    Meatball Sub
    Marissa C.

Friendly service and clean space. We ordered the kids spaghetti, meatball sub, a salad, and, of course, those tasty breadsticks. Everything was great and much enjoyed. There is plentiful parking available.

Today was the second ever ordering here. Ordered the Grand Sampler which comes with Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatball, and Ravioli with Meat Sauce. The lasagna had an odd taste, the chicken Alfredo was basic with NO chicken, the spaghetti was basic with a frozen meatball with no sauce on it, the ravioli have little to no sauce. Disappointed.

Went to Fazoli's on 2/28/2020 and ordered a kids meal, two orders of pepperoni pizza, Ultimate Spaghetti, and NY Style cheesecake. Unfortunately, I did not receive my cheesecake and did not notice until we got home. I called and no one answered so I got a voicemail for the General Manager. Left a voicemail with my order number, 5135, the date and time which was 5:53 PM and I have not received a call back to reimburse or provide me with the cheesecake we ordered. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.

This is the salad we paid for to go with our family duo!

It's so nice to see such "Quality" in my meal this evening! I opened the salad and everything seemed ok, until I moved the heap of cheese and mountain of cherry tomatoes used to hide the disgusting brown lettuce. Good thing I didn't feed this to my 4 year old daughter... you all should be ashamed you sent this out the window and not into the garbage. Just another place on the list of never again!

Lunch specials are very inexpensive. Food is good and breadsticks are better than most. Other food items are very good.

What a train wreck…read more.. I have given very few 2 star ratings in all the reviews I have done over the last 10 years but this was bad. We wanted to try something new in Heath and Thiango's popped up so we tried it. The interior is nicely decorated but it still had some Christmas decorations up in mid February so that should have been a clue that something was a little off. When we got seated and settled in we realized that it was really cold interior restaurant - like 60 degrees cold. The waiter, Shawn, was horrible forgot our drink order - 3 times. He suggested having the seafood so that is what we had. I had the seafood platter which was OK - the salmon was over cooked and they forgot to put the crab in it. When I pointed out the lack of crab they told me they would get me a side of shrimp? Wifie had the salmon platter with linguini covered in rose vodka sauce which the salmon was over cooked but the rose vodka sauce was really good. It took forever to get the food out and the waiter stopped by so infrequently that our drinks spent more time empty than one could imagine. They offered to bring us more bread but they ran out. The bread was good also. This would have been a great place to dine if it was not for the poor service, the overcooked fish, the cold temperature of the resturant, the forgotten crab, the empty drinks, this lack of bread, ...

Our experience was great! Short review summary: Kids eat free on Sunday made the process awesome,…read moreservice was very good, and food was pretty good. Decor was fine despite the remnants of the old brand still there. More info, for those that care: In my type A personality I noticed a lot. Sure there is still decor that needs attention, like Christmas lights still up (must be a choice on purpose), a few paint locations need touched up, and yes, three surfboards still mounted to the ceiling from the old restaurant, but it didn't change the ambiance much. Music was nice (smooth jazz was playing) and most of all, food was pretty good and price was great. The free appetizer bread was really good, my Chicken Marsala was good, and my wife's Chicken Alfredo was really good. The kids spaghetti and Alfredo cheese ravioli were good too. Nothing tasted like Olive Garden, it had a unique local taste (BTW if you didn't know OG pasta is just bagged and boiled- as someone who works in the kitchen, they'll tell you). Overall the food was cooked well, sauce tastes handmade - salad dressing on my side salad definitely did (balsamic) and despite there being some generic things like iceberg lettuce and generic mushrooms, it tasted pretty good. I think what made it the best was our service, which was outstanding. The place was a ghost town, there was one other party there and us. So we should have had great service. The main host/waiter was great though despite the good timing (he welcomed us and responded to anything we needed quickly). Finally, the price was awesome! We got 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals, with kids eat free on Sundays, so our bill was $43 before tip. Overall we hope to go back and try another time. If you haven't been recently, you should definitely go back and try it again!

It is in an attractive, small storefront in the historic downtown area. Although there is no indoor seating there are chairs outside . Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked breads and treats. Directly in front of you is a case filled with delectable goodies - assoted varieties of cannoli, tiramisu, lemon bars, New York cheesecake, strawberry cake roll, chocolate cake roll, macaroni, and more!!! My husband had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich on foccacia and I had chicken with pesto, balsamic glaze, mozarella cheese, & tomato on occasion. Both sandwiches were HUGE and one alone could have easily fed both of us! We each raved about our choice - delicious, tender foccacia, generous amounts of high-quality fillings, all with the perfect blend of seasonings. Service was friendly and efficient. If at all possible, we will definitely stop by on our way back north. 10/10 (actually more!!!). A definite must-stop!

I was a little happier with my blueberry muffin than I was my Cousin Vinny. I wanted so bad for the sandwich to taste like an amazing Muffaletta because of the ingredients, but it didn't blow my mind. Still, it was fine. It was disappointing that they were out of chicken cutlets because several of the sandwiches had that as the critical ingredient. But I would go back to explore the cutlets and their various Italian mains (lasagna, meatballs, etc) if I am ever in Nelsonville again.

On the plus side, the quality of food here has really gone up & we find ourselves eating here more frequently. We find the food to be at a good price point. And apparently has a core memory of a fun family gathering there, so she wanted to go. I did not, but when it's almost 2 and you haven't eaten lunch sometimes the kid wins. Who am I kidding, she almost always does, because there has to be something for her to eat and that's not always true at my Chinese and Indian and Korean picks. It was packed, at 2pm on a Saturday. Newark has a decent amount of choices, and yet everybody was here? Harumph. Got right in though, and service was frazzled but reasonably quick and super friendly. Kid K got kid-menu mac and cheese, side of fries, and upgraded to a smoothie. She liked all of it. And the salad and breadsticks, though I think the endless parmesan was what really sold her. She asked for lots on the salad, even some on the fries and mac. Portions were big, a good thing since she is now a bigger kid. I went small since I figured the breadsticks and salad would make up part of my meal. The "lighter" lasagna. And it was a small portion, but it did end up being enough with the "free" stuff. No leftovers, of course. And I didn't really care, because it just wasn't that great. Olive Garden's specialty is good-enough sorta-Italian. And with so many other options it is never my choice. The lasagna was like a frozen one. Frankly a "premium" frozen one would probably be better. Oh, well. Free refills on my pretty-good lemonade (not Minute-Maid, the "classic lemonade" I think.) Great service, as I said. Not super pricey. I survived.

We would always go to Ivy's and pick out our Christmas ornaments to take back with us. Well, 2024. We were your visiting to see the lighting of the Christmas tree and it was so magical it was snowing carolers singing, and we were hungry, and this girl loves her pasta, so my mother-in-law said there's a really adorable Italian restaurant. Let's go see if we can get a table, so we walked from Ivy's down to this adorable Italian Restaurant and before I even walked in, I knew I wanted to eat there. My husband opened the door and we were greeted with such a smile and hospitality. The seating area was packed. Little kids were playing. The joy of Christmas was in the air and we love Christmas That's why we would always come to Ohio around Christmas time. We have never experienced Christmas like we do in Ohio. We are a family that goes above and beyond during Christmas we even do Christmas in July lol, it's like being in a Christmas hallmark movie when we're here in Ohio we never have experienced living in 4 seasons. We have always grew up with sunshine and flip-flops lol, wearing rain-boots and scarfs and beanies were more of a fashion statement lol. My husband and myself always said once our four kiddos were grown and married and out of the house we would move to Wellston, Ohio, So that we did, September 2026, and that year was the heaviest snow Wellston has seen in years. My husband took me on a date ‍‍and of course we had lunch at your adorable restaurant. You guys had just opened for lunch and we walked in and got seated. There was only 1 other couple in the restaurant and this sweet young girl and the cook welcomed us as if we ‍‍were regulars lol we had the most wonderful ambience and company. We sat at the booth next to the bar and had the most wonderful lunch date‍‍ We shared with them how we had just moved her from California and we were so excited to hear all about Ohio. Not one time while we were there did anyone else come in to eat, It was like it was created for just us to be there as if my husband reserved the whole restaurant just for me lol we believe God has his perfect timing, and right when we were getting ready to leave is when people started coming in to eat lunch, that young girl and guy working there made us feel like home So, that adorable restaurant will always hold a special place in our hearts We will always have dinner as long as we can get a table the evening of the lighting of the Christmas tree, we can't wait to bring our kids and grandchildren and our families and friends. It will be our signature place. So fast forward, my aunt is doing a women's conference in Chillicothe this evening 6/5/26 and it's rare when we can get a group of us ladies together and fellowship and have dinner, so I made reservations for 11 of some very special ladies, that God has brought into my life since I've been living here, and all of these ladies besides me and my mother-in-law have never been to your restaurant. So I am so excited to bring them to our signature spot. With that being said, I will always have a vision and hear those cute little kids playing in the seating area the 1st night we walked in to eat there. It's the little things that matter that make it so very special and the little kiddos definitely make the ambience of Christmas when we were waiting to be seated that night and the little kiddo's were so excited to see Santa and we're singing Christmas carols as we were all waiting to get seated, I never have cared how long I would wait for a table because the ambience was so amazing as busy and packed as the restaurant was, our waitress made us feel as if we were the only ones in the restaurant, My husband and myself ‍‍ are so excited to continue to make memories there and to top it off. The food is absolutely amazing and my husband is a pizza critic, and this girl knows her Italian food So with all that being said, I want to say thank you for the joy that we get walking in your door I am so excited to get ready for my girls night and eat dinner at our favorite restaurant. Love and Blessings, Jeremy and Julie Rider
