BC Pizza in general is my favorite chain pizza. The soft (almost sweet?) crust is the only pizza crust I actually eat and enjoy! The sauce and toppings are always fantastic. However, this location is not the best. They forget sauce every time. I always have to open the boxes of breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and ask for sauce when its not in there. The employees don't give off a friendly or professional vibe which doesn't make me super comfortable to be in there. read more

We love(d) BC pizza....however our last two visits have been disappointing. When they are on, expect amazing pizza and wings. When they are off, expect little to no product or taste. The last two visits match the latter which is disappointing. $20 for wings that are not topped with sauce (or at least an adequate amount) and are from the bottom of the bag (16 total pieces but some of them were less than the size of a quarter). Horrible service! Called to place order and was told they do not carry taco sub (but it's on their website) so we looked back at the menu and ordered online. We ordered 5 subs and chips, 1 cheese pizza and two order of cinnamon bread. None of the subs came with lettuce or tomato, dressing or anything and we never received our chips. When we called we were told they ran out of toppings but no one called us about it. Then we were told it was our fault as the chips are self served and we missed them. We have never done pick up before and did not know this and no one told me. When we called we were told it was our fault for it. Not very impressed at all. read more

This place serves a food product called pizza that meets the requirements to be called pizza food. That's all. Nothing special and nothing good. Pretty flavorless and skimpy with everything. We got several things and we were all disappointed. Calzone didn't have really any cheese, chicken was from a can, veggies were barely cooked, crust was flavorless. Hard to imagine a place that specializes in pizza and has been around for so long could be so inept at making good pizza. I've had better pizza from gas stations and much better frozen pizza. The place was clean and staff were nice, but who cares when the food is worthless? My dog is nice too, but I won't ask him to make me a pizza. read more

Update, 6/8/19. We gave it another try. Unfortunately we will not return. As I stood at the window waiting to pay for my pizza, an employee was eating some of the food in the food prep area. I understand employees need to eat, but not near a customers food and should not in plain site of the customer. This is unfortunate what management allows this type of action to go on. We ordered pizza here to try something new. It wasn't as good as the reviews showed. We ordered a margarita pizza and it was just a cheese pizza with tomatoes, nothing extra. I've always loved their food and I was craving it Sunday evening. I walked into the store at 7:50pm and a worker named Tallen told me they were closed. My standard line - pizza can only be screwed up. It is much harder to "stand out" above the rest. Face it - I can eat most any pizza and enjoy it. BC was above average and certainly had me pleased. They had good fresh toppings and a nice sauce. An area that might be debatable for some was the crust. I actually enjoyed BC's crust and feel it was above average. The important point being for me - it was not dried out, burnt, or overly cooked. In some cases - when I eat pizza and get a poor crust - I won't even finish that portion of the pizza (if indeed that bad). BC's was a crust you could actually eat and enjoy. Soft and moist. NOT RAW - certainly not for myself. I would have to verify if they do flavored crust - I did not place the original order - but if indeed they have that option - this could be one of those that stands out among the crowd. Maybe the only critical mark - might like to see more thickness to the overall pizza and heavier on the toppings. But, there too - it might sacrifice some of the other areas I enjoyed (like overall quality of the crust). This is worth a try if you are looking for something different. read more

First I want to say the food was great. I choose 3 stars because of their online ordering system. I have tried to use it before and ran into the same problem. We receive coupons in the mail and when you are checking out there is a place to enter the coupon codes online. When you enter the code it comes back as an invalid code. These are coupons that have not expired. They also have a loyalty rewards program but I am not sure what you get for it as there is no information online regarding it. We are suppose to get points for purchases yet when I placed my most recent order it said our rewards id didn't match anyone in their system. I checked and we are signed up but still another glitch with their online system. I will continue to buy from BC just not through the online system. read more

We eat here at least once a week for lunch. Great pizza/salad bar. Seating is sparse so don't go during lunch rush. A lot of High School students stop in for lunh and the can take over at times. The pizza is always fresh and friendly staff! read more

Food is good. Service and food is incredibly slow. You can go into a normal sit down restaurant and wait and order and still get your food faster than they can make a grinder at BC. Empty dining room and 30 minutes for a grinder is pretty insane for 1:30 in the afternoon. I would only use this place for delivery in the future. read more

I've aten from here twice and it wasn't bad. It was actually pretty good surprisingly. I would recommend this for a pizza party! Good food!
