We also noticed people would just drive up and try to use the restroom and wasn't even patronizing the restaurant. I really hate it when I have to grab a key from a gas station when I'm on the road so I wouldn't want that to be happening at a restaurant where multiple people are touching keys after wiping their ass but something has to be done about people who are not customers using the restroom.
