I stopped in to pick up my to-go order and watched an employee finish making my sandwich, wrap it up, place it on the counter, and walk away. It sat there until I finally got the attention of another employee, who completed the process and handed me my order. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. When I got back to the office, I found that the tea from the sweet tea urn wasn't sweet. I also received spicy dill chips instead of the jalapeño chips I ordered. To top it off, my sandwich had tomatoes on it even though I specifically removed them in the app. I went back and double-checked my order, and the omission was there. Don't really ever go to JM. MOSTLY SUBWAY for subs but this location was near where I was shopping. The service was very disappointing. Two teen boys with absolutely no customer service skills. The vegetables looked like they were there since yesterday. - brown edged lettuce, soggy tomatoes. One finally took out a new pan of tomatoes when I complained about the sight of the ones. I also never knew JM had such few choices for toppings as compared to subway. I gave you a chance JM but I think I'll stay with Subway except on your donation days. read more

Ordered 2 philly cheese steaks through the Doordash app. Both sandwiches were wrong. They were made totally opposite of what was ordered. I called Jersey Mikes to complain and the young man said sorry. He told me to call Doordash for a refund, which I did. The sandwiches were awful. I ordered NO green peppers on both sandwiches and Portobella mushrooms on the other. I received one sandwich that looked like they put all their green peppers on the sub, the other one had no mushrooms about 1/3 of the typical meat and the taste of hot sauce. What the heck were they doing???? We could not eat either sandwich. We ordered for delivery because we were not feeling well and ended up with nothing to eat. My husband and I visited this location yesterday following a dr appointment. My husband ordered his usual, the Jersey Shore and I ordered my usual, the #16 with no extras. We travel out of state a lot to visit our adult kids and have found the food at Jersey Mikes has always been consistently good. But yesterday, my chicken Philly cheesesteak was so thin on meat and cheese but full of vinegary peppers, it was not the usual. My husband asked did I get the regular be cause the sandwich was so thin, I said yes. We will steer clear of this store from now one. There were four men working behind the counter and only two customers already seated when we arrived. My husband's sandwich was as it has always been but mine left a lot to be desired. i used my app to include the purchase and this morning I received an an email that my app had been compromised so I immediately changed my password. This place acts as if they're hoarding all of the meats & veggies for a rainy day or some ish I mean my Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was sooooo small & the regular is $10.21 not cheap buddy. I can't tell you how disappointing this was. Called in the order and waited 35 minutes for 4 subs. Then one had to be remade and still didn't have the right condiments on it. Total of 45 minutes. The employees acted like the had never taken an order before or made sandwiches before, ever. After they remade my sub to get me out the door, it weighed about 1/3 of the others and had about 2 tablespoons of ingredients on it total. We had a catering job for 85 boxed lunches. They took such great care of us! Eric was wonderful to work with. We had some special dietary needs and he made sure those were met as well as making sure all of the other boxed lunches were perfect! Decent sub but totally put off by the lack of masks. I understand that Alabama may or may not be under a mask mandate right now but every other business around this stored requires masks. Three people were making food. One had a mask and was wearing it properly, one had his on his chin, and a third had no mask whatsoever. If you aren't going to require your employees to wear a mask right now you should put a sign outside to let customers know so people know the risk they are taking before they order. read more

I am a die hard Jersey Mikes fan. This particular branch was my go to as it was closest to my house. Racked up more than 300 shore points over a year from going here. They recently changed ownership or management or something and I will never return. First visit after change, my sandwich was all bread and lettuce and very little meat. Ok have them the benefit of the doubt, maybe someone in training. 2nd order. same problem, I asked why the change, "new guidance"; ok. 3rd order made my sandwich with double meat... paid extra, guess what no double meat. Returned to the store, solution; put the double meat in a take away box and handed it to me. 4th time I decided to walk in and order. #8 Giant, "what's that?" "a number 8 sub club" . -employee rolls her eyes. Looks at me and begins cutting the bread. I start to tell her I needed to add two other sandwiches to the order, and without looking at me turns to her colleague raises her hand in my direction and says "hold-on" with an obviously annoyed tone of voice and an attitude. I replied "Nope. I'm good, y'all have a nice day" and walked out of the store. I will not patronize any establishment that not only doesn't teach or instill in its employees customer service but also produces a sub-standard product. Again this change has occurred at only this location under new management/ownership. Go at your own risk. There are other Jersey Mikes in Huntsville that are fine. read more

I love this jersey mikes! The service is always friendly, happy, and fun. The food is wicked good and always consistent! Went on a Sunday and they even had The Patriots game on, which is rare here. When it's not busy, the staff stocks product, cleans, and I've never seen them stand around aimlessly. I only come here for subs! read more
