Also, I am sure that this is what the Salty Rose is so efficient. The best thing I had was the Gulf Fish Sandwich. The size of fish far exceeds the diameter of the bun. The bun was advertised as Brioche, but it seemed to be a standard hamburger bun. I say this because I had the Smash Burger (also good) and it was on a brioche bun. I learned that the lettuce and tomato caused the meat/fish to slide off and out of the bun, so I removed it. My wife and I split the quesadillas and they were excellent. I would recommend asking for additional Pico and a side of salsa. We also split the Chicken Nachos on two occasions. My wife had the salad twice and loved the lemon vinaigrette.
