd and I went to this location as we were on our journey home from a long trip driving all day long. We were tired and hungry. We were there at 8pm. The assistant manager Cory was very pleasant and friendly. He was very understanding and accommodating with my hearing loss. He was in the middle of cutting meat when I approached him for more peppers. He stopped what he was doing to get some for me. I told him no rush and to finish up what he's doing. His response was "no no customers always come first." I was very impressed with his attitude. I could tell he was working hard and doing his best. Put sandwiches were delicious as usual. I visited this location late afternoon on Sat, July 10th to pick up our favorite sandwich to take with us for a softball game. After ordering our sandwiches I was asked about putting veggies on our food. I was stunned to see what was offered. The lettuce was brown, tomatoes were dried up...yuck!! I love J. Mikes, I will suddenly crave it and come here! I'm not sure if it's this location alone, but I've worked at other locations before in another state, know owners for the ones in California/Idaho &' worked along side them. When I come to this location nothing is done properly from dressing sandwiches, to cutting them, too big of paper, the quickness there should be. I've come during rush hour and it's beyond slow. There's been times they've messed up my order though it still tastes fine. I'd just like to say I think there needs to be some retraining done &' help team members stay on top of doing things the proper way. This is absolutely the worst Jersey Mikes around. It had been a couple months since visiting this location due to the last time at this location it was terrible also. This visit we walked in and not a person in line and only 3 tables had people at them. Ordered one sandwich with extra provolone and discovered no extra provolone once we sat down but they had just charged us for it. Went to the counter to get more provolone and they wanted to argue with us. The lack of meat in the sandwich was also maybe a 1/3 of what all surrounding locations serve in a regular size sandwich. Out of some toppings, which is managed properly a place like this should never run out. Went to them sit down and not a clean table in the place, keep in mind 3 employees standing there doing nothing when we walked in. This was our last time giving this location a chance. I enjoy their food but I placed an order through UberEATS and the sandwich was made wrong. When I contacted the store I was told their system said only no onions. He defiantly offer to send me a picture to prove it. I also offered to send him a picture of my order. To which he back peddled and said he believed me but did not offer to fix the situation at all.
