I had to drive to Columbus, Ohio and back on Saturday. I wasn't planning on making the drive, so I didn't pack anything for lunch on my way into work that day. But they needed me to help cover this run to Ohio, and I always jump at the chance to be alone in the truck cab, listening to good music, audiobooks and utilizing CarPlay to connect with people. Needless to say, when I got back to Indy around 3:00pm, I was starving. I was thankful that this Jersey Mike's opened up in this area about a year ago. I have visited this location a few times. I think the first time was just after they opened and I was headed to the Limp Bizkit show. (Note: probably one of the oddest shows I've ever been to. Plus: Corey Feldman! But Fred Durst killed it. And he stood on the stage after the show just soaking it all in and appreciating everyone who was there, waving and signing autographs. You could tell he didn't want to leave the stage. It was cool to see.) Anyway, it was a little hectic that first time I visited Jersey Mike's only being open a couple weeks and the manager was there coaching his team. I enjoyed witnessing that. Each time I've visited, the staff is very kind and helpful. They help you through the process and make sure your sandwich is made to perfection. Usually I like cold subs, bud I got the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese (#55). Delicious. Fast forward to this evening (because I forgot to post this review earlier this week until I realized it was sitting in my Notes app. Oops!). My son had a golf match in Anderson, so we stopped in at Jersey Mike's. I went with the #55 once again. Still delicious with grilled chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms with jalapeños. Shut the front door! The place is always clean and the staff were super patient with my daughters who wanted to order for themselves (which also included a ton of questions!). This might be the worst ran jersey mikes. Go in to order. Asked for a hot Italian no tomato, no grilled onion and no relish and add lettuce, banana peppers and extra mayo. Drive all the way home and opened my sandwich. Had zero lettuce, or banana peppers. Was just a meat sandwich. Drove all the way back and told him what I wanted on my sandwich. Remade the sandwich and handed it to me. Walked to my car and check it. Had all the things I didn't want on it. Tomato, relish, onion. No lettuce, no banana peppers no mayo. Walked back in and asked him to remove the toppings and add the others that I asked for. LITERALLY TOOK EVERYTHING OFF. GOT ALL THE WAY HOME AGAIN WITH A MEAT ONLY SANDWICH. Just awful management and customer service. Dont go here. They don't listen. read more

Regular turkey and provolone cheese, Mike's way minus onions with pickles and mayo on the rosemary parmesan bread was just perfect. Add chips and a drink for a well rounded meal. Staff is fast and friendly. I think a regular might be enough sub for two people. read more

We were excited to have a Jersey Mike's so close; however, I have had multiple unpleasant experiences at this location. With my most recent visit on 5/7/2026, the man with the long hair and head wrap taking orders and slicing meat, was clearly agitated. He was observed throwing the meats and cheeses into the metal slicer with unnecessary force. I was tempted to leave when I witnessed this with the two parties ahead of me, however, I had been waiting a few minutes and was excited for lunch. When it was my time to order he asked me 3 times what I wanted and replied "of course you do" when I requested that my meat and cheese be left on the side. While retrieving the container for my salad the whole stack of containers fell on the floor which agitated him even more. I was scared to ask for a clean container (one that had not been on the floor) so I went along for the ride. He proceeded to place the ham, turkey, and cheese into the metal slicer, slamming the metal down each time (which I have never witnessed in my many trips to Jersey Mike's). All of his behavior elicited awkward glances between other customers and employees working alongside him. It was evident that this employee was not enthused to be working and his behavior rose to the level of inappropriateness that the young women working the cash register felt the need to apologize to me when I arrived at the register to pay. We all have bad days at work but when working in a customer-facing role, this behavior is not only off-putting but was aggressive and unacceptable. In a normal situation I would have asked to speak to the manager; however, the man I assume is in a managerial position has also been less than friendly and professional in my experience on one other occasion. read more

It's a pretty new Jersey Mike's in a new strip mall area right off the highway. It's very clean very fresh looking as to be expected with a new place. They welcomed me with a smile as I came in the door even though they were working with someone else, and were very nice throughout the entire process of ordering the sandwich, wrapping it up taking care of paying for it and then telling me to have a nice day on the way out. The food is great they piled on the toppings, very crispy bacon. I got a regular size sandwich,club with bacon mayonnaise, pickles, lettuce, and cheese.the food is good. Typical of a Jersey Mike's sandwich. I didn't get anything to go along with it though I do like the chips that they have and usually get a drink, but didn't this time. read more

Good food but they take forever with grilled sandwiches. It takes them 5 minutes to even put on the grill day in and day out, with only two other sandwiches on the grill. It's like waiting on a full service restaurant. read more
