I stopped here for lunch before heading out of town and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the staff friendly, the restaurant spotless, and the music rockin'. Watching the sandwich crew in action was impressive--they were incredibly skilled and efficient, cranking out twelve sandwiches at once like a machine. The only downside is that the pace makes it feel a bit like an assembly line. It's hard for the staff to be personable when they're juggling that many orders. I always enjoy a tasty Turkey & Provolone from Jersey Mike's Subs (JMS) and that's exactly what I got the other day. I probably should drop by more often than once a year to redeem my birthday reward LOL... that's so sad. I do love your sandwiches though! Anyway, I normally get my sandwich Jersey Mike's way with pickles + light oils + ground pepper. OMG, the turkey slices were so sweet and delicious. I almost wanted to go back in and buy another one. I prefer JMS over Subway any day. JMS prices are slightly higher than Subway, but when it comes to foods, I will pay more for the best. I did get their Stubborn Soda - Classic Rootbeer... I think it's a tad sweet, but I still get it because I like rootbeer. Staff was friendly and pleasant. When I was getting ready to pay, their system wasn't able to pull up my birthday reward... it was because they had change their system and my phone number wasn't linked to my account. The cashier was kind enough to help me figure it out. Thank you! Price was a tad high for a regular sub... $8.45, but hey, what isn't high nowadays due to COVID-19. Very disappointed! I love Jersey Mike's. But when I went sat. It was not a good visit. There were three girls working. All had a terrible attitude which I can deal with. It's when I spend over 50.00 for 2 sandwiches and they were made incorrect. I ordered the big kahuna with no peppers at all. Only meat, cheese, mushrooms and onions. I have to be very careful on things being spicy. I have a serious stomach issue. I get home take a bite and there are jalapenos on both sandwiches. I called. Talked to a employee told her what happened. She put me on hold, came back and basically said it was my fault because it wasn't specific enough. The employee said that made the sandwich. She was confused. How confused can you be when you say just meet cheese, onions and mushrooms Nothing else? This whole experience is making me think twice on ever going back and letting people know how rude the employees are there and they don't listen and they put the blame on the customers. Very sad. Jersey Mike's Subs are truly a sub above. They are absolutely craveable!! I love the Rosemary Parmesan bread. It is always so fresh and delicious with just the right amount of herbs. My go-to sandwich that makes my mouth water when I think about it is the #8 Club on Rosemary Parmesan bread, minus the bacon, add roast beef, Mike's Way, and add mayo. The meats and cheese are freshly sliced to order, you can taste the difference. I'm not usually a fan of iceberg or shredded lettuce, but it works! It holds all of the juices and seasonings so you don't miss a drop... They have a good rewards program/app. The staff are always very friendly and personable. They are truly sandwich artists, crafting a fresh, craveable, delicious sub....a sub above. Honestly, once I discovered Jersey Mike's a few years ago, I have not been back to Subway. Normally jersey mikes does not fail me. But recently, they have. The service is not as good as it should and they over compensate with sauce. I always get the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken cheese Steak sandwich. And i don't know what the heck they put in it but it's not just ranch and they put no bacon on it. I walked in today 8/9/24. I was not greeted and when they did I could not hear. I ordered and the other employee was making sandwiches for another order and when my sandwich was sent to the condiment section the employee moved it on the counter by the register. Not one person looked at me or acknowledged me and they started to help the next person and still never looked at me. I thought this was poor customer service and by this time my sandwich was now gone and still no one acknowledged me standing waiting. I got mad and left and I will not use this sandwich shop again. Suggestions to owner/management. *Don't allow employees to work the food counter and prepare sandwiches who wear face piercings. No lip, tongue, nose, eyebrow, etc., piercings. I think is gross and not sanitary. There's other places people can work and wear all the piercings. *Employees should wear hair/beard nets/coverings and hats when preparing food. *Get rid of the tipping screen on the payment device. The employees are paid much better than they were years ago. Tipping is out of control. Trying to pressure customers to tip employees for making a sandwich will result in the loss of customers. *The last time I visited this location the face piercing and tip screen occurred. What is all the craze? Overpriced submarines with a weird texture of lettuce I cannot--cannot-- stand! How do they make their lettuce that oddly crispy and squeaky at the same time on each bite? It's like a claw to chalkboard inside your mouth and ears. And then I just don't roll with all the hype. Very average. SubWay is much more affordable and they're tasty too--without the weird crunchy-squeaky texture of lettuce. But by all means go and spend extra for average subs. Some people love spending extra like people I know on Jersey's. I just personally don't see why it's any better than SubWay. read more

About a year ago we had an issue with this establishment because they were using stale bread. They finally improved after my complaint. However we picked up sandwiches tonight and the bread was even worse than before. We usually go to the one in Ontario but we live two minutes away from this one so when I don't feel like cooking, this is our stop. Girls here are very friendly, they greet you with a smile and are happy to make the sandwich to your specs. Today my husband is getting a regular Famous Roast Beef and Provolone which I consider it to be the BEST roast beef sandwich in the fast casual world and I am getting a mini Super Club. Decided to try the gluten-free bread yesterday. Gracie helped me create my own sandwich. Thank you! Customer service was great. I also appreciated the other female employee providing her input as well. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich with bacon, pickles, chipotle mayonnaise and oregano. The gluten-free bread was ok. It was different but I think it will take some time getting use to. The sandwich was still good. I couldn't eat the whole thing so I gave the other half away. I work nearby and I never order online. It's actually very easy to just walk in and order. Well, time was pressing this day and I decided to try the online ordering. It was the biggest mistake ever!! There's one particular person there that makes my visits extra cringe worthy, don't know her name as Jersey Mikes doesn't issue name tags but she is very easily identifiable as she has many tattoos on her arms, the name Jordan is on her right forearm. She is extremely unpleasant. She cuts you off as you speak your order and stares at you with an annoyed look on her face when you do speak. I've dismissed her rather hostile customer service but it's getting to the point that I would just rather visit another location. The food was fine, thankfully. I use to really enjoy eating here but the last few times I've been very disappointed. The service was alright but the food seems to have gone down in quality. If I'm understanding correctly they have a new owner. The deli case is now papered over so you can no longer see the meats and cheeses. Overall it's just lacking from what it was. The subs are the same price which I didn't mind before because I felt as if I got what I was paying for. Well, no more of that IMO I feel the have cut the amount of ingredients by at least a third.... at least!!! So honestly I don't know if I'll go again. I might try the one in Apple Valley. read more
