Meh. Not bad, but sure not great. I went about 1:00, toward the end of the lunch rush, on a Wednesday. When I got there, there were seven people in line in front of me. I ended up timing it, and it was almost twenty minutes before I ended up sitting down with my sandwich in front of me. To be fair, they probably also did about four online orders or delivery orders in that time, too, but it was still a wait, no matter how you cut it. The woman working was courteous and kind; she was working with wicked efficiency, hauling you-know-what. One guy was courteous and working, but not like her; a third guy was pleasant enough, but definitely not in a hurry and not a "people person." My food was pretty good. They were out of chicken, but they made my sandwich with turkey and reduced my price slightly for the trouble. Kind show. So they did okay. Not great. But okay. Frankly, I won't be back; I came because I had a gift card. But if somebody else wanted to go, I'd come with them, just not be excited about it. One more note that's not really their fault, but something to know: the parking lot is small and shared with some other business, so at peak hours, it can be a bit hard to get in and out. Also, they have a table or two outside, which is nice, but when I arrived, there were a number of people smoking there, which definitely dampened my visit further. The food was fresh and hot. The place was clean and well stocked. The only issue was the terrible customer service I received during placing my order and receiving my order. My grand was excited that she earned a coupon for Jersey Mike's from Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta and wanted to stop by for dinner. During playing my order, I informed the associate that I had a coupon for buying 2 giants and receiving 1 free. I ordered 2 chicken and 1 beef and all with bacon. It took the usual cooking time for a hot sub. I was called to pay for my order and it was only 2 sandwiches, I informed the 2nd associate that I had 3 subs. He asked the original associate who took my order where was the other giant. He walked from the grill to check the order and said he had a smaller sandwiche on the grill. I said the coupon and I ordered a giant. He walks of with an attitude and frustrated and yells back to his associate that "He gonna have to wait now, cuz I have to cook another one." My daughter and granddaughter picked up on his unprofessional behavior and asked was everything ok, and I said Yes, we will be fine. There was a 2nd couple that experienced the same service, and the husband wanted to confront the associate but the wife asked him to sit outside. Finally got my food. Spent $65. Left with a 11yr old and 9yr old girls asking questions about the service. We ended up talking to the couple outside, and they explained that they sat out there because of the service. My grand gave the guy the free chips and drink coupon we had left and we left. Probably won't go back to this location if the service level is this way. read more

if you have any allergies don't go here the teens stuck in their dirty ways when touch raw beef and chicken you immediately wash hands and re glove to grab other proteins but at some point I hope they was taught correctly but anyways the younger black girl always have a attitude since first encounter with her she doesn't speak and is rude because I told her that what they did wasn't wash and change the gloves properly ive been pleasant when pull them too side they just said I was doing way too much but anyways carry on rude ser all! can say is the store is clean but that's it they need to be trained again on correct procedures in food service before someone seriously gets sick. I ask the staff if it was still required to have a gun in the house in Kennesaw. They passed a law around 1981 that every household must have a gun. This location deserves a good review. The freshly cut meats and cheeses are a nice touch, and our overall experience was great. We had prompt service, and a friendly staff experience. The woman making my sandwich kindly offered to put the red sauce on the side as I wasn't sure I wanted it on my sandwich. She also changed her gloves after making the previous sandwiches. I'm writing this in hopes the owner sees it. The employees at this location actively hope you will leave. They pick up the tables and chairs over an hour before close, turn off the open sign, tell you they're out of bread, meat or the grill is closed depending on which day it is. The Woodstock location is much more of a drive for us, but worth it because atleast you get to eat once you're there. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but, sheeesh. The kid they have up front doesn't speak, has an airpod in and couldn't try harder to seem more disinterested in the gig. The guy making sandwiches has gloves on.... But sticks his hand in his pocket every couple of minutes and starts messing with his phone... doesn't change gloves. The gal who wrapped my subs would've been put to shame by Hellen Keller. It was wrapped so loosely that half of it wouldn't fit in the bag. They were just smirking at each other and handed it over like that that. Everything fell apart. No hot subs. Overall the place either doesn't have a manager, or is in desperate need of a new one because it's being operated by a bunch of baked teens. Jersey Mikes is always the go to for subs. Our order is always correct even with some odd additions to sandwiches and we love the online order and pick it up! Even when we do the online order the order still made correctly (which a lot of places don't care as much when doing a pick up order rather than watching them make it) so kudos! Be very weary of a store that has to close early for a health inspection... stopped there today and I walked in and the music was so loud that felt like a Kid's Dance Club on a Tuesday night. I asked if they were open and it took a few seconds for them to even know I was there. Do not go to this location. They always close way early than what it says on Google, and they shut the hot stove off way earlier as well. The store says it closes at 9 pm. I showed up at 7:22pm, and they told me the grill is off, so I could not get a philly. I don't like that none of the locations require hairnets. However at this particular location there was on employee who NEVER changed his gloves. Over the course of the 20-25 minutes I spent in there, he handled multiple sandwiches, handled cash and gave out online orders, all while wearing the same pair of gloves. Another employee, who seemed to be training him, would change her gloves after every order interaction or transaction. She even put on a glove to hand out a new paper wrap. That is the proper food handler technique. The employee who couldn't be bothered to change his gloves was also wearing his AirPods while working making it difficult to hear customers requests. Kid making my sandwich was trying to tell me he was blind when he quite clearly was not my wife is blind, so I find that very offensive and unprofessional. He might as well have been blind; half of the toppings were on the soaked cutting board which made my sandwich soggy, and it was cut off center, so half was way bigger than the other. I really like Jersey Mike's. I recently moved to Acworth, GA and I was happy to see a Jersey Mike's Subs not too far from my new house. My fav sub is their #13, The Original Italian (Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami & pepperoni). Lately, I've really been enjoying their #56 - The Big Kahuna Cheesesteak (Steak, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and white American cheese). Mmmmmmmm, it's SO good! Awful customer service. I walked in and it was one employee standing behind the counter on his phone. He didn't look up or acknowledge me at all. There was one person waiting for their food when I walked in. He continued to scroll on the phone as I waited to give my order. He finally put his phone away, walks up to the counter, grab the order pad, and just looks at me. No "hello" or "may I take your order" "what can I get for you" NOTHING. I asked him " Are you ready now?" I gave my order and then he starts toward the grill. He pulls his phone back out to scroll while the steak is cooking. I asked for a Mike's way and he was about to hand me my sandwich when he realized he didn't put the toppings on. I asked if the sandwich comes with mayo, he shook his head no(nonverbal response) I asked for the mayo on the side and he proceeds to put the mayo on the sandwich. Just walked out of Jersey Mike's. I was in line with my daughter and one of her college friends. A gentlemen walked in and Gavin, person making the sandwiches, tells us that he's going to make his sandwich so that he doesn't have to wait. Making the determination that it is alright for us to. How does that happen? We were already waiting behind someone who was getting four (4) subs. Now you are taking other customers before us....no one even acknowledged we were there. That was a loss of three (3) sandwiches for just the one. Good luck with having a successful business here. My hope is that this is the exception and not the new standard of Jersey Mike's.
