I would give them zero stars if I could. I placed a very large pick up order and when I got to the location not only was the order not ready- they had no idea what had happened to it. Apparently it was stolen from the pick up shelf right in front of them. When I asked them to make it right, they told me I would just have to wait for them to remake everything. Completely unacceptable- no discount for pure incompetence. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs- especially if you value customer service. It also appears unsafe as people are stealing food and nothing is being done about it. You need to feel safe and this doesn't seem safe. read more

usually this location is very good but my last visit was not. slicer was in need of cleaning and I asked how often it got cleaned and got no answer. overall cleaning was needed. if I couldn't eat meat or had an allergy to anything that had been sliced on that slicer I would have been upset and walked out read more

Was told that calorie count doesn't mater between regular and giant. And the difference in cost is why they provided less meat than regular. Manager didn't understand how calorie count works, and was mad about discussing it. read more

Service is the worst. Fist they started fighting over who was going to make my wrap because no one wanted to do portabella wraps then they got the order wrong and when I addressed them about it they make me wait 25 minutes for a new one veggie wrap. When I got this one it was sick and wet with oil it was oozing out the bag it was wrapped in. Worst feeling ever and now 45 minutes later I'm trying to find somewhere else to eat. read more

#1 When I got home they had made one of our regular sized subs significantly smaller than the others. #2 After ordering ahead I realized that I forgot my mask, so I pulled my suit jacket over my face to COMPLETELY COVER MY FACE. When I got up in line to ask for my order, the girl said she wouldn't let me pick up my order until I had an actual face mask. She said the urgent care next door was giving out free masks but when I looked they were closed. So I had to run down the strip to the Dollar General and buy a mask, then come back just for her to grab my bag off the counter and hand it to me. read more

Ordered subs $43.00 worth on line orders were mixed up wrong subs in wrong bags caused frustration in our group if I had not checked one sub was missing a hot one so then I had to wait lettuce on the cold ones looked like it had been on it for days brown and nasty I called about it and even the manager was kinda rude telling me nothing was wrong I should have brought them back and got my money back because you know what they went in the trash. A high quality sub place. I do not know how this place does not have a comparable popularity to subway. They have more sub options than subway, and the service is lightening fast. They have a mini, regular, and giant option. They also have several cold and hot sub types. The only downside compared to subway is that you choose only from white or wheat bread. I am fine with that though. I could come to this store for two months and probably never have the same sub twice, and they all sound marvelous. By the way, if you order the giant sub, you better be hungry because it truly is GIANT! You better be ready to scarf down about 18 inches of sub... So maybe after a long trip through the DESERT!! read more

Went in and they tried to charge me $2.50 for double meat per meat. 5 meats makes that an up charge of $12. I brought to corporate's attention and i was told that this issue would be resolved as this up charge was wrong. It has been over three weeks since i have heard anything. Be careful getting double meat on the subs here. read more

This location staff is always friendly, attentive and clean. Definitely my favorite sub place in the area, I get addicted to that #9 with bacon and banana peppers! Meats and cheeses full of flavor, basically a deli experience wrapped up into a sub chain.
