The first thing I noticed was there were only like 5 massive round tables in the place. I assume they don't get a lot of dine-in customers, but I would expect that could be an issue when they do. I looked at the menu and ordered a small cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and a pineapple shake. I asked for the fries to be "like, extra extra extra crispy" because I hate limp fries everyone seems to be pushing these days. After I ordered, I noticed there was another menu off to the side with a way better deal for the same things I ordered. I would have liked for the guy working the register to automatically fix that for me. I ended up paying around $5 more because I'd never been there before and didn't pay attention. I saw they had Cheerwine and was pretty excited for that, as no one I know of in Ohio has it in a restaurant. Unfortunately, I gave up pop for lent, so I didn't have any. The burger was good and fresh, though tiny. The fries were not crispy enough, but the cook was nice enough to ask if they were fine and I didn't have the heart to tell him no. The shake was fantastic! I wish I could have drank it all, but I was so full from water and the food. These guys deserve a 3, but I gave them a 4 because the cook was super nice.

Their menu is HUGE, with so many different options, and they were very patient helping us navigate through it and figure out what we were craving. They genuinely helped guide us toward different sections of the menu based on what sounded good to us. The portions are amazing for the price. Everything is very affordable, especially considering how much food you get. My cousin ordered fajitas, I ordered carne guisada, and we've continued trying different dishes every time we go because the menu is so extensive. One thing that really stood out to me was how attentive they are. One time, I ordered a dish with ground beef that I personally didn't finish because where I'm from, we prepare that style of meat differently. When they noticed, they kindly asked if I didn't like it. I explained honestly that it just wasn't what I was used to, and they were extremely understanding and apologetic, even though it simply came down to different regional cooking styles. I appreciated that they cared enough to ask. The next time I went, I ordered burritos covered in lettuce, sour cream, and sauce. They actually remembered that I hadn't loved the ground beef before and suggested I try a different meat instead. They gave me one chicken and one beef burrito with the meat they recommended, and I absolutely LOVED it. It was so good that I literally came back the next day and ordered the same burritos again, this time both with the beef they had suggested. Another small thing that meant a lot to me: I gifted them a Mexican peso bill and asked if they'd actually put it up somewhere in the restaurant. They said yes, and they really did! This has become one of those places that feels comforting and familiar very quickly. I've already recommended it at my job site and invited friends to eat here with me. Everyone who has gone has been thrilled with the experience ranging from the staff, the cleanliness, the flavor, the huge portions, and the affordable prices. You can tell the people here genuinely care about their customers, and that's what keeps bringing us back.
