Rude staff, rude management, very unprofessional. I was snapped at by management and refused service simply because I asked about an up-charge. After being asked if I wanted extra cheese on each meal, I asked if there was an up-charge. She said yes, 50¢. I expressed that this is not a fair tactic to get up-charges. I've worked several fast food jobs in the past and know that corporate does not mandate tricky up-charge policies like that. She interrupted me and said "it's policy". I replied that I understood it wasn't her fault and that I would just be calling corporate to express my dissatisfaction with this policy. She snapped at me "well it's a corporate policy sooooo". I was taken aback by her tone. I took a breath and said "I understand." Before I could finish, she said "and you can leave, I'm not serving you." I could hear staff in the background giggling. I have never in my life been denied service. I understand they are within their right, but there was simply no reason for it. I was being calm and polite. She snapped at me immediately for questioning the policy. I called the store to speak to a manager and the same girl answered the phone saying she was the assistant GM. I will lot be returning. Not that this matters, but I'm pregnant and craving spaghetti and I'm extremely shaken up and upset after this experience. It had been years since I'd been to this location! I came here for lunch last week and was blown away by how clean the restaurant was. The beverage counter was nicely stocked and the food came out hot and fresh. The service was wonderful and we got two refills on breadsticks. I'll definitely be back!! read more

The other two people in the family are bigger fans of Fazoli's in general, but I can always find something to eat there. And you know what? This time I enjoyed it more than usual. Baby K got her usual pasta with red sauce, and of course breadsticks. She also loves the parm (packets for carryout, but old-school shakers if you dine in.) I got a new mac and cheese, and what the heck, upgraded to beef mac (they also have lobster- whaaaa?) And it was pretty darn good. I was afraid the meat would be a skimpy portion, but frankly there was more than enough for the pasta, and I ended up wanting a bit more of that. Cheesy, gooey, flavorful. I will definitely get it again, and try the other mac options. Upgraded to a combo with a decent salad and a drink. Real silverware if you dine in. Good service. Reasonable prices. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. Their pizza and pasta was INCREDIBLE, like I couldn't stand the flavor of the seasoning and texture. absolutely, I would literally be down bad enough to kiss their food. They were very nice and was very expressive. I recommend going to this place very much. read more

Today was the second ever ordering here. Ordered the Grand Sampler which comes with Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatball, and Ravioli with Meat Sauce. The lasagna had an odd taste, the chicken Alfredo was basic with NO chicken, the spaghetti was basic with a frozen meatball with no sauce on it, the ravioli have little to no sauce. Went to Fazoli's on 2/28/2020 and ordered a kids meal, two orders of pepperoni pizza, Ultimate Spaghetti, and NY Style cheesecake. Unfortunately, I did not receive my cheesecake and did not notice until we got home. I called and no one answered so I got a voicemail for the General Manager. Left a voicemail with my order number, 5135, the date and time which was 5:53 PM and I have not received a call back to reimburse or provide me with the cheesecake we ordered. It's so nice to see such "Quality" in my meal this evening! I opened the salad and everything seemed ok, until I moved the heap of cheese and mountain of cherry tomatoes used to hide the disgusting brown lettuce. We stopped here for dinner and got food to go to take back to our hotel right down the street. They have a drive-thru as well. Our food came out hot and pretty quickly considering it's Italian food. We ordered chicken parm and I think there sampler/trio. Good sized portions and the bread was delicious. You get unlimited bread if you eat there. Yummy place for fast food that's different from the normal typical fast food. read more

This used to be my favorite place in town about a year ago. The staff was so nice and I always felt valued as a customer. I always get the chicken broccoli penne... it's so delicious, or used to be. Lately the chicken has been hard as a rock and the portion sizes have gone down dramatically. When I asked the lady up front why the portion was so small the cook yelled from the kitchen window "that's our portion size sir" I tried to tell her it used to be much larger and she ignored me. The woman had a tattoo on her temple, I'm not sure of her name but she was incredibly rude and not helpful. We were craving spaghetti and meatballs, but we didn't want to sit down in some fancy italian restaurant and do the whole to-do. For some inexpensive, fast, and non-fancy Italian American staples, this is the place to go. Fazoli's is an order-at-the-counter kind of place. It feels a little like Three Brothers in the DC-MD-VA area. We ordered the mixed pasta and spaghetti w meatballs (see the photos!). The mixed pasta comes with fetuccini alfredo (the best of the four!), spaghetti w meat sauce (good), penne with marinara (good), and the lasagna (not good). The lasagna noodles were too limp, and the sauce had little dimension. I actually left it on the plate after a couple of bites. The spaghetti w meatballs is pretty good. It's little better than what I can make in my own kitchen (and I'm not an Italian American cook), but it's fast and inexpensive. The noodles do taste fresh, and they were al dente. The sauce was good. The meatballs were hearty. They're not necessarily the best meatballs, but they do when the craving hits. Plus, it was $5.99 w all the bread sticks you want if you eat in. The breadsticks were yum. Garlicky, warm, and toasty! If you take out, you get two, but if you eat in, you can get as many as you want. read more

This is a very typical Fazoli's: Fast food, Italian-American style. Order at the counter, have a seat, and they bring it to you. We came a little before noon, got salad's with our meals, and had a nice hot lunch on a dreary day. The food was out and fresh within 10 minutes. Hubby had the penne with sausage and stated the sausage was a little spicy for him. I had the basil chicken penne and did not care for it at all and will not order it any time soon. The creamy sauce was way too overpowering and left a severely strong aftertaste. I only ate 1/3 of my plate. Not to mention that the caloric content is enough for an ENTIRE DAYS worth of calories - BIG disappointment! The salad however was excellent! I should have had just the salad. The breadsticks are HEAVEN!Ii could eat so many of them. Not sure if I will be back or not. read more

Im definatly giving you a thumbs up Fazolis ! For a fast food restaurant you have every one in your level beat. And dont forget this is a fast food restaurant people. Dont go here thinking its a high class $50 a meal restaurant because its not. But for their class level they make some wonderful and delicious meals. I Love the Lasagna here.
