Been a long time since I've had there food. Used to be a great lunch spot for a quick sub. I always get the same thing, an Old School Cheesesteak. This one I didn't add the sautéed onions and added bacon on white bread. The sub came by delivery fast, the food was fresh like I ordered it there and picked it up myself. Was very happy with the amount given. When you order their food, you will without a doubt have some leftover. Simply delicious like the juice drink. Gotta give them a try. read more

I have had steak subs from here twice and their subs are really good. They are generous on both the meat as well as the toppings. I also had their shakes and lemonade drinks (try the watermelon strawberry- it will quench your thirst very well). The shakes are of a very good whipped consistency. I like the flavored lemonade here. The strawberry lemonade is one of my favorite. It has little strawberry pieces inside. It is one refreshing sweet drink on a hot day. I ordered the Bacon 3 Stake sub. This was a good size sub. It was an open-faced sub. The picture on the menu did not match my sub. It was one good sub. It had so much bacon. I was very happy with it. It tasted great. It was nice and warm with plenty of melted cheese on top. I was happy with it. The Ultimate fries are fries with bacon and cheese. A good amount of bacon. They tasted good. The serving size was good. This was a take-out for me. I have never dined inside. The service has always been good. The quality and customer service have been very good for me. This chain has not let me down. I hope they open more stores. read more

Very good ! Delicious, hearty Philly cheese steak. So so good me and my coworker went through the drive up and the young lady that helped us was very friendly and courteous and sweet. I got the regular Philly cheese steak with just onions cheese lettuce and tomato. And my buddy got the chicken Philly same way. We were both devouring our sandwich and saying how good the food is. First review of 2022 for a place we literally just ate at today. Hungry for a sub sandwich and our usual place is closed for the holiday. So hubby says why not try the new place that has Cheesesteaks. Well hubby wanted an original until I pointed out it is made with Cheez Wiz so he ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak instead that comes with Provolone Cheese. I went through the drive thru and got the same but, in regular size minus the Mayo. Never heard of Mayo on a Philly cheesesteak but than again this place is really a 3.5 so reviewed up to be optimistic hey they are open on a holiday. The cheesesteaks are made to order so I had to pull up and wait no biggie. Also got a regular fries they were neither here nor there but definitely lacked any salt. As for the cheesesteak you gotta understand Hubby and I were just in Philadelphia in August as soon as we landed we got a Cheesesteak. That delicious memory is still etched in my brain so no this does not compare. The bread was even less memorable. Will we go back if we go once a year it will be a lot plus it isn't exactly inexpensive either. Happy 2022 where we lower our standards just so we don't have to cook. read more

This review is specifically for the Hollywood location just south of Sheridan Street on Federal Highway. The location alone one would think would bring customers in. However, the neighborhood may deter some from going to try it and keep people in the main plaza at the larger plaza. I am more of a fan of Mom and Pop businesses than chains in almost everything. This franchise owner takes pride in her investment. She is on-site and greets customers with a genuine welcome and smile. We enjoy this enough to say we are regulars when we want something with decent food quickly and not want a sit down to be served meal. This is our first go to choice than a fast food burger, chicken or sub. Let me start off saying it's not my first time dining at this establishment. On a rare occasion I will eat beef so I was pleased there were options with chicken. I apologize for a lack of picture as my dining partner just about inhaled our food and then remembered what we forgot. I have tried different sandwiches there and within reason will accommodate special requests. I personally don't like mayo, extra wet sauce or toppings or lettuce put on hot sandwiches and my dining partner orders with no special requests. Without fail, each visit my sandwich comes out freshly made for us, served hot not nuked but hot because it was freshly prepared. Both our fries are always hot and crisp. We've had both their boneless chicken and chicken wings which are equally fresh and not sitting under a hot lamp. The bread always fresh and most importantly has never been soggy or stale. The dessert menu is limited to soft-serve vanilla ice cream, milkshakes/sundaes with minimal topping choices and flavors or a large chocolate chip cookie. The franchise owner takes pride in the quality, freshness and presentation as does her staff. The dining room is clean with limited seating but never filled or crowded. There is a loyalty app which offer daily or weekly specials and points to redeem for discounts or freebies. The only reason for a 4 not a 5 - would rather say a 4.5 is the minimal choice for sweet cravings and maybe an offering of additional cheese choice. Also, a small peeve of mine is when a self serve and seated establishment prompts for tipping for non cash customers. Without out much brand recognition, the best I can do is help spread the word of this chain's location and help drive them some to give it a try. read more

I thought it was very good and recommend it. Had the Steak Philly Cheesesteak and it was very good as were the fries. They had just come out of the fryer and were nice and hot. They have a menu with a nice variety including desserts. The employees were friendly and polite as well. The drive-thru is nice and there is also plentiful parking to eat in. They call it a "Philly Cheesesteak" and it DOES come close. Although you will enjoy "Jim's Steaks" on South Street in Philadelphia better (or Geno's or Pat's for that matter), this quality, combined with the speed of service and friendly staff, is enough to justify a 5-star experience. I wanted to try this food and I went through the drive through and ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak, small with no changes. I knew it wasn't a good sign when they asked me to pull to the side behind another car. It took 20 minutes to receive the order. Due to the wait the manager offered a free drink but frankly I was so tired I couldn't wait even if I wanted to. Went to this place couple of days ago. The place is new and clean, they were 5-6 people working non stop.. They got my sub ready in 4 minutes. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak regular size and I was greatly surprised. The sub was really well done, it had good amount of steak and cheese/sauce, all the toppings were fresh and the bread well toasted and warm. The regular size is enough for one person considering that it is really filled up... I've had many bad experiences with Philly CheeseSteaks or meat sandwiches with almost not steak inside.. So I was very happy this wasn't the case. It was around $11 with soda fountain, It is probably a good place for a quick steak sandwich with good quality. read more

This place was great when it first opened, but now it's trash. The past 3 times I've gone they've gotten my order wrong. I go through the drive through. Order the Philly Cheesesteak. They ask...onions, mushrooms, peppers? I say Yes. Then they ask... Mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle? I say Just Mayo. Every time I get home it has everything on it. Okay, whatever. I pick off what I don't want. I'm an adult. No biggie. I never complain. TONIGHT?! Tonight, they gave me ONLY Mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle on a bun. NO MEAT. I called the location and Julie was very nice and apologetic, however that doesn't help the fact that I have no dinner. She offered me a bigger sandwich next time I go. I don't want a bigger sandwich. I want dinner now. I'm beyond upset and disappointed. Not a single person there cared enough to see they didn't put meat on the bread. I'm having a difficult time even writing this review cause I'm at a loss for words. I've never experienced such garbage service. And it's not that they aren't nice, they are very pleasant. They just don't give a crap about actually doing their job properly. I went back for a refund. Julie asked if I'd like another sandwich. She offered me a refund and to make me a free sandwich. It's fries and instead of just saying I apologize you want to go back and forth that they were there on top of this and that.Then tell me I can come get a free fry, but it nothing else you can do because I ordered with a third party.
