We are here for a couple of months from Texas and staying near this location. PATRONS BEWARE!!! Send trainers back to this location. We've been to this location every 10 days or so and EVERY TIME they have messed up our order. It's become a joke when we are ordering on the app, what will they miss this time! Not one time has it been busy, so that's no excuse. Wrong orders, cold items, never get napkins or ketchup. I always put spicy ketchup on the app order. Have not once received it. I grew up on Whataburger in central Texas, and was happy to see this beautiful sign on my travels about Florida. Instantly my head was spinning with memories of weekend nights and friends of old. My soon joined the flashback with a surge of saliva and my taste buds were screaming for some satisfaction! Since the dining room was still closed I was forced into the drivethru lane, but the process was smooth and soon I was biting into a delicious and juicy, freshly prepared gift from the heavens. I hovered over the 2 on the fries alone... easily the worst I've ever had, anywhere, ever, anywhere... ever. Think gummy fries folks, they looked like the should but the temp & texture - eek. Otherwise, it's essentially as expected. The banana pudding milkshake was decent, it does have that artificial flavor aftertaste but it's not really noticeable during consumption. I just dis chicken strips - petty basic but they were on par. The drive thru here is really slow but the people were pleasant and they got my order correct so that's a win for me. When I was waiting in line  I had a flashback of going to my local whataburger in Charlotte, NC many years ago when the building had a blue outline around it. So I got bored and looked around google earth and it seems every whataburger is completely orange and white now. I'm very curious if any of these blue whataburgers still stand? See what happens when it's raining? :-) So if you don't have a Whataburger near you I feel bad that you haven't been able to experience the burger mecca, it's pretty special. If I could give a zero I would. Ordered on line and did kerbside pickup. Drove back to hotel and food was missing. Called the restaurant was told to bring it back and they would replace or refund. (It was cold by now). Got there and they told me they could do nothing because it was an on line order ! This was after I'd driven over the toll bridge twice. Raised a complaint to corporate so we will see if they make it right. Don't understand why the local restaurant even told me to bring it back. I would avoid this place. read more

Food is consistently good here. Staff has always been pleasant. But the drive thru wait is ridiculous. I've been here 4 times over the past 6 months and my shortest wait time was 20 min. The others were in the 25 min range and that's after I place my order. I eat a late lunch around 2:00 so there were only 3-4 cars in front of me, 5 cars one time. Why does it take 8 minutes per car to get a burger and fries? I can hit up chick fil a down the street with 20-25 cars in line and be out in 15 minutes. I tried the new chili cheese burger here. The flavor was good, the presentation not so much. It's fast food so it is why it is, but this burger is great to try for a limited time. The service is alright even let night usually. Personally id request the spicy ketchup it's the only way to do catchup. If they have their limited batch with hot sauce try that one too. read more

Went to whataburger in gulf breeze florida. Trash all over the floor. Atleast four people including myself almost slipped and fell from spilled water on the floor. Trashcan so full that customers made a pyramid of trash on top of the tray return. The worst part was finding a bag of methamphetamine on the floor. Contacted their so called customer care team several times. Was told they are going to escalate the incident and contact me. Haven't been contacted yet!!!
