I love these sandwiches. What I don't love is that Uber Eats is now does their delivery. I like the convenience of having Jimmy John's own delivery system. One of the best parts was the fast delivery. Now i'm paying more, and the delivery time is longer. I just can't see my way clear to having deliveries anymore. The Uber Eats Drivers are creepy. Who would've thought a sandwich joint in a gas station would be amazing?! My first experience at a Jimmy John's, and it surpassed my expectations. Service was great, presentation was neat, and food was delicious. Who could ask for more? My family of 5 ordered a giant toasted Big Italian, and it was big enough to hold us over till dinner. Plus, they cut it up for us and wrapped them individually. I thought it was a nice and thoughtful touch! We were the only customers during that time (around 1pm on a Monday), so it wasn't too bad. The lady that helped me with the two lip piercings was not friendly at all throughout the whole entire transaction. The last time I was at your restaurant was about 10 months ago. I stopped eating there because the sandwiches ALWAYS have very small portions of meat, to the point where it is noticeable. When you consider the price, it just does not add up. Today, I tried again, and guess what, I was disappointed AGAIN ! I Paid for extra chicken, the total amount of chicken was consistent with that of a regular sandwich, yet I paid $19.47, it was a regular size & it's not including TAXES. This restaurant is always slow. The employee was not courteous,especially after I mentioned the small portions & I said, "it's not your fault" he still took it as a personal attack. WOW ! I bet when he makes his own sandwich it has a bit more meat on it, I'd be willing to bet on that ! At what point do you guys start getting it, when you have to close down ? Been to two of their local Outlets and sorely disappointed every time . Staff absolutely refuses to listen to what you want on your sandwich and the sandwiches they make by routine are terrible . Several of them are supposed to come with avocado but if there's a quarter teaspoon of avocado on that sandwich I would be amazed . Buddig thin slices of meat and cheese three pieces of tomato I don't know how they manage to slice them so thin ! I asked for extra mayo I don't think there was a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the entire sandwich . Jimmy John's are scarce in our area so when we have a hankering, we're willing to drive 20 out of our way and pay $40 for some sandwiches, but crappy customer service really takes the wind out of your sale. Placed an in app order, have to go through drive thru to pick up, cool. Person in drive thru insists all food is in bad, practically cuts off my husband when he's double checking our order. So we head all the way back home just to realize they left out a sandwich. Give them a call and ask if they can deliver, they say no, and I'll have to take a credit for my next visit?!? What?!? They can't give me a credit to my card for my missing item... what?!? So I say I'll drive all the way back out to pick it up. Get there and the food isn't ready. They just start to make it now. Prior to coming to this location I've only ever been to JJ once, and it was alright. Since this location has opened(its closer to my house) I've been twice now, and seriously can't get enough! This place is new to my area and I was dying to try it. Best known for their unwhich, which is a sandwich wrapped in lettuce for those that are watching their carb intake. I tried the turkey sandwich on a french roll. The best thing about the sandwich was the bread. It was so fresh and soft. Really good. I like that they have three options of mustards. I ordered one sandwich for my mom and told her how there were typically a lot of meat in the sandwich. Well, today there were barely a few slices of meat in both sandwiches. I had them cut it into four pieces and when I ate my last piece there was only a half a piece of meat. I was soo disappointed, especially because this was the first time my mom tried Jimmy Johns.
