I put in my order more than 30 minutes ago... I walk in and the guy claimed he did not have my order... I was able to show my receipt from my emails... it's apparently chaotic tonight. They're backed up like crazy. Bags all over the counter. Once I show him my order, he walks off and tells me your order isn't ready... poor customer service. I was like, but my order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes prior. He was like well you see all these bags on the counter, they're before you. What a mess tonight. I always let it slide when I put in curbside and rarely do they come out and bring your food so I end up walking in. But to not have your food ready when promised is an issue. And it's not the first time that it's happened at this location. Finally, when my sub is ready, they tossed it and a bag of chips from the back of the counter in the bag, and I get a weak apology. I just grabbed my bag and walked off. Fast forward and I get home, my husband opens up his chips and they are stale. We examined the date on the bag (chips were in date) and I noticed a slit in the bag. That's likely why they tasted stale because the bag was compromised. Ordered the Original Italian Monster sub loaded with every veggie topping option for $19.25 and a fountain soda for an extra $2.89. The employee cut the sub in half and shared it with my dad. Im a big eater but it actually was massive and plenty for two humans. The gender neutral bathroom was ultra modern but the floor was dirty with small muddy clumps and the toilet seat hinge was faulty. For such a beautiful bathroom, it was in dire need of some TLC. The rest of the eatery was in pristine condition which was odd. Defintely the decor portrayed a beachy vibe which I dont remember from it's original format. The sandwich was fantastic with heavily stuffed slices of meats and fresh veggies evident by their crunch. While eating I noticed the staff diligently cleaning the flat grill and other areas of the kitchen which made me smile. read more

My favorite sub shop. Food: I ordered a giant #7 which is the turkey and pavilion cheese sub. My toppings were lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. 11-6-22 Take out Lucky me they open a Jersey Mike's close by where we live. This is something this City was lacking as hubby and I on weekends always like a sub but none nearby. Crazy right everyone always says you are so lucky to be near Downtown but there isn't anything to eat. There was a sandwich shop on Tyler not great and it came and went. So being from Jersey I get homesick for the food. Jersey Mike's does not disappoint in fact they started out in NJ from the Jersey Shore. So hubby plays golf on weekends at Orangebrook this place is across the street in the same plaza as Target. Parking can be dreadful as there isn't enough parking for the shops in the strip center. Hubby picks me up the #2 Jersey Shore's favorite provolone, ham and cappacuolo. Made the Jersey way oil and vinegar dressing with oregano seasoning. Note no mayonnaise or pickles. Now if you could just open up a couple miles East closer to the beach that would be perfect. read more

Worth every penny,,,, 10 out of 10 ... this was my first time ever to Jersey Mike's. Got the big kahuna steak giant I thought it was a little pricey, but it's worth every penny. It is very good very fresh and the gentleman that were there that made my subs tonight for me and my son were very nice. Great customer service restaurant was clean. Super happy. I gave it a try. I did also order a mini turkey. That was great. My son loved it and a regular Italian Mike's for lunch tomorrow. Sure, that will be great as well. Good job guys keep up the great work. Fast service. Attentive staff. Restaurant was clean this time (last time there were napkins all over the floor and the soda fountain area was messy) and there are napkins available on Most tables. The newest NJ chain to hit South Florida being a Jersey boy I was interested to try Jersey Mikes so on a rainy day I slipped in for a little sandwich. Busy corner mall on Hollywood Blvd and even though the place is huge parking is an effort. Find a spot on this stormy day head in and its not real busy inside retail wise but you can see the To go orders flying off the printer so they have plenty of business. Very open space looking, very clean and modern and aside from the fact they do slice the meats for each sandwich as they are ordered the toppings are put on like a subway feel. Plenty of cold and hot options but I settle for a cold. Breads are parmesan crusted or plane or wheat. Sizes are small which is 1/2 of a 1/2, medium and large which is certainly enough for two people. Add on fountain drink (FREE REFILLS) and choice of chips for a few dollars and your costs will be about $15.00 for medium sandwich meal. I chose a supreme which was roast beef, cheese, turkey & bacon with choice of toppings. All toppings were fresh much better looking than a subway. Once its completion ample meats and toppings this was a very large sandwich. Evaluation well bread is the biggest downfall of all sub shops here in South Florida & in NJ the make or break. Once again, the bread although fresh just falls short. It had no taste or texture. Whatever vinegar they are using is too mild as it brough nothing out of the sandwich and I watched they put very little salt yet the sandwich was heavily salty? Was not a failure and it had good meats and taste, staff very helpful and friendly, but the bread and lack of that little extra zip has me begging to fly home for a Sub soon! read more

Make the subs as ordered. We ordered 7 sandwiches , over $100 worth and we got 6 delivered and only 2 of the 6 we got were made correctly. I called and asked about our order and what we were missing and they said because Uber delivered we had to call them. I walked in not crowded at all Young lady started taking my order everything was smooth, few seconds later like 5-6 customers walked in that's when everything went left another young lady jumped on the line took over my order EVERYONE started rushing the subs were fixed SLOPPY which I had 3, I had to keep repeating add this that! Then I get to register the young lady wrapped 3 sandwiches without marking none of the subs! Another customer came in to pick up order same issue they didn't mark subs didn't know which was hers, they were gonna unwrap to find out she requested her money back, I walked out!
