Super rude staff immediately and were frustrated that we were paying with cash. claimed their lobby closes at 8:30, so we had to leave after our sandwich was made- even though they close at 9. I love the other Jersey Mikes on 28th street. Very friendly staff there! Unfortunately will never be coming back to this location again because of the rude staff. Came in today, with my family. I was having a rough day but the staff was nice and were transparent about allergies since I have a lot of food restrictions due to health. The sandwich was delicious with the drink. :) We were well greet when we came in too! Some tables were left unclean though and when we wanted to ask something to the staff they all left to the back. Tried this place for the first time to help with their commendable Feeding America fundraiser. Since I wouldn't be eating for several hours, I requested the vinegar and oil on the side. They ignored my request and I ended up with a soggy sub with too much dressing. Probably won't be going back. This review is for food from this location of Jersey Mike's, delivered via Uber Eats. I've been to another location of Jersey Mike's in the past and was not that impressed. However, I decided to give them another try when I had a coupon code and didn't feel like cooking or going out one night for dinner. I ordered the Italian and my boyfriend chose the buffalo chicken wrap. Obviously I can't comment on the interior of this location, but the food was good! The Italian was definitely enough to have leftovers or share, and it was packed with meat, cheese, and fresh veggies. I do know from my other experience that they slice the meat and cheese per order, and you can really tell as everything tastes fresh and delicious! The amount of meat and cheese on the sandwich was great, too. I opted out of the oil and vinegar that normally comes on it since I didn't want it to get soggy on the ride over. I added banana peppers which I love on an Italian sandwich. The buffalo chicken wrap was not quite as good as the Italian-it comes with grilled chicken breast rather than the breaded chicken tenders you usually see in a buffalo chicken wrap. No complaints here, a healthier option is nice. The whole wrap seemed a little over-sauced, but that is probably due to the fact that we added ranch as well as the buffalo. Whoops! Would not do that again. The extra sauciness made it a bit messy and tough to eat but the flavors were good. I don't think we'd order this particular item again, but definitely enjoyed the flavors and of course the Italian was great. I would absolutely check them out in person sometime in the future if I'm craving a tasty sandwich! read more

First time here and had an above average experience. The prices are a bit high for a very high bread ratio sub. I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich, giant size. They cook the onions peppers and mushrooms made to order right behind the counter and cut fresh slices of cheese as well. The taste of these ingredients were on the tastier side. However, this was offset by the bread ratio which seemed massive. It was similar to a Philly cheese steak with au jus style ratio...without the au jus. This made it a bit on the dry side of things but did not stop me from eating the entire sub in one sitting. I would come here again but might ask for more meat/ingredients to better proportion the sub. read more

Never been to a Jersey Mike's before. This just opened up in the last week. It took a bit to get our order as they were quite busy. We both ordered the club which has turkey, ham, bacon, and provolone. None of the meat or cheese was pre cut and neither was the cheese. Bread was good and the sandwich was good. Seen them frying some onions and steak for a philly cheese steak sandwich. Fresh and made to order. They also have gluten free options. Priced a little higher than I like for the size of the sandwiches, but I was not disappointed in the eats. Just not blown away buy anything. Staff was friendly and tried to keep up with the crowd that was coming in. Everything was coming at them. A big $90 sandwich order, online orders, and people like us just walking in. Today I went to Jersey Mikes to purchase 20 $20.00 gift cards to use as rewards for my staff. The young lady that waited on me was pleasant enough and attempted to assist me with my purchase. Only problem, they only had 12 gift cards...however, this young lady was quick with a service recovery suggestion that their 28th street store would have plenty of gift cards to satisfy my needs. So off to 28th street store I went. Upon arrival at Jersey Mike's in 28th street the cashier there told me the other store had called and told them I was on my way, but they had NO gift cards...are you kidding me? It would seem to me that a place like Jersey Mike's would have a plethora of cards available for sale, but alas not. I've had Jersey Mike's before and I thought it was ok, but recently I went to the one on the East Beltline and I have nothing but good things to say. First off the food is made right then and there, there's no sitting around and letting it get cold, so the foods nice and hot when you get it. Another thing is how quick it was. I didn't wait long at all for the sub to be made. This place is great for getting a sandwich and the food is even better. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try something other than Subway or Jimmy Johns. The food at Jersey Mike's is a ten fold better. It's a little bit pricey, but it's not much more than what you'd spend at Jimmy Johns or Subway. Again I would recommend this place over the aforementioned businesses any day. read more

I can't say anything about the inside of the restaurant because I've never been in. Today is the fourth day of trying to get subs here and finding a paper sign taped to the door that just says closed. I'm sure it's a staffing issue but at some point there needs to be a corporate assessment of this location. I get that people are sick or whatever and I'm not suggesting they work when they're sick, but as a corporation you need to have some accountability for your sites. If you can't staff it then don't keep it open, or send people from other locations to cover it. Each time I've stopped by has been a different day of the week or time of day. Twice there were people inside, behind the counter actively avoiding eye contact. I called to see if anyone would answer and the person who answered did not say anything about being closed until I asked. I call back to tell the assistant manager this. He tells me to come in to replace it. I live 20 minutes away. I inform him of this. His response..."Oh well." This sub is like 13 bucks.
